Great to have actual hot tastey meal on a flight. Well done

Cabin Crew always friendly and helpful. Seating cramped - foul smelling from toilets, high risk of disease. Guard personal property such as expensive sunglasses Coffee always awful and cold Meal trays toddler sized Not worth the extra cost to fly SQ - use a budget airline, same if not better experience

When boarding, after business class should be premium economy, but economy class already lined-up at the gate blocking premium economy to board. Singapore airline crew should done a better job to organize this chaos :( Thank you.

It seems paying premium economy does not make difference with economy. No priority boarding, not worthy paying extra$$$ for premium economy.

A pc of cake or biscuit at least. The airport was like a maze need to take another bus to the main terminal to immigration.

They were able to assist my elderly father and myself after not being able to check in to scoot. The counter service was phenomenal. They did what they could to get us on the next plane so we could catch our Connecting flight. Scoot closed early on us so we ended up missing our flight.

They are great with every aspect of customer service. Helped my elderly father and aided him with using the restroom.

For a short flight, Qatar Airways offers very good onboard service.

Not good. Expected a lot more as far as excellence.

From Montreal to Doha , we habe two complaints : 1) They want to charge for Seat Selection, claiming that the Class of ticket bought on Kayak did not cover seat selection. It such a penny pinching rule, I told them, since we paid almost $20,000 our 3 tickets , that rule should never exist. Also I reserved my tickets so many months ahead, I expected they will naturally put the family together or move somebody else to keep our family seating together. I filed a complaint, and NOBODY ANSWERED. 2) In Montreal, Qatar has an arrangement with the National Bank Lounge. It was so overcrowded and the Lounge is so bad in terms of service and food, amenities etc... The WORST lounge . Why Qatar not have another arrangement their Business Class clients in Montreal. The Air France KLM Lounger is better, the Air Canada Lounge is better. Qatar should send somebody to take a look ! Joseph Chung

Asian Veng meal have Non Veg items which is not ok. Pure veg meals option are too less and they have inclusion of Vedgan and Lactos etc... which is taste less

The business class experience was awesome - I will be using QATAR airways again and it'll be business class again - appreciate the privileges afforded to the business class clients - thank you.

Okay not so good or great. The flight operated by Indigo is worst from boarding to luggage handling and food. Damaged one luggage and delayed another luggage. Still did not get it, since 2 days.

The 2nd flight from Doha to Mumbai was not of international level expected while booking with Qatar

Not so good. Issues with seat assignments, unruly lines during check-in, half a sandwich on an international flight. I was originally supposed to be on Qatar airways, but it was switched to Indigo after I bought my tickets. They wouldn't even let me get seat assignments from the US to Mumbai. I was automatically assigned seats, and a middle one at that. Terrible.

I encountered challenges with the boarding staff during the boarding pass issuance process, leading to disagreements. Despite my agent's information that carrying a small cabin bag along with a separate bag containing my laptop and purse was permitted, the boarding staff did not allow it.

Loved the check-in experience. Very friendly staff and not crowded. I did wind up with a middle-middle seat, which was quite uncomfortable. Always appreciate the very professional staff on TAL.

Don’t use them on the IST-isb route, horrible service

the worst experience we had. they put connection label to our luggages with mistake and we had to wait for 5 hours to pick them up

for the very long way the flight has to be more confortable it was very dirty the wc was not clean

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

I’m unclear why I had to pay extra for assigned seats as Turkish airlines did not honor the seating. We were placed across the aisle from each other on TK 34, and were seated behind one another on TK 694. Because my name was misspelled on e-ticket (Klawiter, instead of Klawitter) I could not log onto website to get the connection gate number in Istanbul. The monitors in the airport were a jumbled mess 1/2 Arabic and 1/2 English.

The crew was excellent, but the flight was a little delayed and the temperature on the plane was too warm.

M pretty much done with kayak and all other booking webs and apps. Scams all around my long trip.. Losing hundreds of $$ in extra charges and delays. Done with Turkish airline too. I will never use Kayak again for any of my bookings in the future!

I canceled this flight after turkish airlines did not provide any consideration for a death in the family while in Singapore

Checking in could not be done in the UK for this prt of the flight . Since we only had an hour and a bit at Singapore it was very stressful not knowing if we had appropriate seats. The flight itself was Ok and the 787 had a bit more legroom than the777 from Munich to Singapore. Food wasn't great.

