No priority counter check in for families with young children.
The flight was delayed from GUM to ICN, there was no notification on how delayed the flight would be. Although we received notice, there was no specified time given. The flight was also very uncomfortable.
Cons: "Sold me a ticket then cancelled 15 minutes later due to not having updated information from the airline on bookings."

Het is BYOD voor het amusement tijdens de vlucht en dit werkte uitstekend. Geen trage wifi, helemaal niet. Alles kost geld, zelfs een flesje water. Misschien op langere vluchten wel gratis water, thee, koffie. Maar daarentegen mag je na de security je lege drinkflessen gewoon vullen en mee aan boord nemen

Clean and comfortable cabin. Friendly on board service. No vegetarian food options and movie options were very limited. Internet was very slow

Never again on Zipair. People please spend a little extra to fly on better airlines. After all, it’s your vacation! No screen TV, internet sucks. You can’t change or modify anything after purchasing your tickets, Our friends tried to change from paying for carryon to checking in bags. No no no, you’d have to pay for whatever the check in bags cost. Myself, change my mind and continue to travel to other destinations after Japan. The only refund they were going to paying me back was $67.00 tax? So I’ve decided to just let my family use the extra seats and take my carry on back with them. At Narita airport, they’re not allowed my husband to my carry on back with them although I’ve already paid for. He end up have to paid $50.00 to check in that bag? You tell me, do you want to travel with Zipair? Hell no!
Inflight WiFi would lose connection when you don't continuously use it, and would sometimes be difficult to reconnect. Food quality could be a bit better. Other than that, it was excellent.

Staff didn't speak much English but were attentive. Not one time was I offered a snack or complimentary drink.
English on the website detailing items allowed in checked bag or carry-on could have been more clear. In flight WiFi had errors, cut out, and needed to constantly reconnect.
Going to Xiamen they did not offer any wine and basically offered two food choices in tin trays. Something you would expect on a domestic flight in China not a $10k business class flight. The flight attendant admitted they also stopped paying for satellite Wi-Fi; which they used to offer and now don't - without apology. Normally I am a huge fan of a non-stop but the difference between Japanese or US carriers is a large one and well worth a stop in Korea or Japan rather than pay double for no amenities at all. The plane is nice, but the experience was below par.

They will make sure you follow directions (i.e. take your headphones off during safety instructions, put your phones away during take off, open/shut the windows at the exact right times). Pros: "The China Eastern Airlines website is always down. It was impossible although we had seat numbers, they changed our seats numbers and we all had to seat separated, including our 12 years old daughter."
Cons: "Flew from NY to Shanghai, had a 6 hour layover, then boarded my flight to Tokyo. China Eastern left my luggage behind in Shanghai, along with everyone else who was also on the NY>Shanghai flight. I do not understand how this happened, since the layover was 6 hours!! The layover was exhausting after a 14 hour flight, and then to arrive in Tokyo with no luggage made it even more tiring. The airline offered no compensation. Thankfully JAL was responsible with helping me once in Tokyo and they facilitated the delivery of the luggage to my hotel- in the middle of the night. It was inconvenient and disappointing after 24+ hours of travel. Not to mention - food was absolutely terrible. And headphone quality was no good for watching any of the films."
