Pros: Turkish Airlines is my favorite airline going to Europe. We even did the 20 hr layover in Istanbul and had a great time staying for a couple of nights going and coming back. Staff is always friendly and the food is amazing. The food in coach is as good as first class on some US domestic flights

Cons: It's an airplane, there's not much to make it better besides giving more seat room. TA gives free drinks, a couple of meals, blankets, and the travel bag, only a snobby priss would gripe about flying with them. I've flown enough budget airlines that give you NOTHING that I love flying TA!

Pros: I did not like anything from this trip. I just learned my lesson not to travel with turkish airlines ever again.

Cons: flight was canceled from previous flight so we had to overnight in istambul and the whole situation was handled very poorly nobody took the time to explain to me what to do and mind this I was traveling with three year old and I found myself crying at midnight at the airport not knowing what to do.

Pros: My seat was dripping from the top and I got my shirt wet while I dozed off!! The cabin crew gave a bundle of tissue saying, "pls help yourself"

Pros: very friendly crew (we were flying with two small kids) who went above and beyond to make them as comfortable and happy as possible.

Cons: Upgraded seats in the planes, especially business class, seats did not work properly or recline all the way, very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre at best, movie library needs updating. I'm also not sure why an older model of this aircraft is used on such a long haul flight.

Cons: Check in is insanely long. Terminal 1 at JFK as usually Absolutely terrible. Line to go thru TSA is exacting 40 min at 12 am Midnight. We pay so much (in the price of our ticket) to be treated as cattle !!!

Pros: Everything was fine except the fact that our flight was rescheduled on 24 hours earlier than the original one. It was extremely inconvenient.

Cons: When the airline interrupts your trip last minute and passengers are trying hard to adjust their plans it would be nice to have a little appreciation from the airline team. And they do not have to be rude to people who are asking to explain the reason of the changes.
