It is not so much I had bad experience with Singapore Airlines, but with Kayak and particularly Underpricer. My wife and my seat arrangements were changed some times after we booked our tickets and reserved our seats I February 14, 2026. However, after our arrival we realized that we were separated and sitting in different isles. Our return tickets indicated the same. Our several calls to your Underpricer customer care were useless as they cared how much they could charge us rather than actually help us. At the end they referred us to Singapore Airlines. If that was the solution, why did I have to call your Underpricer customer care. I will definitely erase your app from my phone and I will never use Kayak for future traveling. After all, there are so many agencies that I can use other than your company.

Great flight attendants as always, they were super helpful and friendly. Made my kids super comfortable during long flight. The food were fine, some great taste some not so much specially the scramble eggs thats too watery. And maybe since its general food, better to not serve coffee pudding that kids cant really eat or maybe just serve different pudding for kids.
a longer gap btw the supper and breakfast would have been better - felt like the sleep was way too fragmented on this red eye flight
The quality and the quantity of food was terrible. I was starving to death at the end of the flight. Used serve 3 meals long time ago, now reduced to 2 meals during the 17 hours flight. Never offered wine or tea to us. We have to ask . Extremely hard to get the attention of the flight attendants. They intentionally ignore us to minimize the service. Bathrooms were dirty
SQ is a market leader for good reason and its 787 this time was actually comfortable and the service top notch as always.

Never book through Kayak. They can offload booking to third parties that are completely horrible.
I loved the full Taylor Swift selection but felt that the other selections were limited, didn’t span the popular music eras nor a wide enough range of music genres. BUT the seat and bed were GREAT (it was wide, long enough, had great storage, firm enough to uphold body postural comfort). Outstanding crew and really great food - gourmet innovative dim sum breakfast so different from the boring standard fare offered by many other business class products.
Crew is excellent Wifi needs to be improved in order to connect to the internet.
On the way there the food was not a good Standerd and fly Dubai is very cramped and again the food was not a good Standerd but on the way back food was excellent and staff were very helpful specially a lady which I took time to take her name Maria and another staff which was South African very very polite and helpful i am very sorry that I got her name
Frankfurt airport was awful! Brand new airport with modern technology but a process that does not keep up at all. Attitude of staff at the airport also disgraceful but that is normal in Germany. One security gate in the middle of Monday and machine clearly not working well. Immigration has 2 staff with serious attitude.
Boarding for business class passengers can be improved. Also, when debarking the aircraft, Economy passengers are let off first due the way the configuration of the cabin upstairs.
Good flight overall. Good options of food on NY-Dubai-Mumbai leg. Not that good reversing back. The flight crew is courteous and professional as always. The seating was much more comfortable going into Mumbai than coming back. Cheers!
Flight left on time. Bags came quickly. Crew was nice. But internet never worked and the food was awful.
The lounge staff at reception were inefficient and robotic. Boarding process was chaotic at the gate with no priority for business and first. At arrival into Dubai, no upper deck door . Food option and quality for this flight was awful . Thankfully the bar is always good.
Better entertainment; the lack of it made the very long flight even longer
Nice selection of movies and TV shows. Plane was generally nice, not the newest but nice nonetheless. However, Emirates should have cancelled the flight, as hardly any flights flew out of Dubai at the time. Flight delays and cancellation was poorly communicated and passengers were left guessing and to their own devices on what to do. Connection desks were staffed too thinly, there was one desk with more than a hundred clients and just one poor lady. When I had my flights rebooked, I was told meal vouchers can be scanned using my boarding pass, nope. Was told to comeback for my hotel voucher, none. Had to book my hotel voucher the usual way through Dubai Connect despite having been told twice to comeback to the counters twice.
There was a smell front the washroom on flight. There could have been efforts to ensure better sanitation/air circulation once used severally.
Manchester airport facilities for special assistance was nothing short of disgraceful. Not an Emirates issue but they should be made aware.
Awful. Delayed for unknown reason. Boarded late, part of a Tight connection ands had to go through customs and immigration. And they lost my bags.

Everything was wonderful! AirBus seats are more comfortable to sleep in as compared to the Boeing planes.
The staff were all particularly great. The plane was clean and fresh. The bassinet worked great. It was all very nice.
Boarding uncomfortable. Stewardess said I would have to check my carry on as there was no room in the overhead bins. Another passenger helped me find a spot.
The cabin crew really looked like they wanted to be somewhere else. They weren't really interested in providing an attentive service to full fare paying passengers at all. However the Captiain's in flight announcements were relaxed and very entertaining.
Flights are standard. But being over 3 hours late is too much.
Food was pretty poor - bland, tasteless. Drinks offerings were very limited also.
Excellent service and always our preferred choice of airline. Was surprised we had to pay for soft drinks though. Other wise great airline and customer service!

We have paid premium price for a business class Cabinet and we have received the old 777 with the following apart business class that is not to standard. It was very disappointing and it’s a very bad reputation for a premium airline company. This aeroplane should be the commission from being as a business class. We will pass this knowledge to our colleagues because the quality of business class in Etihad is not consistent and it is a lucky dip that sometimes you’re getting a good aeroplane and sometimes you’re getting their 30 years old aeroplane. The crew of the aeroplane have apologise and said that they hate this aeroplane and they have complained about it multiple times as well. Obviously Etihad is putting the economy in front of the Customer Experience. For the future we will not take this risk anymore and will fly with established company like emirates.
I paid 44 $ for seat upgrade (22D) and my seat was stack in high position for all the 6 hours of flight. I don't recommend the upgrade. I am looking to get my upgrade payment back

It feels like the seat did not have any cushion just plywood. The seats are so compact that I could not even move at all and I am slim. Just imagine someone else. Singapore Air and Emirates are far far better than this. Do not even travel for free. For a 12 hour flight sitting on a plywood is horrible experience and on top of that the person at checking counter at NY was worst and rude. Plus they charge arms and leg for everything. I think they would also start charging for belts and oxygen also soon. First and last time flying with Ethiad.
I could not book in online at all which is what I always do to secure a window seat which is my preference.
The flight was delayed 7 hours and we were given 10 euros vouchers. This is ridiculous. The crew was not nice at all, they just did their job with serving food and drinks. Did not even apologize for the delay!!!!
Horrible seats. They were just coach seats with the middle seat blocked with a dirty seat tray.
we were able to make it to the connecting flight in Frankfurt to Copenhagen thanks to Lufthansa crew. The ground crew was waiting at the gate and received us and took us through special runway entrance and immigration check. We were on the plane at 10-09 am for 10-10 departure. Thanks to Andre and the other lady for mission impossible :)
Several amenities included. Our bag was a little heavy so they checked it without charge. Earbuds were included. Entertainment selection was fantastic. Very pleasant and helpful travel and flight crew.
The business class seat is the same as economy with 2 people instead of 3. That's not how it should be.
Checking in could not be done in the UK for this prt of the flight . Since we only had an hour and a bit at Singapore it was very stressful not knowing if we had appropriate seats. The flight itself was Ok and the 787 had a bit more legroom than the777 from Munich to Singapore. Food wasn't great.
The full flight boarded early, and then we sat on the tarmac for a long time waiting to get our plane de-iced. The crew was professional and pleasant, and the flight was pleasant overall, albeit slightly delayed. I did not use any of the entertainment options.
They didn't board the luggage and cph has poor service. During working hours they refuse calls, outside working hours you can't contact them. Lufthansa doesn't help or support
You get what you pay for. Beware 747/8 entertainment interface ...the touch screens are rubbish.
Mentioned previously. By a chain of events Lufthansa started, I and my family we treated as fodder; not customers.
