Pros: "Flat bed is wide and comfortable. Cabin crew was excellent."

Pros: "Flat bed is wide and comfortable. Cabin crew was excellent."
Pros: "Crew were great. Flight was not full."
Cons: "Plane was a bit dated and the entertainment system not as good as the newer plane as choices are lesser."
Cons: "WiFi didn’t work on 3 of the 4 flights although all purportedly had it. Also didn’t work the majority of the time in the Business Class Lounge in Singapore. Food was mediocre both on flights and in the lounge. Movie selection could hardly have been worse."
Cons: "Luggages did not arrive with the flight as it should be. It got lost in Sydney from Queenstown on flight SQ 6683 operated by Virgin Australia (VA 162)."
Pros: "Flight was very pleasant and enjoyable, on time for both departure and arrival."
Cons: "Meals were served rather slow as we were last for row 45 but there was insufficient time for us to finish the meal, collection of trays started in 5 minutes time"
Pros: "Food was good"
Cons: "Boarding was just ok, but departure delayed by half hour. Seats were really poor. Zero comfort.. felt like sitting on a cramped park bench. Entertainment system is ancient. Can't see and can't listen properly. Didn't expect this type of horrible aircraft from Singapore Airlines!"
Pros: "Crew"
Cons: "Short and sweet. Flight left on time and landed about 15 mins early. Crew was wonderful"
Pros: "Staff are great and on board service was good. Boarding is always well organised from Changi however it was a full flight and as always half the passengers exceeded their carry on allowance. Rather than addressing this bags were flung everywhere no nowhere within your actual reach during the flight. Very annoying when you are a passenger who does the right thing."
Cons: "See above. No in flight entertainment makes you feel like you're flying with the low cost carrier rather than a full service airline."
Cons: "Food , both quality and quantity was poor. Entertainment - world movies did not have many choices for such a long flight"
Pros: "The crew were excellent"
Cons: "I'm 6'2" and the regular economy seats didn't give me enough to leg room"

Jetstar was terrible. They left us without boarding passes for the connecting flight for several hours, for no reason. They should have given us the boarding passes for the connecting flight, but instead we were stuck in a “customs limbo” in Ho Chi Minh airport until very shortly before we were to board. No reason for them not to give us the connecting boarding passes.

Pros: "Check in was efficient. I like that they have generous carry on policy. No checked bag fees. Boarding was quick and easy."
Pros: "boarding time is on time dinner have 2 choices"
Cons: "minor one - they donr want to give extra bread as not might enough for everyone entertainment could improve by having in-seat monitor"
Pros: "The food which we didn't expect. The friendly crew. Ease from checking in to flight."
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "The people at the counter helped me and were great"
Pros: "Comfortable seats"
Cons: "No vegeterian meal (all options include meat); the staff spoke English poorly; no media system; pretty old airplane"
Cons: "Last minute wanted to check our luggage as the plane was boarding and almost caused us to miss our flight. Flight crew unhelpful and not friendly"
Pros: "Was able to buy last minute at airport. food and drinks are fine"
Cons: "delayed by 40mins. but is ok as already informed from morning entertainment is overhead screen aircon not strong"
Pros: "New plane, service great, process fine."
Cons: "Plane was delayed 20 minutes for takeoff. Turbulence over HCMC was handled ok."
Pros: "No delay, boarding smooth, crew excellent, leg room ok, nothing bad..."
Cons: "Nothing"

So far I have liked bamboo airways more than Viet jet and Vietnam airlines. I like all the but bamboo is best to me.

Plenty of crew that all worked hard to deliver an exceptional service. Plentiful supply of food and beverages.

All worked efficiently but the food offered was pretty horrible

Professional, courteous, punctual service. In particular, staff was quite observant and assisted my mother with wheel-chair even though we forgot to even mention about the same.

Very good airline, everything easy, check in etc, good service and leaves on time.

