Very god service with smile. Aircraft a bit old, TV doesn’t work, luckily we can use our mobile to connect to their TV.

I always love to travel with Garuda. Staff are great. On time. Efficient. food and drinks plentiful. pillow and blanket. But there were no live demonstrations of safety. I honestly have no idea where my life jacket is. On the way to Bali we werw not made to put on seat belts , although we were on the way back. What I hated this time was the waking of passengers after 2 hours for breakfast when it was still dark. Not sure if i will travel back to Aus on that flight again . Being welcomed with a breakfast 2 hours after shutting my eyes in the dark was Horrible and left me jet lagged after only a short flight.

Very pleased. Very professional and organized. Very clean aircraft. Efficient boarding and even a snack.

Would not fly again. Everything is sub par. Honestly not worth the price we paid. Would have rather flown Jetstar and saved the money.

Entertainment was poor at best. Very old movies and tv show and not really good ones .

I liked most things except the cabin was way too cold for most of the journey. I prepared by putting on long pants, shirt, jumper, shoes and socks. Still cold!

It’s been a while and I saw lot of improvement. Flight was on time, friendly air crew, good food and comfy leg room.

For ground ticketing crew to honor the seat I’ve chosen instead of separating me from my family WITHOUT INFORMING me!

Good, ontime performance...hard products is somewhat out of date

I hopefully cancelled this flight and will get a refund. I am disappointed that you did not stop alerts about this flight and seem to think we went on it. It doesn't seem like your company communicates well internally. Also from my end, I hope you have some clout to resolve things. That has to be part of the package you offer. Thank You, William Ashley
