For the expense of first class, the seats could have been nicer and higher tier snacks would have been nice.

Very good. Because of the delays with my previous flight, I missed my connection, but I was able to book another flight through the United app easily.
Lost luggage, they need a baggage service representative available all times in Atlanta
I was charged for my daughters bag when I am supposed to receive two free checked bags with my United Explorer card.
Staff was generally seeming stressed out and was a bit rude and slow. Plane left late. Pilot was very well-spoken.
Made all groups except 2 check despite ample bin space. Inflight WiFi and entertainment didn’t work most of the time.
I was not expecting much as i was not in a premium cabin. I was pleasantly surprised that the seat in economy plus was spacious and food was ample. Party of 5 with 2 parents and 3 kids.
Meals were adequate but could be better. Lots of movies, podcasts, tv shows. We really enjoyed using our personal headsets highly recommended. 15 hrs flight great to travel at night.
Customer service - staff was effective in getting my trip rescheduled
One hour before landing was the most scary part of my life. The plane just dropped from the air . No explanation or apologies from the captain. Women and children screaming everywhere. Would like to know what happened
My flight going to doha had economy seats that had a little more leg room. Coming back the leg room was not there. I'm 6'3" and my knees were against the chair in front of me. I couldn't slide my feet under the chair. The 15 hour flight felt like torture from the lack of sleep I was getting being so uncomfortable. Food and crew were great though.
It was excellent except for at the very end. I woke up about 1.5 hrs before touchdown and wanted to order food in the Business class. I was told they had shut down food service. It would have been good to get a heads up before they closed the service. Anna the air hostess was wonderful. She did get me 2 bowls of fruit and I was very appreciative of her. Wonderful human and a hostess.
Amazing airline accommodations. The cabins were so great. The food was very good and the flight attendants were so nice. Made a 15 hour flight seem easy.
Overall the experience was neat with crew being nice and caring especially to parent with kids. The free snacks option was okay. The kiosk at Philly airport didn’t work.
Worse fight I ever take since I start flying , still have even made home , and crew abandon us half way home . No water no food and no even anyone to answer our questions

I moved to H row in the economy class. There was a crew member who's name might be shanya. She was not at all respectful for me. She was arrogant. While I was leaving the plane. The pilots and crew meter were saying Thank you and good bye to the passengers before and after me. And ignored Me.
