Very smooth onboarding and offboarding. Food provided was cold and not the best.
Service and the plane itself were terrific, but the extensive delays both before we left and after were a real pain.
The seats were narrower compare to other airlines traveling to Asia, which makes them uncomfortable after 6 hours The plane was worn, my tray table wasn’t level, You had to pay for WiFi and no Bluetooth option to use your own headphones. The crew was excellent in servicing the food and drinks. However I felt they needed some extra hands to serve the two sections of economy at the same time. They run out of one of the food option as they got to the rear section of the plane. Having travel on other Asian airlines during this trip; American Airlines can learn a bit from them, but I wonder if their service is geared towards a clientele that has become accustomed to not expect to much from an airline.
The crew was great, food was good. My concern is about the plane itself. It wasn't super clean, and during the landing process (after attendants had to take their seats) the air conditioning vent above my daughter's head started leaking a lot of water. It leaked for about 30 minutes, until we landed. I let the attendant know about the leak as we were getting off the plane, and she was very kind about saying she'd look into it. Given concerns about hygiene on planes, plus the fact that my daughter had to hold the blanket over her for 30 minutes to avoid getting soaked, that was not a great situation.
Boarding and crew service were excellent. Food was mediocre, not as good as our last trip four years ago.
My seat had zero leg room. I thought I was flying Japan Airlines, a company I picked based solely on the legroom... When I got to the airport on my first flight, they informed me that I was in fact flying J.A.L VIA American Airlines... What a bait and switch. I will never fly AA on an international flight ever again.
Too bad the plane didn't work after we taxied out to get in line for take-off. We went back to the gate and waited for almost 90 minutes for them to find a plane that worked. Waited another hour to board. When we got to Rochester we waited for over an hour for our bags to appear. The agent said they only had three people working to load and unload baggage. A one hour flight took an extra four hours. It would have been faster to rent a car at JFK and drive to Rochester.
bag dropped took over an hour. there was only one agent behind the counter. Definitely need improvements on food! crews were very pleasant n helpful
It was great, but the wifi service was very hard to pay and I barely could use it during my trip. The seats are also a bit tough for tall people (economy area). Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.
The airline was very clean, and the crew very kind and thoughtful.
Great flight attendants as always, they were super helpful and friendly. Made my kids super comfortable during long flight. The food were fine, some great taste some not so much specially the scramble eggs thats too watery. And maybe since its general food, better to not serve coffee pudding that kids cant really eat or maybe just serve different pudding for kids.
The quality and the quantity of food was terrible. I was starving to death at the end of the flight. Used serve 3 meals long time ago, now reduced to 2 meals during the 17 hours flight. Never offered wine or tea to us. We have to ask . Extremely hard to get the attention of the flight attendants. They intentionally ignore us to minimize the service. Bathrooms were dirty
Never book through Kayak. They can offload booking to third parties that are completely horrible.
Crew is excellent Wifi needs to be improved in order to connect to the internet.
The flight arrived on time. 2×2 seating meant no one needed to sit in the middle. This was a connectibf flight from Singapore and required going to 3 counters in different levels to check a golf bag
The staff on the plane were attentive and friendly. The frustration with the cabin crew was that we were served second to special diet people. And, we were in economy section. The boarding staff was mediocre. Got scolded for requesting to sit with spouse on 14 hours long flight home. Was told they cannot break up families for us. Didn’t understand how we were denied sitting together as we are husband and wife. After many words of exchange, we were accommodated. Cleaning crew did a horrible job! Bathrooms were unsanitary or dirty from beginning of flight! Didn’t expect sparkling as its economy, but did except decent.
Construction at PDX resulting in very lung walk from the rental car to the gate. SFO, extremely long walk between terminals to get to connecting Singapore airlines flight. My smart watch recorded a total of 3 miles.
I very much liked and appreciated the service on board. The seating arrangement in Business feels uncomfortable. It's not made for tall people, in any case.

