They wouldn't let me on the plane. The 3rd party apparently didn't pay for the tickets properly?
Overall experience is good but if the food menu can change to authentic Malaysia food will be good. I.e. Nasi Lemak, Char Kueh Tiew and etc
Surprised that the safety briefing was only conducted in Malay language and no English despite there are foreigners on board. MH should take safety more seriously.
Food was good but only 1 meal and 1 pie, instead of 2 meals. Both legs were late.
We are row 11, when the crew came to us, only one meal choice was available.
OK seats comfortable, easy boarding/embarking, excellent connection to domestic Malaysia flight with baggage checked through without customs. Catering especially drinks borderline ok luckily less important aspect
Jia yung was the flight attendant that made this a miserable flight.
AC not working, just slowly blowing room temperature air. Long taxi time does not help as well. Sweating all over the whole trip.
Did not take as cancelled 3 time so took another airline

Flight was delayed from 8pm to near midnight. They made us board then sit in the cabin and wait for even longer for take-off. No compensation whatsoever - not even in a free drink or meal
We were told that flight was delayed by 20 mins, but it left close to an hour late. But they did make it up and arrived early; it's just very difficult to keep waiting when it's a late flight. Food was mediocre.
I had a wonderful experience with this company. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our pilot was skilled and clearly experienced. The value for the price was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.
Very quick turn around, plane was in good condition, alles paletti.
Instead of landing we had to go around and landed in Kuala Lumpur International Airport instead of Subang. Then we had to restart and arrived over 2.5 hrs late
As usual, poor communication on delays. No info, no updates, no apologies.
Boarding was nuts. Gate change. Delayed. No communication from gate staff. They seemed lost. Rest of the flight went well
Premium check in was worth it. Boarding process was a little chaotic. Seats were super cramped and I am less than 80kg and 180cm
“They carefully called each boarding group in turn, only to herd everyone onto a bus for the drive across the airport apron. By the time we reached the aircraft, all semblance of orderly boarding had disappeared and it became a complete bun fight to get on board. Not a frequent user of their website booking. Booked my check-in baggage and only realized that I did not book my check in baggage for return flight. The receipt was not clear in identifying that as well. Was charged exorbitantly at check in counter. Bad taste for sure when it is a business trip and not leisure trip. Baggage was delayed for more than an hour at belt back in SG.
The cosmetic condition was pretty run down. The carpets were badly worn out. Even the paint on the wings was chipped and peeled! Looks like they are running these 787s to the ground..
We flew on the 787 Dreamliner direct to main gate at KLIA2, quick entry via eGate and on the train 41mins after touchdown. Go well SCOOT
We were delayed, but there was never any update given. Everyone was standing at the gate as boarding was supposed to commence at 13:10 for a 13:55 flight. We didn't actually start getting on the shuttles to the plane, until after 14:00. No updates, no information given at all.
Me and my Partner were in seats 6A and 6B. (Which we paid a premium for). Unfortunately the person is seat 6C was large and because of his size my Partner was squashed to the point of discomfort and unable to sit properly. We requested to be moved to some empty seats and two hours into the flight the crew moved us. Perhaps it’s time airlines began checking passenger sizes to ensure they don’t encroach into fellow passengers seating space!
Extra luggage after you purchase 1 is gonna jacked u up to 800sgd which is so up to the hook... you could buy 3 round trips ticket on that price.. im so disappointed.. im not gonna choose this airline anymore.. horrible experience...
Instead of the flight attendants talking to each other they should have been monitoring the passengers. The person beside me took a phone call literally 30 seconds before the plane landed. As we were going down the runway ( from landing ) a person in the row in front of me and behind me made phone calls; CRAZY