Instead of the flight attendants talking to each other they should have been monitoring the passengers. The person beside me took a phone call literally 30 seconds before the plane landed. As we were going down the runway ( from landing ) a person in the row in front of me and behind me made phone calls; CRAZY

Pros: "The crew was excellent, especially the stewardesses."
Cons: "Their wifi service is ridiculously expensive $32 and it doesn't work."
Cons: "Flight with Scoot are not very well organized. for as large a fleet and number of flight locally should be better. no onboard entertainment nor refreshments. Staff not very personable either."
Pros: "GREAT CREW AS ALWAYS THE SEAT WAS COMFORTABLE AS ALWAYS."
Cons: "FOOD WAS ORDINARY NOT WHAT I ORDERED, MY NEIGHBOR IN THE CHAIR OPPOSITE HAD WHAT I WANTED AND IT LOOKED DELICIOUS"
Pros: "Head rest not comfortable. Short distance okay not long one."
Cons: "Plane is old i think. Take off and landing time plane some shaky and sound not pleasant."
Pros: "Extremely rude."
Cons: "I got sick on the flight from some food poisoning and the crew acted put out when I asked for some water."
Pros: "The Business Class bed was nice"
Cons: "The whole experience was terrible. Scoot decided to - delay flight by 45 minutes without telling me. I discovered this by checking myself - chartered a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-200 and then reduced then quality of every Business Class service (no entertainment system videos or music, no alcohol or soft drinks - only water, only Economy class food. There was no apology from Scoot (who are a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) and none from Singapore Airlines. There was no suggestion of any refunds or other compensation. Truly a disgrace. I will never fly on either Singapore Airlines or Scoot airline again. I am seeking further compensation through Australian Fair Trading and through Class Action Lawyers (as this impacted every passenger on this flight, not just Business Class)"
Cons: "You can choose your seat but when you pay you can choose a seat and I don’t like this"
Pros: "There is nothing to say this is a no frills airline and that is what you get. Departure was on time and arrival was also on time. Food on any airline isn’t good at least on airline i fly. The important thing is getting there safely and this airline company does that."
Pros: "Organised well. Clean plane. Excellnt comms from pilot and staff presented well."
Cons: "Could not recline chair"

Airplane broke down on the runway and we sat on the runway for 4 hours.

This was the worst flight (domestic or international) I have taken till date. Check-in and boarding experience at the airport were fine. I understand its a budget airline, still some basic stuff was missing. It's an international flight of almost 5 hours duration however, not even water was served to the passengers. If you need water, you have to go to the Crew Station and ask them for water. I asked him to fill up my own water bottle to which he denied and instead told me that I can have 1 Cup of water. When I informed, that we are total 4 family members needing water, he asked me to bring everyone to the Crew Station. Which I really don't understand. The cabin AC was not working or the temperature was kept at such a high temperature that I (and many others) were literally sweating. When I requested the cabin crew to reduce the temperature, my request was ignored twice. Finally I again had to go the front of the aircraft and ask the crew member to set it to 23. Then it was adjusted and we felt a little better. Overall a disappointing experience. They need to improve on lot of things while still keeping the cost low.

I wasn’t able checkin on line so wasn’t given option buy food so I had to site watch everyone eat when I was hungry. That’s F-up

Good value airline for a LCC - food selection and drinks looked well priced. Flight was delayed and no rush to make up time

Maybe there was something wrong with pressure sensor or something. my ear was very uncomfortable and many babies were crying like hell. It happened during landing.

Flight has change gate in the last moment and announce last call . Our experience is we are booked flight from Dps to ho - Vietnam .my flight actual time was 2:05 pm but flight departure 1 pm . Service was not good

Ground crew clueless, delayed flight gate change without communication. Horrible experience. Will not fly Vietjet again.

Everything seems good so far, only thing is delay...2nd time flying with vietjet and 2nd time got delay :(

No in flight entertainment, no food, not even drinking water, uncleaned flights, smelly bathrooms, and above all no baggage allowance, they charged us 53700 yen for the baggages.

No, comment Me and my family at the boarding gate more than 30 min early but the flight delayed and they still leave without us.