My school age daughter was not sat near me. We left almost an hour late. Therefore arriving late and missing another flight. Since it was not a connecting flight there was nothing Lufthansa could do about it. After the selay in take off and arrival we waited almost an hour for baggage claim. There was zero concern for my inconvenience. I asked if we could insure being seated together on the return. They stated no because we booked through Kayak. I typically love Lufthansa. This was very disappointing.

Crew was great, captain included. Food was scarce, bread was not fresh. seats were very tight, backing seat to sleep disturbs customers. No leg room. earphones uncomfortable. Your extra charges for bags is very problematic for the industry as a whole, leave that for Ryan air. The short flight valencia munich seemed a downgrade for lufthansa, I mean seriously! charging for drinks - real cheap. So overall the price was too high for quality of adveture.

"I am aware that there was a strike at Munich airport, which led to the cancellation of my flight. Additionally, I had insurance for the flight. Lufthansa informed me about the cancellation approximately 2.5 hours before the scheduled flight while I was en route to Rzeszow airport. They offered me accommodation in a hotel for the night and arranged two connecting flights for the next morning, instead of my originally booked single connecting flight. Consequently, I arrived a day later, causing me to miss a day of work and some important meetings. I hope you can assist me in obtaining a refund for this inconvenience."

Only two check in counters for online bag drop, economy and premium economy clients, NO management supervision whatsoever, no announcements, whilst Business and first class had three check in counters operational, with the bulk of clients flying economy on a 747…..very poor service indeed. Stood in a queue for two hours to check in!!!!!! The flight crew were equally indifferent.

They call it a “Dreamliner” but in reality it’s a bit of a nightmare. In short: seating is waaay too cramped in all aspects, food was terrible with bread and butter being the only saving grace, complimentary drinks are too small, and lavatories are too small and absolutely disgusting! Forcing people who travel “economy class” to endure such conditions should be considered criminal! And, I know this is not uniquely a Lufthansa issue; it’s an industry issue and it should be addressed in the interest of humanity.

There was a boarding delay in Almaty. Comfort and food was average.

Flight comfort was good. However, due to delayed flight, waiting was too much while boarding. Moreover, food choices can be improved as well.

Ground staff in New Delhi was very bad. They kept insisting on extra payment for hand baggage and nearly made me miss my flight. Hostile people.

Turns out you cannot use the Lufthansa app to check I for flights bought from a 3rd party. Had to locate someone to ticket me in Frankfurt. I was not the only one. What a hassle.

I really did not like being ordered to pull my shade down by the attendants. One of them was very rude to me about it, standing there until I closed it like I was a child brusquely reaching across me to close an adjoining one. They claim it was so people who wanted to could sleep. It’s a 10:30am flight not a red eye. Closing your shade or leaving it up for natural light should be a choice. Ruined my flight!

Annoying customer pushing my seat did not make this pleasant.

Seated in business class. Bed too hard and no comforter. Way too many seats in business class for number of crew so never felt particularly looked after.

I liked that even though there was a two hour delay, I was notified WELL in advance, and could arrive at the airport later. Comfort was better than most airlines for the price. The crew was helpful and kind, taking time to respond to passengers’ questions, I noticed. The cheerfulness of the personnel made for a very pleasant vibe throughout. My experience was very positive.

The flight was fine. Unfortunately, the seat entertainment (movie/TV/game options) was malfunctioning for some reason, so movies weren't an option on that flight. On the flight to my destination, it was working all right, but I never used it because I couldn't figure out how to make it work. It would be helpful to have better instructions for those of us who aren't too skilled at such things. Other than that, no problems. The crew were courteous, the food was decent, and they got us where we were going on time, or even a bit early. I would use them again.

Terrible seats. Cabin crew were the only good part of my BA experience.

Overall, very good. It should be noted however there was a 1.5 hour delayed departure time for BA175.

Anyone taller than 5'9 would be cramped. If you are delayed at all, expect to lose your mind while you sit in the plane on the tarmac. Furthermore, the food and drink options/availability is extremely poor.

The food was horrible. Everyone had gas right after eating that resulted in lines at the bathroom. There were also screaming kids everywhere (probably at least 6 in economy). It did not result in comfort. There should be dedicated play areas to help keep them entertained. We felt bad for the parents.
