Quick and easy, time wise you can consider to go by car but the check in and security for a domestic flight are just as quick.

Leaving Vietnam through customs was longer than we thought based on how short the line was, so give yourself plenty of time. Once on the ground in Cambodia, use the Grab app to book a ride from the airport to Siem Reap. A tuk tuk is cheaper but after more than an hour on that hard seat you’ll wish you’d splurged.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mohammed Shahriar

Headwind delayed our flight which wasn’t the airlines fault

Very good flight from Boarding to landing -efficient and comfortable with decent entertainment options

Didn't like much at all Nowhere near enough legroom, narrow seats. Aisles not wide enough for safe food trolley access and husband had his knee hit cos not enough leg room. Would take a lot to convince us to fly Singapore Airlines again which is a pity cos it was always our go-to airline

Crews are not allowed to perform any service whenever the captain deems there’s a chance of turbulence. Even if it is perfectly smooth air.

They ran out of food for breakfast They did not offer tea or coffee The staff appeared very inexperienced The cabin was very cold, even with a blanket

The stewardess was very helpful all the way. My seat had an issue with headphones and after the replaced and gave me a new pair and noticed it was the seat I got a new chair to sit and a great ride back home

Very slow check in. Food poor and some of the special meals offered were not available. Luggage then didnt arrive and still waiting for news 48 hours later

Sleep pods in SilverKris lounge are disappointing, showers are great though. Food decent, not amazing. Need more toilets in lounge ideally. Flight was good but service can be better.

Warm staff, very responsive service. Well furnished cabin and comfortable seat and amenities. Excellent onboard wifi connection and very large comfortable restrooms.

Wifi was not operational for the whole trip. Other than this, flight was well received .

Except for the uncleaned tray, and the delay in serving food for our section (which may have been due to the location of our row) everything else was good. The crew were very professional and responded to our requests promptly throughout the flight. We as a family were not disappointed by Emirates.

The experience of the flight. The food options have definitely gone down

Food was good, great communication by Pilot and Co Pilot, Crew very friendly. Slow beginning drink and meal service - over 2hrs into flight which disrupted overnight flight sleep. Entertainment systems was 3 Stars, my wife's was nonfunctional and had to call attendant 3 times to get it reset, mine the headphones and jack we're twitchy and keep going to muted volume.

I didn't travel from the start I changed my ticket long time ago

very nice experience…….we had a comfortable fly with emirates…this is 6 th time flying with emirates….i recommend friends to fly with emirates…….

Emirates is always great experience, however, they should reopen their lounge in Istanbul. The IGA lounge is not worth it

More space all around is practically essential on long international fights, and Emirates definitely delivers. But food selection and taste was only average. Otherwise, the flight was smooth and the cabin crew service was fine.

Provide latest releases in Movies as they used to do.

Boarding was too soon because we arrived 10’ after boarding began and they were already giving ‘final call’. We just made it. We were at gate 35 minutes before the flight. Also, the departure communication board did not list the flight at all so we didn’t know boarding had already started.

I thought I already provided this feedback. 12 hours with no wifi is unacceptable. Lay flat is nice but a bit cramped.

This is a very short commuter flight, so there is no food or flight entertainment. Hence, I marked it in the neutral flight left on time. The plane was full pretty much and it was a pretty easy flight overall very good.

Lovely staff, comfortable seats. Transit time was short but they had great processes in place to get us on the plane.

2 hours delay, time changes started already 2 days before the flight

Average, not more then that. Cannot compete with Singapore Airlines

I bought the front row seat and made and early online check in but they changed my seat to the back row without prior notice. The inflight meal was too poor, only a piece of small finger food. The boarding is a disaster, everyone is stuffed in a bus in chaos. Doesnt worth the money at all.

Poor. Flight was delay without prior notice. Poor boarding. Poor meal service. Plane was dirty and smelly. Does not worth the money.

Jetstar was terrible. They left us without boarding passes for the connecting flight for several hours, for no reason. They should have given us the boarding passes for the connecting flight, but instead we were stuck in a “customs limbo” in Ho Chi Minh airport until very shortly before we were to board. No reason for them not to give us the connecting boarding passes.

The most attentive crew and although we were a little late leaving ( missing passenger) flight experience more than compensated . Best flight attendants I have flown with in 50 years !!
