The best airline for international travel in terms of value you get in business class (service/cost)

The staff at IST airport could have been more helpful. Too much wasted time and the plane from IST to KHI was just horrible. The plane was not clean and smelled bad!

Paying extra for premium seats was wasted. Turkish Airlines takes 2 seats for bassinet. The lady next to me had a baby with bassinet Bassinet was in front of my seat

THE CONFORT OF THE SEATS AND THE WIDTH & PITCH OF THE SEATS ARE WAY MORE IMP. THAN FOOD THAT TK IS FOCUSING ON... The prices and many to choose from: Very unfriendly unprofessional and difficult staff and lacked English skills. Had the pleasure to go to Istanbul in 2022 but went on Jordan Airlines and found Turkey a wonderful place with kind people. The experience as a first time flyer on Turkish Airlines was so disappointing that received not to go into Turkey was so upset about this cruel treatment

Small seat space for 13 hours flight, they charged for baggage , very bad quality of food,

Absolute worst airline. Charged us $720 to check 4 bags (2 of which were carry-on). Entertainment systems didnt work. And on a 12 hour flight they served 2 meals and never once came around outside of those 2 meals with a beverage or cup of water. Will never fly them again.

The economy seat was so uncomfortable, had not enough leg room for 13 hours flight, front seat basket was broken and couldn’t hold anything, food quality was horrible( we got food poisoned ) we charged for logged which used to be free. We paid too much for this flight and very disappointed. Turkish air line better to make satisfy and respect people instead of find different way to scam people.

The business class seats are designed for someone taller than I am, so my feet were dangling (the footrest was just a smidge too low). Which caused problems with my sciatic nerve and made for a long uncomfortable flight.
