Pros: "Flat bed is wide and comfortable. Cabin crew was excellent."

Pros: "Flat bed is wide and comfortable. Cabin crew was excellent."
Pros: "Crew were great. Flight was not full."
Cons: "Plane was a bit dated and the entertainment system not as good as the newer plane as choices are lesser."
Cons: "WiFi didn’t work on 3 of the 4 flights although all purportedly had it. Also didn’t work the majority of the time in the Business Class Lounge in Singapore. Food was mediocre both on flights and in the lounge. Movie selection could hardly have been worse."
Cons: "Luggages did not arrive with the flight as it should be. It got lost in Sydney from Queenstown on flight SQ 6683 operated by Virgin Australia (VA 162)."
Pros: "Flight was very pleasant and enjoyable, on time for both departure and arrival."
Cons: "Meals were served rather slow as we were last for row 45 but there was insufficient time for us to finish the meal, collection of trays started in 5 minutes time"
Pros: "Food was good"
Cons: "Boarding was just ok, but departure delayed by half hour. Seats were really poor. Zero comfort.. felt like sitting on a cramped park bench. Entertainment system is ancient. Can't see and can't listen properly. Didn't expect this type of horrible aircraft from Singapore Airlines!"
Pros: "Crew"
Cons: "Short and sweet. Flight left on time and landed about 15 mins early. Crew was wonderful"
Pros: "Staff are great and on board service was good. Boarding is always well organised from Changi however it was a full flight and as always half the passengers exceeded their carry on allowance. Rather than addressing this bags were flung everywhere no nowhere within your actual reach during the flight. Very annoying when you are a passenger who does the right thing."
Cons: "See above. No in flight entertainment makes you feel like you're flying with the low cost carrier rather than a full service airline."
Cons: "Food , both quality and quantity was poor. Entertainment - world movies did not have many choices for such a long flight"
Pros: "The crew were excellent"
Cons: "I'm 6'2" and the regular economy seats didn't give me enough to leg room"

It was delayed for more than 1 hour due to LIMA when many planes landed & took-off at the same time. It could ve been better if the pilot or crew informed us every few minutes so that we know what’s going on.

Pros: "Check in and immigration was quick. Flight was on time"
Cons: "Even though there plenty of seats available, the auto seat allocation put another passenger next to me."
Pros: "None"
Cons: "Flight delayed 1 hour and 50 minutes. Even my inbound flight also delayed one hour."
Pros: "Flight was on time, friendly attendants."
Cons: "Check-in took forever, another line should have been opened. Very little legroom on the plane."
Pros: "Very always at check in but all very relaxed. Only gave 3 for food as we'd asked for pot noodle (Rm3) only to be told they had no hot water. Not serious & we didn't use their entertainment. Otherwise all good & would recommend"
Pros: "Ease of boarding and disembarkation T2 arrival in SIN Online check in"
Cons: "Needed to re check in in SIN, even on a same day flight Flight was late for both sectors SZB-SIN-SZB"
Pros: "The staff has no personality and no working knowledge of how customer service is supposed to be. I booked this as Malaysia Airlines and even though it's operated by Firefly, it should've recognized my priority status with OneWorld."
Pros: "There was one local manager who smiled a lot and tried to promise things that it turned out he wasn't allowed to promise while his airline was screwing me."
Cons: "International travelers, check and recheck your flight. Firefly canceled my flight "several weeks ago", according to them, didn't notify me by phone or email despite the fact that they admitted they had both on file, didn't refund the money to my credit card until the day before departure so i had no idea of the change, and then provided no help whatsoever when i arrived at the airport and the flight didn't exist anymore."
Pros: "Everything was smooth and easy. Check-in line was short, the whole airport experience was quick and easy. Flight was smooth, comfortable, staff was so friendly. When I checked in for my flight in Penang, the girl who helped me, Kay, was the most friendly help I've ever had.. She offered me a great seat and was patient and friendly when I requested to be moved around. She made conversation while we waited for the system to finish, and had a huge smile the whole time. She set the time for the whole airport and flight experience, and had me smiling the rest of the day. If there's a way to tell her bosses - she is a gem, hang on to her! I'm looking forward to my next trip on firefly!"
Cons: "Boarding was delayed a bit, but flight took off within a few minutes of schedule, so no real problem!"
Pros: "the flight attendant on board was lively in making announcements!"
Cons: "Flight was first brought forward by 30 mins. Arrived on time at the gate, but actually it's delayed by 15 mins from the original time. So in total delayed about 50 mins from brought forward time. NO ground staff at the gate bothers to inform us. Flight status screen shows "Callng", when approached, ground staff just replied "not yet" in a bad manner. Terrible ground service."
Cons: "Flight with Scoot are not very well organized. for as large a fleet and number of flight locally should be better. no onboard entertainment nor refreshments. Staff not very personable either."
Pros: "GREAT CREW AS ALWAYS THE SEAT WAS COMFORTABLE AS ALWAYS."
Cons: "FOOD WAS ORDINARY NOT WHAT I ORDERED, MY NEIGHBOR IN THE CHAIR OPPOSITE HAD WHAT I WANTED AND IT LOOKED DELICIOUS"
Pros: "Friendly crew. Toilets kept clean. Nice ambience with the cabin lighting."
Cons: "My seat had a broken recliner button. Seat would recline but not stay reclined. If I sat up, seat would come up with me."
Pros: "Head rest not comfortable. Short distance okay not long one."
Cons: "Plane is old i think. Take off and landing time plane some shaky and sound not pleasant."
Pros: "Extremely rude."
Cons: "I got sick on the flight from some food poisoning and the crew acted put out when I asked for some water."
Pros: "The Business Class bed was nice"
Cons: "The whole experience was terrible. Scoot decided to - delay flight by 45 minutes without telling me. I discovered this by checking myself - chartered a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-200 and then reduced then quality of every Business Class service (no entertainment system videos or music, no alcohol or soft drinks - only water, only Economy class food. There was no apology from Scoot (who are a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) and none from Singapore Airlines. There was no suggestion of any refunds or other compensation. Truly a disgrace. I will never fly on either Singapore Airlines or Scoot airline again. I am seeking further compensation through Australian Fair Trading and through Class Action Lawyers (as this impacted every passenger on this flight, not just Business Class)"
Cons: "You can choose your seat but when you pay you can choose a seat and I don’t like this"
Pros: "There is nothing to say this is a no frills airline and that is what you get. Departure was on time and arrival was also on time. Food on any airline isn’t good at least on airline i fly. The important thing is getting there safely and this airline company does that."
Pros: "Organised well. Clean plane. Excellnt comms from pilot and staff presented well."
Cons: "Could not recline chair"
Pros: "Overall it was a good flight."
Cons: "No offer to book my seat assignment during the booking process. A kiosk check-in would be a nice addition."

