Great flight attendants as always, they were super helpful and friendly. Made my kids super comfortable during long flight. The food were fine, some great taste some not so much specially the scramble eggs thats too watery. And maybe since its general food, better to not serve coffee pudding that kids cant really eat or maybe just serve different pudding for kids.
a longer gap btw the supper and breakfast would have been better - felt like the sleep was way too fragmented on this red eye flight
The quality and the quantity of food was terrible. I was starving to death at the end of the flight. Used serve 3 meals long time ago, now reduced to 2 meals during the 17 hours flight. Never offered wine or tea to us. We have to ask . Extremely hard to get the attention of the flight attendants. They intentionally ignore us to minimize the service. Bathrooms were dirty
SQ is a market leader for good reason and its 787 this time was actually comfortable and the service top notch as always.

I loved the full Taylor Swift selection but felt that the other selections were limited, didn’t span the popular music eras nor a wide enough range of music genres. BUT the seat and bed were GREAT (it was wide, long enough, had great storage, firm enough to uphold body postural comfort). Outstanding crew and really great food - gourmet innovative dim sum breakfast so different from the boring standard fare offered by many other business class products.
Crew is excellent Wifi needs to be improved in order to connect to the internet.

Emirates did great! I liked the service, the food, cleanness, and the flight was on time. Much better airline than Qatar Airways I flew with last year.

Nothing, all that I know is that I will never travel with Emirates again Qatar is were I belong. You guys should send someone over to experience what true acomadation is, Emirates has the worst food that I ever eat on any airline ,even jetblue has better food and snacks that curry Indian garbage you guys serve just make people sick.
A very disappointing flight on this Emirates business class. Staff were not efficient and service was not the e usual Emirates experience. Good was particularly bad with very dry chicken and drinks that I had to press call button before getting a drink as my food sat and continue to get cold.
The lounge staff at reception were inefficient and robotic. Boarding process was chaotic at the gate with no priority for business and first. At arrival into Dubai, no upper deck door . Food option and quality for this flight was awful . Thankfully the bar is always good.
Surprised how empty comfortable seats in economy were not offered by crew to tall passengers. Felt like courtesy hall mark of emirates is changing. We were told in order to get those seats we have to pay $210. Not the emirates I know from past travels.

I was traveling business purposes and I only had one carry on and a personal computer back pack . My carry on was 8.5 kg little more than allowable. At jfk airport check in they did not let me carry it . I was little disappointed.
Had the salad which tasted awfully spat it out but still got food poisoning 1 after running to toilet crew would not let me sit near toilets I was stuck in window seat

