Pros: "Crew were great. Flight was not full."
Cons: "Plane was a bit dated and the entertainment system not as good as the newer plane as choices are lesser."
Cons: "WiFi didn’t work on 3 of the 4 flights although all purportedly had it. Also didn’t work the majority of the time in the Business Class Lounge in Singapore. Food was mediocre both on flights and in the lounge. Movie selection could hardly have been worse."
Cons: "Luggages did not arrive with the flight as it should be. It got lost in Sydney from Queenstown on flight SQ 6683 operated by Virgin Australia (VA 162)."

Cons: "Meals were served rather slow as we were last for row 45 but there was insufficient time for us to finish the meal, collection of trays started in 5 minutes time"
Pros: "Cabin crew knew how to work."
Cons: "So surprisingly, the cabin was dirty and the seat comfort was below expectation."
Pros: "Handset to control screen didn’t work. Airline reimbursed me with $75 voucher for inflight duty-free shop."
Cons: "Singapore Airlines is so wildly overrated. The service is frequently poor, and the cabin environment dirty and old unless flying on their very latest planes. Even their A380s are now stale and musty. Not nice."
Pros: "Food was good"
Cons: "Boarding was just ok, but departure delayed by half hour. Seats were really poor. Zero comfort.. felt like sitting on a cramped park bench. Entertainment system is ancient. Can't see and can't listen properly. Didn't expect this type of horrible aircraft from Singapore Airlines!"
Pros: "Seats are big as old plane"
Cons: "Very old plane, entertainment system therefore very old too. Service was slow, 2 hours after start till they serve dinner, another 1 hour to clear. No special boarding for staralliance gold members"
Pros: "Service, staff, food, and comfort! Def the better Business class seats I've had. This was the A380 and, the first legwas a 770 but that was really great also. Awesome work Singapore Airlines"
Cons: "Extremely bad service at the ticket counter. Really disappointed, really disappointed"
Cons: "Chose emergency exit on Cathay 777-300. Terrible.. was squished like a sardine! And I was in window seat... was not even able to eat! Worst economy class I have been in years!!! Never again...."

Cons: "The crew should be friendlier while they deliver their service."
Pros: "Very disappointed in the service provided"
Cons: "Contact the customer for flight changes instead of doing it automatically for the customer. I woke up to text messages letting me know my flight was changed from 0635 to 2135. I had major plans for the next few days and couldn’t afford to take that risk."
Pros: "One of the nicest crews I've had the pleasure of flying with"
Cons: "Nothing I could tell at the moment....."
Cons: "Food extreamly salty and makes you gassy. Bathrooms were always dirty and out of items. Economy cabin was freezing cold and the blankets provided are paper thin."
Cons: "Flight delayed out of Singapore. Airline should have at least notified earlier so passengers can arrive later to the airport Cabin crew on board rude ‘sorry i’m too busy now’ [just asking for a glass of water] Plane then sitting at HK airport waiting for open gate Arrival timed just perfectly to prevent passengers from catching the last airport express train"
Pros: "Boarding quick n fast"
Cons: "Seats uncomfortable, leg n body, space too small n my left seat is a big sizes man , right seat is a very fat man , I can’t even move . my seat don’t have headset n request one , but until reached Hong Kong I still didn’t get it n I m in plane for 4hrs doing nothing, no games no songs n no shows. Thank for your concern . Really appreciate."
Pros: "- Good food - Good choice of entertainment - Comfortable seats - Polite staff & well organized"
Pros: "The plane was good, comfortable, service excellent! Business lounge at Singapore airport is excellent!"
Pros: "The flight was on time and the staff was friendly"
Cons: "Since I booked the flight last minute and I needed a special meal, there was no option to book one. It helps if there are such meals reserved for last minute bookings"
Pros: "The plane was very comfortable and the crew was attentive. The main flight attendant knew our names and greeted us as we entered and left the plane by name. The food was very good and wine pairing appropriate."
Cons: "They did security checks at the gate rather than upon entry to the concourse. It slowed everything down on boarding. Any double check caused a delay."
Pros: "Friendly crew."
Cons: "Airport security was complicated. Had to go through security checks 3 times. Once at the gate (early) had to leave the area and go through security to sit at the gate again."
Pros: "Flight is amazing, sacious seats and best quality entertainment. Most importantly only airlines to give inflight free wifi"
Cons: "Airport crew can be better trained. They have 2step interview process about my travel which is annoying and irrelevant."
Pros: "Crew was very nice"
Cons: "Waited an hour and a half waiting for the plane to go to the gate"
Pros: "Nice seats in business, good food, nice crew."
Cons: "Door closed ten minutes ahead of schedule yet had to wait on stand nearly half an hour to push back due to airport congestion. Arrived in HKG late at a remote stand and had to use stairs and be bussed to the terminal. I missed the last HKIA Express train to HK"
Pros: "Everything was smooth - no issues or delays. Food was great Would fly with them again for short distances."
Cons: "Apparently if you book with a third party booking Philippine Airlines does not provide you with meal or hotel voucher in Manila for long layover (22 hours). Had I booked directly through them they would have provided meals/hotel for the night. Instead we had to get two rooms for our family of 6. For this, I wouldn’t recommend them (if using third party booking)."
Pros: "Crew is nice"
Cons: "Older plane and seating. Boarding not great in SG. Food marginal."
Pros: "They gave us a meal on a 2 and a half hour flight! Amazing service."
Cons: "It was a bit tight. Not much legroom."