It’s THE worst international flying experience I have had. I will avoid this airline.

Pros: "Quick and easy boarding and very friendly crew"
Cons: "Nothing really. For a no-frills flight, it was a great value"
Pros: "on time despite having to unload luggages for passengers who did not turn up warm welcome from pilot and co-pilot from cockpit"
Cons: "none"
Pros: "Smooth check in"
Cons: "That the in-flight wifi really is free instead of making the passengers to pay"
Pros: "The boarding was fast."
Cons: "Self-service boarding didn't work fully, causing some delay for my wife even though everything was in order. The flight was delayed and no over-the-air announcement or explanation or apology was given."
Cons: "Boarding pass and ticket did not specify terminal 2!!! Automatic check in not clear"
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "I was separate with my wife even if similar seats were available. To be with her, i had to pay."
Pros: "Assistance in check in"
Cons: "After early boarding still wait like 30 min plus seating in plane"
Pros: "On time and very friendly helpful staff. Especially ground crew"
Pros: "Check in, boarding was easy, staff were friendly, flight was uneventful"
Pros: "Very disappointed with overall experience. Booked on Kayak, received confirmation but then when I got to the counter to checkin my booking was cancelled and Kayak wouldnt do anything about it. Referred me to airline and basically "not their problem""
Cons: "Kayak could have assisted with problems."
Cons: "It's a budget airline so you get what you pay for. Only a 1hr plus flight so it's OK. The crew were all pleasant and professional."
Pros: "I am sorry to say the first airline that I would not like for the service."
Pros: "Service crew staying on with a smile"
Cons: "No coffee or tea provide on th flight for the delay"
Cons: "The night before the flight, I tried to add more to my baggage allowance and the website would not take my credit card (I was within the correct time frame to add the extra baggage). When I explained this to them, they did nothing. The additional cost of 9 kg of baggage doubled the price of my flight. Never again. There are lots of other choices out there and I will choose something else. May karma bite them in the butt."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The staffs are very rude and not helpful at all. They cancelled my flight just because i did not book the flight out of philippines and had to wait in the airport for 5 hours to get my baggae after they cancelled my flight. Very very dissapointing."
Pros: "Crew was friendly and smiling throughout the trip."
Cons: "The flight was delayed for one hour because the plane arrived late, but there was no notice about it, or any type of announcement about the delay"
Pros: "The only positive of the flight, was that they accidentally gave me exit row seating."
Cons: "I didn't like that I paid almost $100 on bag fees for one basically empty check bag. They do not offer anything to drink on the flight at all. Not even the un-bottled water. If you want anything to drink you have to pay them for it. The entire flight all they did was try to pedal their over priced junk. The best part of the experience was getting off the plane and knowing that I won't ever fly with them again."
Pros: "On time but too much time to check in and had to go to several counters."
Cons: "Poor service for mobility impaired passenger. Online luggage info limited andconfusing, Incorrect charge for luggage with no consequences for airline. No wheelchair ordered even after request. Check in took well over an hour and we almost missed the flight. Not impressed with Singapore Airport if the passenger care is so bad. Luggage costs doubled the cost of the flight. Other places un Singapore, and especially the public transit system, were proactive for physically handicapped people."
Cons: "You have to pay $60 to check one bag. Zero free drinks or snack, not even water. Not sure what we paid for for our tickets which we’rent exactly cheap..."
