The crew were kind and very helpful. Did not expect food service. Was served a warm soft sandwich bread , was delicious. Overall the service, the staff were great. Highly recommend others to try Turkish Airline

Went great, they even reopened the gate for me when I arrived late.

Typically good service onboard but baggage delay in airport was significant

Entertainment was good. Flight was delayed, nearly missed my connecting flight. The gate was changed on several occasions. My luggage did not arrive on time and had to leave without it.

Flight Singapore - Istanbul was perfect. Flight Istanbul - Sao Paolo - Buenos Aires was really good but there was a big delay in Sao Paolo (Brazil) due to a problem with the ground staff and not related to Turkish Airline. Overall a very good and solid experience

The fully flat bed in business class on the 777 is a little narrow, and the 2-3-2 configuration is now dated, but otherwise a comfortable and pleasant flight. It’s hard to beat the value too.

This time around, I felt that the crew wasn’t very professional. Speaking / laughing loudly and rushing through service.

I canceled this flight after turkish airlines did not provide any consideration for a death in the family while in Singapore

Turkish is becoming my preferred international carrier, they fly where I want to go and I really enjoy Istanbul Airport for layovers. I have only one complaint: we never seem to board on time, usually meaning we are late arriving. When connections are tight, that is a problem.
