The food options and quality could use some more excitement and variety.
Great airline. Excellent service, good food & lots of TV movies/shows to choose from.
Overall, very good. The food was better than expected with the exception of the pork and potatoes dinner at the end of the flight. My family all selected that dish and did not set it. I tried a bite also and it was honestly terrible. Also, it would be helpful to know when the snacks in the back of the plane are available.
Everything was good except food , food choices was very less. Washrooms were closed.overall good experience.
Timing very good from sfo to Singapore and service was awesome and economy class seats are great overall very good experience thanks
This flight was 16 hours and they made it very tolerable. Seats were comfortable and the staff very accommodating. I had plenty of inflight entertainment. Food was very good.
Service excellent would chose Singapore airlines as my first choice
We flew business class. It was excellent. For a 6’4” individual, the seats were slightly uncomfortable for sleeping. But this is only comparison to other business class seats. Otherwise, the crew was incredibly attentive, And the service was impeccable.
The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.
On time, friendly staff and decent food. Would definitely recommend.

The flight isn’t great, as the plane has faulty with light and noise. It blinks and make noise for 8hrs non stop! Causing health and sensory issues! Causing Hazard matter to all 3 babies that on bassinet seats. This matters affected 12 passengers and the most horrible flight I ever experience. Have been flying with MAS for more 30yrs and this is the worst! Very disappointed
AC not working, just slowly blowing room temperature air. Long taxi time does not help as well. Sweating all over the whole trip.
Did not take as cancelled 3 time so took another airline
It was a 2-hour flight so they didn't have much time for serving food. There was some turbulence so they could not serve hot coffee or tea for the safety reason. Good service, good tasting food, nice plane, a little bit of delay.
The IFE is quite unconvenient if using our own device. Not all passenger brought their own earphone/headphone.
Ok, but legspace on MH0127 from Kul to Per was too small. It was not possible to tilt my seat which I don't understand because the seat in front of my could do it. So I didn't rest on the flight. Also, the crew was probably understaffed because it took very long time to take trash after the meal. Everything very different from the flight with Malaysian Airlines from London to KL.
Service / food has to be much better. Staff were not very attentive to requests. Requested for a second serve of coke and got a weird look back from the host! Was also told they don’t have extra water bottles when I requested for one before sleep! Dinner time food was very minimum and average.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our pilot was skilled and clearly experienced. The value for the price was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

Instead of landing we had to go around and landed in Kuala Lumpur International Airport instead of Subang. Then we had to restart and arrived over 2.5 hrs late

Premium check in was worth it. Boarding process was a little chaotic. Seats were super cramped and I am less than 80kg and 180cm
