Gate agent at Frankfurt was terrible. She denied PRE boarding even as it was printed on the boarding pass. Refused to look at the boarding pass and literally shouting for no reason. Frankfurt airport has horrible and rude staff who avoids trying to answer any question at all. Overall, horrible experience.

Flight team stood out for perzonal attention, kindness at bright cheery attitudes at 8am. Very helpful.

Very thoughtful flight attendant offered me water immediately since I had run to make my connection.

I dread trans-Pacific flights. They are very long. This was my first time on Universal, and it was my best crossing ever. The staff were professional, the hospitality was great, and the food was delicious. The entertainment system filled the long flight hours. I will seek out Universal flights from now onwards. 🙂

Where the plane landed and the next grate to get to is a LONG LONG LONG walk again if one is not fit and healthy with no carts to assist. It sucks

My flight was delayed about 1 1/2 hours in Chicago, but other then that it was a good flight.

For both flights I requested a gluten free meal, they didn’t have one nor were there other options.