As an avid globetrotter who travels extensively for work, I experience many airlines, service cultures, and levels of hospitality. Yet there is something reassuringly consistent about Qatar Airways. It is not simply the onboard service, but the entire experience: the professionalism, courtesy, warmth, attentiveness, and genuine sense of hospitality. The cabin crew are exceptionally well trained, composed, aligned, and polished in their delivery, yet their interactions rarely feel mechanical. They remain remarkably courteous while retaining a genuine human warmth and an apparent eagerness to assist. On almost every Qatar journey, there are individual crew members who somehow manage to stand out and make the experience even more memorable. What I value most is the consistency. Qatar Airways has established a certain benchmark of expectation for me and, over many journeys, has never underdelivered against it. There is a sense of confidence and ease that comes with boarding a Qatar flight because I know the overall experience will be thoughtfully delivered. For someone who spends a considerable amount of time travelling, that peace of mind matters enormously. Qatar Airways remains one of the airlines I genuinely enjoy flying, not because of any single aspect of the service, but because of the complete package and the remarkable consistency with which it is delivered. The only disappointment on this occasion was that my luggage did not arrive with me at my final destination in Kolkata (CCU), following my journey from Seattle (SEA) via Doha (DOH). Unfortunately, the baggage was delayed in Doha. A baggage exception report is already on file with the local airport team in CCU. Given the confidence Qatar Airways has built with me over the years, I remain optimistic that they will once again live up to that expectation, work their magic, and reunite me with my luggage within the next 24 hours. Looking forward to a swift resolution and, notwithstanding this final hiccup, another thoroughly enjoyable Qatar Airways journey.
Flight departed punctually on time. Unfortunately it seems because the destination airport is a secondary airport the airline sees it fit to operate a plane with lower comfort and offerings. There was no inflight entertainment, wifi or let alone a screen to at least track flight status for remaining flight time.
All great, because I was given a seat with extra legroom on this part of my trip.
The check-in and crew staff were wonderful. The food was reasonable. The online side Qatar was very poor. Seats were very tight and not very comfortable for a 14 hour flight!
Liked some flight attendants. 1 was rude I'll not say her name I don't want to get her jn trouble on my flight back to Dallas from Doha. Very rude to some races of people clearly. She needs a better attitude and bedside manners. Asking her questions and she responds "WHAT" twice rudely like I was bothering her and "is it going to be cranberry or mango juice with an attitude".
My experience with Qatar airway was very unsatisfactory. They lost my child’s stroller and I was told they found it and will send it to the hotel which was a lie. I had to go back to the airport baggage claim and pick up myself after trying to contact them many times!. There was a lack professional and communication. I am very disappointed in Qatar airway and will not be recommending them to friends and family nor will I be flying with them in the future.
Qatar airways from Doha to guangzhau was excellent big bird Boeing 777 more room and smoothly flight, I Love it
They have misplaced my one checked bag which I have not received in Philadelphia and have lodged complaint with American Airlines, the staff of Indigo was rude with us, at the checking counter, I think she purposely withheld my one of the checked bag, because the American Airlines staff told me that bag was not received at Doha airport. Kindly help me with one of my checked bag to get it. My flight was from Mumbai to Doha and then Doha to Philadelphia.
The seats are extremely small and very uncomfortable for a long trip , no space to even move the legs or keep the legs little bit folded, very uncomfortable
Check-in staff were not very pleasing and sounded to be rude, even though I hold a platinum membership. The aircraft is brand new and good. As it's a short flight no other comments.
My first time in business class The in flt staff was outstanding in every aspect of service, the food was amazing, the business seat space made the 11 hour journey easy peazy

I am a US citizen coming from Uganda to IST to LAX I was to be rerouted to Houston for Ebola health screen at no extra charge per TA app. At IST Turkish counter 4, they refused to reroute me to Houston unless I paid $1000. Finally, they said they would route me to Houston at no charge but not to LAX. SO I PUT OUT AN EXTRA $300 for Delta to LAX. IF THE US HAS A MANDATORY HEALTH SCREEN, THE AIRLINE NEEDS TO COMPENSATE THE PASSENGER NO EXTRA CHARGE TO FINAL DESTINATION
I always travel on Turkish Airlines but seriously I am I am considering to change because this is not the first time that the flight attendant are rude and they dont help. I asked for cold water with ice 5 times and I got water with no ice and this is not the first time to ask for something and you dont get it. Also I noticed this behavior only towards people who are not turkish.

Entertainment was good. Flight was delayed, nearly missed my connecting flight. The gate was changed on several occasions. My luggage did not arrive on time and had to leave without it.
Flight Singapore - Istanbul was perfect. Flight Istanbul - Sao Paolo - Buenos Aires was really good but there was a big delay in Sao Paolo (Brazil) due to a problem with the ground staff and not related to Turkish Airline. Overall a very good and solid experience
The fully flat bed in business class on the 777 is a little narrow, and the 2-3-2 configuration is now dated, but otherwise a comfortable and pleasant flight. It’s hard to beat the value too.
This time around, I felt that the crew wasn’t very professional. Speaking / laughing loudly and rushing through service.
I canceled this flight after turkish airlines did not provide any consideration for a death in the family while in Singapore

Did not have to leave plane. However found the wait tiring with nearly a full plane boarding at Male and being unable to get out of seat due to cleaners security and a full plane boarding with hand luggage. Staff were excellent despite a long and tiring flight due to stopover.
Everything about our return trip from Colombo to Manchester was excellent. Staff were brilliant all flights. Return flights on time and all staff were brilliant. The outbound journey however was marred by cancellation of Man to Bahrain flight. No information or staff assistance. Customer Service none existent. Told to make own arrangements by none interested or understanding telephone staff who said to make own hotel arrangements and be reimbursed. CS refused to reimburse hotel or lost lounge booking or taxi fees.
