The crew assisted the super senior citizen and accommodated her requests. Experience with crew was excellent. However the aircraft did not have a separate business class cabin. Some of the small offer to improve confirmt of passenger like making a bed in helping them sleep, closing the cabin door would go a long way as some of the traveler are not even aware of these facilities. Once they know, they may prefer flying business.
Since I traveled on my birthday, they gave me a gift and a card. How thoughtful and caring.

Our flight was canceled, then they moved us to a different flight number yet we didn’t receive notifications timely. We had to find out the latest on our own / later AA sent a text with the updated info..
They didn't tell me they changed my flight. So I got confused on what happened to my flight.
Great flight experience although the food served was not up to the usual SQ standards with the main being too saucy.
There were no vegetarian options on flight from India. Then on the next flight there was no chosen entree available. Movie selection was mediocre
It was fine but my trip from Narita Japan to L.A kind of mediocre because did not get the assigned window seat.
It was good overall. What I liked most was the restrooms. Compared to other airlines, the restrooms seem larger and look clean. The seats also look clean. The attendants are nice, except one time during the flight. I was sitting on aisle and a man sitting window. He asked an attendant for a snack. She told him to go ahead and get some snack from the section with food storage (I am not sure how it is called). So, I had to get up to let him get out from his seat. Why she did not bring him some snacks so that I would not have to move, I do not know... I was kind of surprised how inconsiderate the attendant was.
JOKE of a company with the most Ridiculous policies. JAL is amazing, KAYAK/UNDERPRICER is the worst company I have ever dealt with, NEVER AGAIN
Excellent. There were setbacks, but it had nothing to do with the crew. Mostly, mechanical which delayed our flight.
Awful. They cancelled my flight from Osaka to Tokyo and did not communicate this with United so my flight was never rescheduled. I had to call United myself who, after being on hold with them for an entire hour, did not believe that my flight had been canceled because ANA never reported this. ANA themselves refused to rebook my flight. United then said they would only rebook my flight for $600. After three hours of calling I was able to rebook my flight. My total trip was delayed 7 hours.
Flights got canceled due to weather and rebooked; however, were rebooked for the latest times and I was unable to move anything up.
Overall great. For improvement: early online check-in with seat choice.
The food was really good and healthy. Hopefully, next time final confirmation before the flight is earlier with complete information such as the Seat and Terminal Numbers.
It was so disappointed trip by unexpected company's fault delay. It had taken 3 hours delay for mechanical maintenance plus another 3 hours for bad weather.
SEA HND sector internet only worked for the last 2.5hrs of flight….. never had this kind of incident with other airlines
12 of the 14 hours were in the dark, all during daylight. Didn’t use my light because it disturbed other people it was illuminating. 14 hours sitting upright in a cramped space was horrible.
I’ve always had pleasant experiences with ANA and that has made me a loyal customer.
UA discouraged people to choose seat on economy class by charging about three times of another airlines. For example, ANA will charge USD60 to choose an aisle seat but UA is charging USD 219.

The usual excellent experience with Singapore Airlines. The airplane was on time and actually early to Haneda Airport. The onboarding experience was pleasant with no delays, perhaps owing to the fact that the flight was not full. Nevertheless, the air crew were their usual outstanding standards in serving the passengers.

Overall, very good. The food was better than expected with the exception of the pork and potatoes dinner at the end of the flight. My family all selected that dish and did not set it. I tried a bite also and it was honestly terrible. Also, it would be helpful to know when the snacks in the back of the plane are available.
The crew and their service was top notch, but the plane itself seemed to be on the older side and worn out. Also, the food could’ve been better. 9 out of 10.
It was a middle of the night changeover, so we were all ready for sleep. Staff were helpful and managed a few hours sleep. Food options were good.

This was our fourth domestic flight with Vietnam Airlines, and once again we found the experience very suitable. Check-in was easy and efficient. They did take our carry-on luggage, but that was fine. I’m actually happy not to deal with it on such a short flight. The flight was just over an hour, departed on time, and we climbed above the clouds into a beautiful sunset. Even on such a short flight, they served water, which we appreciated. Luggage came out into carousel in Nha Trang in good time and off we went to meet our GRAB. Also, Vietnam Airlines have easy to locate ground level offices in cities and towns where you can get assistance with staff. I liked this service as we did go visit one in Nha Trang. We would definitely recommend Vietnam Airlines and wouldn’t hesitate to fly with them again.
Really good 👍 This was our first time flying with Vietnam Airlines. It was a short domestic flight, so no meal service, but boarding was organized and the flight departed and arrived on schedule. The flight attendants were professional and neatly presented. All in all, a very good first experience. We would recommend Vietnam Airlines.
This is a very short commuter flight, so there is no food or flight entertainment. Hence, I marked it in the neutral flight left on time. The plane was full pretty much and it was a pretty easy flight overall very good.

Overall very nice airline. The seats were cloth unlike leather seats I am accustom to on planes. The food was adequate. I had to use a paper boarding pass as they do not like electronic boarding passes. I scanned my electronic pass, but the gate agent requested the paper pass. Luckily I had a paper pass, although my electronic pass worked and when the paper pass was scanned it stated I was already on board.
The plane had a technical problem it would delayed 10 hours but they just gave limited information and put all passengers into the Miracle lounge. Ther were not enough chairs and so on.
Ensure there is a choice of food for all customers and also enough food

This review is based on other Asian airlines I used in the past year. Food going to Malaysia was bland and unappealing. Food coming from Malaysia back to the US was much, much better - tastier. Economy seats were not as spacious as the Airbus planes. Coming back from HKG, we were on a new Boeing plane and seats were very narrow, hard and extremely uncomfortable despite the fact we sat in the exit row. No offers for water in between meals though available in the galley. No garbage pickup. Movies were limited. All in all, flying Cathay seemed like flying a budget airline. Crew was pleasant and accommodating.
There could have been more options on the entertainment section Nothing was available for non English speaking passengers
I wear hearing aids in both ears the infotainment system is hard to hear.

They downgraded me from premium economy to regular economy and me had 2 major lay over and had to have an emergency landing due to engine failure mid flight Don’t use them worst experience I have ever had still dealing with the trauma

Boarding at the airport was not well managed. Otherwise, had a good flight sitting in the first row (which I paid for). Crew was pretty friendly, and flight was smooth.
Cathay flight was fine, Amsterdam airport was a nightmare, spent way too much time walking to our next connection, no travelators.

Halal food options could have been better the first meal portion sizes were very small the second breakfast meal the fish and couscous was very dry and disappointing I enjoyed the Hong Kong t lot I enjoyed the midnight stuck a lot the Hong Kong tea we had for breakfast was very good
