Pros: Crew great.

Cons: Seats too close together. Armrest on aisle could not be raised making exit almost impossible.

Cons: I was bumped off my flight and re-routed return to NYC. Flight was supposed to depart at 10:25am and flight they put me on left 1:05 Pm and the connection was not even Finnair, but Icelandic air. The Kayak site did not alert about extra charge for confirmed seat before I had paid in full ticket.

Cons: Surprised to find out that there was no rock/metal playlist available within music menu, considering that Finnish artists/bands are famous worldwide and very proficient in this genre.

Cons: Honestly never buy a ticket from a vayama or kayak worst companies to buy ticket from I wanted to extended my ticket and they were charging me $1200 for extending my ticket from Lahore to New York ... instead I just missed my flight and got new ticket for $500

Pros: The flight was excellent, and the team worked very well.

Pros: The crew were super patient there was a traveller was so irritating kept complaining about everything and ,moving from one seat to another even insulting the crew but they never lost their cool I thought that was wonderful .i learnt something.

Cons: If a tooth paste and brush was provided in the little pack it would have made life better.

Also the 1 8kilo bad allowance in the cabin is a bit unreasonable but I see why they need to because the overhead storage and under the sit storage was less than normal too.

Pros: I didn’t take the flight but there was no way to get my refund! No phone answer and no ticket counter!!!!
