No entertainment system, but then it is a budget air line
Comfortable economy seats with plenty of legroom. No food or water or amenities in the standard price and we experienced an hour delay.
I was expecting to fly in a Japanese airline because that what I bought, very disappointed finding out the change of airline without any explanation.
The stewardesses were excellent! The food and service were great. I will definitely fly ANA in the future.
Excellent. There were setbacks, but it had nothing to do with the crew. Mostly, mechanical which delayed our flight.
Awful. They cancelled my flight from Osaka to Tokyo and did not communicate this with United so my flight was never rescheduled. I had to call United myself who, after being on hold with them for an entire hour, did not believe that my flight had been canceled because ANA never reported this. ANA themselves refused to rebook my flight. United then said they would only rebook my flight for $600. After three hours of calling I was able to rebook my flight. My total trip was delayed 7 hours.
Flights got canceled due to weather and rebooked; however, were rebooked for the latest times and I was unable to move anything up.
Overall great. For improvement: early online check-in with seat choice.
The food was really good and healthy. Hopefully, next time final confirmation before the flight is earlier with complete information such as the Seat and Terminal Numbers.
It was so disappointed trip by unexpected company's fault delay. It had taken 3 hours delay for mechanical maintenance plus another 3 hours for bad weather.
SEA HND sector internet only worked for the last 2.5hrs of flight….. never had this kind of incident with other airlines
12 of the 14 hours were in the dark, all during daylight. Didn’t use my light because it disturbed other people it was illuminating. 14 hours sitting upright in a cramped space was horrible.
The friendliness of the attendants, and the quality of the service.
Food was terrible , uncomfortable seats, WiFi did not work, will never fly Singapore again.
They ran out of the second choice of food was stuck with fish
The usual excellent experience with Singapore Airlines. The airplane was on time and actually early to Haneda Airport. The onboarding experience was pleasant with no delays, perhaps owing to the fact that the flight was not full. Nevertheless, the air crew were their usual outstanding standards in serving the passengers.

Overall, very good. The food was better than expected with the exception of the pork and potatoes dinner at the end of the flight. My family all selected that dish and did not set it. I tried a bite also and it was honestly terrible. Also, it would be helpful to know when the snacks in the back of the plane are available.
The crew and their service was top notch, but the plane itself seemed to be on the older side and worn out. Also, the food could’ve been better. 9 out of 10.
Excellent- a lot of food Disappointed with the premium economy pouch- did not have toothbrush and tooth paste or socks. Other airlines provide them
I had a great experience with Singapore airlines as always. The partner airline, Scoot was fine except my bag was misplaced during the shuffle. Ultimately, my baggage arrived intact. Attempting to inquire about my baggage was impossible.
I didn’t get to go, and no refund was available after asking for 2 months
It was for the most part a 10/10 they said they had entertainment options but all they had was old movies for streaming from the mid 2010’s so like 10 years ago

I appreciate the economy price of the tickets. The long flight made the comfort level on the lower average side. Wi-Fi connection was not consistent but working. Overall, I would fly again with zip air but next time get the flat, premium seats with the amount of money I would save otherwise.
Comfortable seats and lucky no one was in middle seat. No water on the plane. Plane was on time and staff was fast.
You get what you pay for and nothing more. Wanted a cheap flight and that’s exactly what I got, though it’s human nature to wanting to feel like you got a good deal as well. There was none of that here. I was cheap and they were too. Got to my destination safely and that’s all that really matters.
Nice service. I wish it could provide hot water on the flight.
Flight was seamless. Free wifi helped pass the time. Food was okay, just make sure you pre order or pick something up from the airport

Inflight WiFi would lose connection when you don't continuously use it, and would sometimes be difficult to reconnect. Food quality could be a bit better. Other than that, it was excellent.

Uncoordinated boarding, seat comfort is terrible, even toilet is so small that overweight people wouldn't fit in. Baggage scam with additional fees. Stay away from this airline.
Finishes were quite worn, including our very scratched up seatback. No entertainment available, and the WiFi (even for “ScootHub”) was very slow. Crew were somewhat friendly.
Food & lower the prices. Look at Air Asia food look better & affordable
Boarding was not accordingly after front seat, bmf then back seat. This delayed for at least 40mins or more. The staff at Jakarta can do better. Is chaos at the entry to board the plane. This tarnished Scoot reputation when everyone was talking about it.
Scoot refused to change my flight even though I had booked a flexible ticket. MyTrip wanted to charge me an extra $271 for a ticket that was only listed as $217. I complained about this to scoot and they didn't give a shite. So never again will you be getting money from me Scoot. You can Scoot off.
It would have been nice if I could have actually travelled to Perth. I injured my back and was unable to fly. Scoot refused to change my ticket saying it was not flexible. However I purchased the ticket through MyTrip and it was flexible. MyTrip wanted to charge me an extra $271 to change to a ticket that was only listed as $217. Never again will I fly Scoot or book through MyTrip
Me and my Partner were in seats 6A and 6B. (Which we paid a premium for). Unfortunately the person is seat 6C was large and because of his size my Partner was squashed to the point of discomfort and unable to sit properly. We requested to be moved to some empty seats and two hours into the flight the crew moved us. Perhaps it’s time airlines began checking passenger sizes to ensure they don’t encroach into fellow passengers seating space!
It was a cheaper flight and it arrived early. I thought the crew were pretty noisy for an overnight flight, and my friend was not able to sleep because of the noise. Also I think it’s absurd they don’t provide complementary water. Why does everything have to be a surcharge? Airplanes are dehydrating and it would be beneficial to help passengers stay healthy.
