Everything was good food could be better but ok for economy on my 2nd flight the head ph jack are bad you have to hold pushed in to hear anything but other then that very nice service

When I went to the counter, despite being the one holding all the documents (and having organized the whole travel itinerary, the staff only spoke to my husband (Whi hadn’t a clue about the journey) in Japanese. They proceeded to check us in on their computer and insisted that we use their paperwork, not mine. What a farce. What a waste of paper and my time."

Cons: "they have worst coordination between airline crew and airport personnel who is in charge with services taking care for the handicap they forgot to board my aunt so i had to help my aunt board then the crew informed me i am not allowed to bring her in the plane and leave the wheelchair in the tube i had to bring her in the plane since my aunt was anxious other people in wheelchair was already brought in and she was left behind"

Pros: "The new airplanes have usb plugs and had more pockets on the seat in front of you to place small personal items such as glasses, etc. Appreciated the crew’s offer for assistance when my lap toddler had a tantrum mid flight."
Cons: "Inconsistent with what was offered for the children. One flight provided food , juice and toiletries for my infant. The long haul flight didn’t give anything at all. I just had my lap toddler and my toddler share food since my toddler couldn’t finish all the food provided."
I thought it was inappropriate that crew let some passengers in the back in full rows move to empty premium exit row seats when others had paid a lot for premium seats.
Pros: "On the Honolulu to Manila flight the crew were attentive and pleasant. I was comfortable and had TV to pass some of the hours on board. On the Manila to Singapore, there was no TV and the crew were less pleasant."
Cons: "The young crew on the Manila to Singapore flight could have seen the journey as more of an opportunity to actually do their job rather than a chance to sit at the back chatting. When I approached one for a hot water bottle as it was freezing, she screwed up her face at my request and turned and spoke to her colleague in a language I couldn't understand making me feel uncomfortable. One of the worst things though was the food. Throughout the whole flight from Oahu to Singapore, there were no vegetarian options (even the mid flight sandwich had ham and cheese). Further, you were served a hot meal almost within an hour of being in the air, then had to wait about six hours for the snack and then another hot meal was served within three hours of that at a very rushed pace making the experience very unenjoyable. This happened on the way to oahu also so it is something that they practice regularly. Terminal 2 at Manila is also terrible if you have a long layover!"

Bathrooms are dirty. Not baby friendly. Food is poor quality. I didn’t get a drink during my meal. I had to flag a flight attendant down to get juice."

Me and my Partner were in seats 6A and 6B. (Which we paid a premium for). Unfortunately the person is seat 6C was large and because of his size my Partner was squashed to the point of discomfort and unable to sit properly. We requested to be moved to some empty seats and two hours into the flight the crew moved us. Perhaps it’s time airlines began checking passenger sizes to ensure they don’t encroach into fellow passengers seating space!
Connection flights are smooth, both flight takeoff arrive on time, that will be the best u can expect. Food no order, service no complain, entertainment not seen, cleanliness can be improve.
Extra luggage after you purchase 1 is gonna jacked u up to 800sgd which is so up to the hook... you could buy 3 round trips ticket on that price.. im so disappointed.. im not gonna choose this airline anymore.. horrible experience...
Instead of the flight attendants talking to each other they should have been monitoring the passengers. The person beside me took a phone call literally 30 seconds before the plane landed. As we were going down the runway ( from landing ) a person in the row in front of me and behind me made phone calls; CRAZY

Cons: "Boarding was chaotic. The majority of passengers seem to not be used to the normal manners and etiquette of queuing and it was chaotic with pushing. Some discipline and order needs to be enforced by ground crew (and this will no doubt make the cabin crews' lives easier)."
