My experience with the united usually is a really good one. But however, on this particular trip going back to Hawaii from Manila, our flight had gotten canceled. However, the crew handled everything just right, but the Specialist team did not take care of their first class customers very well, Because I lost my first class seat and witch I'd paid for $3879.79 and ened up flying.... Economy on the way back and I have a medical condition to ware i cant sit in Economy seats for very long....And I have to fly first class for a reason, but they told me there was nothing they could do about it. But yet they have an itinerary to follow And It looks to me like they just let anybody grab those first class seats before they took care of the people that have already paid for them!! So when a flight is canceled, they should take care of their first class ticket payers... First because we pay big money for those seats And we count on those accommodations in those benefits... For real good reasons, that's why we pay that kind of money. I'm expecting at least half of A. Refund back to my credit card for you for this...And if I don't get it, I'll never fly united again, it's sad that this happens And some things are out of our control, and I totally understand it, but at least handle your first class holders first before all.. That is what we pay for.

No food service almost missed because of first flight delays

There was no USB plug in my section of the plane. So I could not charge my phone. Also, there was no screen to watch movie or anything like that. Wish I had known that in advance, I would’ve brought my iPad.

Staff was generally seeming stressed out and was a bit rude and slow. Plane left late. Pilot was very well-spoken.

Preferred the UA flight compared to the Air India. The seats were more comfortable and the food was good enough.

The incoming flight was delayed so boarding didn’t happen on time. Upon landing in Munich, we couldn't pull up to a gate so we had to disembark on the tarmac and be bussed to the main terminal. This caused a mad rush for me and others who were making connecting flights to get to our new gates, and my bag didn’t get over to the new plane in time.

Great crew, boarding and deboarding excellent. Seats too close together. The 5'8" woman seated next to me had her knees pushed into the seat in front of her. The meat was very tough in the dinner...

The pairing of personal Bluetooth headset did not work, provided headset did not work, then the screen locked and therefore no in-flight entertainment was available.

Charging and entertainment didn't work. The meal was horrible. They only came by with the drink cart one time for the 8 hour flight. They did come by with water a couple times.

Plane and seats ok. Dinners going and coming back were not fantastic. Breakfast from Seattle to London fine with bagel, cheese and fried egg. Second meal on London to Seattle not my favorite of kind of pizza sauce in a pastry. Came with water about three different times on each of my long flights. Staff on all very friendly and helpful.

Much better than from Singapore to London, which was awful. London to ORD was business class experience expected. Friendly and helpful flight attendants, decent main course, delicious dessert, comfortable lay flat private seats.

Flight got diverted because of an emergency and the crew were fantastic and probably saved that passenger’s life. While in emergency landing some measures could have been taken to prevent additional delays. In general not great experience with BA. I used to fly BA years ago all the time, very disappointed by the whole experience, seats were tight, bathrooms tight.

BAD!!! due to delay I missed my connection in MEX, had to pay for hotel and new flight for next morning increasing my spent for $1,000 usd

Poor BA get a lot of stick and have some problems getting your bags to the same destination BUT the whole experience is very much 5 star and probably due to excellent, helpful and sooo British staff. We travelled in economy plus.

One if not the best Airline I have traveled so far. My only complaint is that flights where delayed.

Flight was fine, food better than anticipated and flight attendants were helpful and friendly.

Check in staff were rude and argumentative with most passengers. Overly scrutinizing with baggage allowance. Delayed, again. Becoming the norm with BA.

We already had a five hour layover in London, and then they cancelled our flight about half hour before we were due to board. They wouldn't give us access to the lounge and hanging around the extremely busy terminal for another three hours until our next flight was crappy. 8 hours in a busy terminal is awful. The least they could have done was give us access to one of their quiet, comfortable lounges for the inconvenience. I heard from others that they do this a lot -- cancel these short flights if they're not completely full. When we got onto the next flight it was absolutely packed and uncomfortable. Just very disappointing. British Airways used to be a great airline to fly with, but it doesn't feel that way at all now.

They took good care of me on the plane and had it not been for handicap assistance I would definitely had missed my connecting flight . Not BA fault but The airport security instead . Two hours is way too long for security
