Flight went very well. Cabin crew were all courteous and very helpful, always with smiles on their faces. Food was great. I always love heated nuts with wine. Flying business class with Philippine Airlines is always a pleasant experience.

Great food selection in lounge. Excellent bartender, friendly staff. Good service on the plane.

Check in process was excellent. Lounge needs improvement. Food not palatable and no good choices.

It was never explained why the departure flight was canceled and delayed for 1.5 hours. It would have been nice to stick with the original itinerary.

I’ve had previous bad experiences with Philippine Airlines so i was pleasantly surprised with the vast improvement in comfort, service and food quality.
