Cons: The door from the US plane was closed in front of our nose and the staff was extremely rude.In Boston the Turkish Airlines representative from the luggage transfers didn't have a clue what he's doing. It was a complete disaster. So, the 1:10hrs between Cluj and Istambul is not enough for an US flight. You guys must schedule more time so people can get to the US plane on time. The Airline is amazing, good food, good crew, great sits, but please work on this schedule because it's so exhausting to stay an additional 11 hours on the road.

Pros: We were unable to fly EBL IST TUN IST due to TK cancelled their flights from EBL IST. No flights from EBL. I am requesting a refund for unused portions of my tickets please advise. Thank you for your assistance

Cons: We wrote to TK on face book, messenger, customer care and called them. No assistance has been provided. They kept referring us to you. We were stranded in Erbil without any assurance for reprotection. Finally they assisted us back to JFK on QR but our segments to TUN is unused and I am requesting a refund. Thank you for your cooperation.

Pros: Finnair is always perfect. Always on time, professional, clean and comfortable. They give free coffee, water and blueberry juice.

Cons: The seat was not comfortable in the flight from Toronto to Abu Dhabi. I was served wrong food. The food was tasteless. The crew was giving on half glass of water when asked for. It felt as if they were scared to give water to drink

Pros: I understand why this airline is ranked very high. The food was very good, the seats have more legroom even in coach and the movie selection was good.

Cons: The plane was about 1/4 full. Not that that's bad I just thought it should be mentioned.
