The crews are always great. The plane is a little long in the tooth, but landed on time. Second flight with TA this holiday and I’m impressed
Excellent experience with business class area. Staff was attentive and food was amazing. Only one bathroom for business class which was logistically difficult for the staff while preparing meals. Need to offer fluids with meals. I did not get enough water to drink. But overall I rate it 5 star.
On Turkish it is all about the food and the service. I am overwhelmed with the quality and variety of the dining service offered on business class. I prefer the updated A350 to the older B777 cabin layout, but both are comfortable. Flights left and arrived on time with updates from the captain. I will definitely fly with them again.
Excellent service. Friendly and attentive flight attendants, can lay back in business class and be pretty comfortable, and delicious food. Flight on time departing and arriving.

Business Class pods are horrible. If you're petite, you might be able to sleep on the uncomfortable seat and bed. Crew and food are fantastic.

Turkish Airlines inflight crew was very good, however the ground crew was not very helpful. I had booked a wheelchair for my mother from Islamabad and she received the service there, but then there was no chair on arrival at Istanbul. The wheelchair crew said that they declined to take any person without a reservation and declined to help with the arrangement of a reservation. I had to use the airport buggy system to transport my mother who has limited mobility and needs a wheelchair. It was very disappointing and I hope they can provide manual wheelchair access to the public by a need basis, as sometimes there is a mix up or technical fault in the completion of the process, as it was in our case. Also, there can be an emergent need for passengers if they have illnesses like hypertension or diabetes. My mother has both hypertension and diabetes and has residual weakness after a stroke, therefore, she needs assistance. I hope that this text will be taken seriously and the administration makes the necessary changes. Thanks.
Not good. I was supposed to be in Mint but got in economy class
I had issue with my boarding pass. When I arrived in London Gatwick Airport. My e-ticket wasn't scanning and had to do a lot of back and forth with Air Transit I order to board my flight, which I almost missed as a result of this.
Service was excellent. Flight was only about half full, which meant we had tons of room to stretch out. Boarding area was nice and well organized, flight attendants were super friendly and attentive and we loved the 3 snacks!
1. One of the crew who was managing the crowd in the business class line specifically asked me if I am travelling by business class while I was standing in the business class designated line. She specifically was asking only me and no one else. Seemed to imply that I may not be aware of it and may be I don't belong there?(Based on my color?) 2. The business class seats in the aircraft was average regular economy seats with middle seat kept free.
I ordered Hindu meal and expecting a vegetarian food. Instead I got Chicken. Also entertainment system was so bad and slow I was never able to use it

I had a sprained ankle and had to go down the stairs to the bus and then up the stairs to the plane. Food / dinner served cold
A bit more space? Not practical, I know. I felt squished in but part of that could have been the man sitting next to me.

The entertainment screens need to be updated. Very difficult to navigate through with old equipment.
The row of seats were so cramped it was difficult to get in and out of your seat. I even upgraded. A long flight and sad accommodations 😵💫 the shorter flight was very comfortable and the seating was spacious
