No problems upon arriving at Incheon and transferring to Manila. The plane was on time. However you cannot check flight status on the app for updates. Good could have been more palatable. Crew were amazingly.

Jetstar was terrible. They left us without boarding passes for the connecting flight for several hours, for no reason. They should have given us the boarding passes for the connecting flight, but instead we were stuck in a “customs limbo” in Ho Chi Minh airport until very shortly before we were to board. No reason for them not to give us the connecting boarding passes.

I can't board the 2nd flight due to the last 1st flight. In the 1st flight check-in, I can't board due to the stupid problem of K-ETA visa. The booking system and the flight company should inform the customer a few days earlier. This is the worse experience in my life. I won't use KAYAK and the airline anymore. Pros: "China Southern has an excellent and attentive staff, very friendly and responsive. The boarding process is smooth with very little complications. In the course of 20 hours they served two full meals with sandwiches for snacks. These were decent meals as far as I am concerned."

Cons: "I travel to see the places I go, not to watch movies instead. I found the auto-darkening of the window infuriating as I couldnt look out to watch the world I travel to see. Pretty much makes flying a waste of time if you are forced to look at movies you dont really want to watch because the real reason you bought the ticket is denied you without warning it will happen prior to investing in the ticket for the route. Button at seat worked for a while to sneak a peak at the real world but then the system seemed to take over and tell me to conform with the demand I not look."

It was a very short flight so entertainment was not provided, and we were perfectly happy with that. Very reasonable fare. All staff were charming and very helpful. Highly recommend."