My overall experience with Singapore Airlines is great. Will definitely fly Singapore airline again.

Three meals on a single flight is disgusting. Even if I reject them all, sleeping is impossible and all that food (especially wasted food) is just antithetical to a pleasant flight experience. People were chucking multiple abandoned trays on the floor in front of my seat.
Similar to Hyd->Dubai this too was worst airlines. Bad seats, bad seating arrangement which created lot of confusion since family member were not given seat together. However most of them changed the seat and got with the family. Cheap tactics by Emirates.
Overall I was quite pleased with the experience; the cleanliness; the polite and attentiveness of the cabin crew; and the delicious food options.
Loved everything! This flight had premium economy and I didn't see an option to upgraded to premium economy OR buy premium economy tickets. How come?
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The seats were very comfortable and spacious. The entertainment was amazing, and so was the food!
First time flying Emirates and business class. What a civilized way to travel, everything was wonderful organized and relaxing. Thank you for providing the best first impression!
Vegetarian food was unpalatable! Definitely need to look into this. The crew were prompt and helpful and the flight as one would want was uneventful. It was a comfortable flight, with new aircraft more legroom and seating space. Would recommend travel with Emirates to others as well.
In between two meals period they're not providing something like banana / cup noodles or bugger. It's really fell sad that I was asking have to wait for 3 hours for second meal. (breakfast)
The crew could have awaken me to eat dinner!! I was so waiting to order the braised duck breast and fell asleep b4 crew got to me to take order. When I awoke, lights were out and food had been served without me eating. I did love the apple juice!
The flight was delayed for over an hour, which made me worry about pets in cargo.
Food isn’t hot, seat is too tight even for a person weight 120 lbs.

Vegetarian options should be included with every meal. Even just simple steamed vegetables and whole grains would capture a wide audience.
Extensive delays, poor organization to board people, as it felt like chaos to get inside of the plane. No lines, everyone gathering together like a mayhem, very confusing. Passengers out of hand and rude, which is not the airlines fault. However, there should be rules, e.g., not letting one passenger take 2+ spots in the overhead bin.
The bed was alright in business class. Food variety and quality were not up to the mark compared to the business class airfare.
The food and service was great. You have to pay a lot for in flight Internet though which is lame.
Cathay has a great reputation, though it's baseline economy seating is nothing to write home about (and SE Asia flight passengers sometime lack 'routine stateside' etiquette). On the other hand, food was great, flight attendants were nice, and price was very good~
One hour before landing was the most scary part of my life. The plane just dropped from the air . No explanation or apologies from the captain. Women and children screaming everywhere. Would like to know what happened
The seat cushions are absolutely lacking, not sure if they know the passengers are traveling for 14 hours straight, but the padding made our back and butt ache like crazy. The entertainment console had its own problems, either the headphone jack wasn't working or the power outlet via usb or ac outlet was not working. Not to mention the seat handles were not adjustable in some planes in the middle or on the aisle. Qatar/Indigo may be operating a very old fleet of planes to make as much profit as possible, but passengers may not be following them for long, should this treatment of its customers continue. Qatar/Indigo, wake up and do it right by your customers, or they may not be your customers anymore.
The crew was fantastic and the over flight was perfect as well.

After going through security and waiting for the flight at the gate, there was no access to bathrooms and no place to charge a phone while waiting for the flight. But once I was on the plane, everything was very good.
The qatar airways flights were great, the code share with Indigo could have been a lot better. There is no option for web check in, there is not information on the tickets for the INDIGO PNR this caused a problem with security letting us into the airport. The indigo staff did not even want us to line up before they opened the counters. There is not option on the indigo flgith to request special meals.
I like is everything is good seets are little uncomfortable during the long flight ✈️ Doha to us , luggage 🧳 came too late overall very nice thank you for all

I didn’t expect American Airlines. I excepted QTAR AIR LINES. From KAYAK we are booking so in the kayak site it showed qathar air lines but operating American Airlines. I don’t like .