On time and smooth flight from San Juan direct to Sint Maarten.

Flight cancelled without notidication, had to book an emergency replacement flight at the counter

Cons: "We should have been allowed to sit near our family (wives). There was empty row but they wanted to charge us to move up. Ridiculous!!"
Pros: "Absolutely nothing"
Cons: "The flight took forever to land. Pilot said prepare for descent and we stayed in the air for another forty minutes. The air smelled awful. One of the worst flights I’ve ever taken."
Cons: "Staff at check-in counter were not helpful. They were there and they weren't. We were there at the front while two of the counters were ready but didn't call us up. They were chatting with each other instead. We I asked them are they ready to work, she ask me where was I heading. What is the difference?"
Pros: "Price was good and HK to Tokyo times were good"
Cons: "No entertainment on 5 hour flight"
Pros: "Nothing in particular."
Cons: "They don't tell you that 1) you aend up paying more than other airlines charge by the time you add various 'extras'; and 2) you have to go through immigration because they are in another terminal. This means two hours of work, plus I missed my flight because I didn't have 3 hrs. They said my fault."
Pros: "Good price to go HK to Tokyo"
Cons: "Flight attendant woke up a baby to tell passenger something and then baby cried for next hour No water unless you pay for it"
Pros: "The crew was very nice, seats comfortable and the airline seemed well run for a discount carrier."
Pros: "Easy flight, nice crew"
Cons: "Budget airline. Have to buy drinks. Space between seats is tight. Spend the money for the seat with more leg room if you are average height or taller"

Instead of the flight attendants talking to each other they should have been monitoring the passengers. The person beside me took a phone call literally 30 seconds before the plane landed. As we were going down the runway ( from landing ) a person in the row in front of me and behind me made phone calls; CRAZY

Pros: "The crew was excellent, especially the stewardesses."
Cons: "Their wifi service is ridiculously expensive $32 and it doesn't work."
Cons: "Flight with Scoot are not very well organized. for as large a fleet and number of flight locally should be better. no onboard entertainment nor refreshments. Staff not very personable either."
Pros: "Head rest not comfortable. Short distance okay not long one."
Cons: "Plane is old i think. Take off and landing time plane some shaky and sound not pleasant."
Pros: "Extremely rude."
Cons: "I got sick on the flight from some food poisoning and the crew acted put out when I asked for some water."
Pros: "The Business Class bed was nice"
Cons: "The whole experience was terrible. Scoot decided to - delay flight by 45 minutes without telling me. I discovered this by checking myself - chartered a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-200 and then reduced then quality of every Business Class service (no entertainment system videos or music, no alcohol or soft drinks - only water, only Economy class food. There was no apology from Scoot (who are a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) and none from Singapore Airlines. There was no suggestion of any refunds or other compensation. Truly a disgrace. I will never fly on either Singapore Airlines or Scoot airline again. I am seeking further compensation through Australian Fair Trading and through Class Action Lawyers (as this impacted every passenger on this flight, not just Business Class)"
Cons: "You can choose your seat but when you pay you can choose a seat and I don’t like this"
Pros: "There is nothing to say this is a no frills airline and that is what you get. Departure was on time and arrival was also on time. Food on any airline isn’t good at least on airline i fly. The important thing is getting there safely and this airline company does that."
Pros: "Organised well. Clean plane. Excellnt comms from pilot and staff presented well."
Cons: "Could not recline chair"
