Staff was rude and loud. No respect for customers unlike the Starflyer Osaka to Haneda sector where service was outstanding. What a stark difference. Maybe United should learn from ANA how to do customer service.
we were in premium economy, but we both got middle seats and had to sit separately. i could have avoided this by trying to obtain seats sooner, but i tried 3 times and gave up. ANA's technology is not friendly for newcomers. no, check that---I think it is nigh impossible. not sure we are coming back. ana can do better to provide a front end that's friendly to users in both US and Japan.
Flight was diverted to Osaka due to engine problems then arrived at a different airport 6 hours late. We were so tired. ANA did the best they could.
The boarding process, food is one of the best, seats are roomier with better leg room.. the attendants are nice and accommodating…
Great as can be expected with a 10 hour flight over the Pacific. Great movie selection of new releases that hadn’t hit streaming yet. And despite the bad rep, I actually like the airplane good.
One of the best business class seats I’ve had. The lie flat seats made it comfortable to endure a 12 hour flight. Service was excellent and food was great.
Flight was on an ANA flight not air Japan. They did most excellent. Again the flight had excellent legroom for someone that is over 6 foot tall and the staff was very very nice. The only issue you may run into is that the person sitting next to you, may not be able to speak the same language as you.
The crew was excellent. The flight was delayed for 20 to 25 minutes. We did arrive a bit later than expected. The AC could have been better.
Very disappointed with the seat selection. During the booking, I selected seats such that my wife and I would sit next to each other. However, during check-in, we found out that the airline changed our seats and we were seated apart; and I was stuck in the middle seat with two strangers. Very disappointing experience. We would not fly ANA next time.
Upgrade the comfort, food and attendants. Also we arrived in Houston in the morning. The meal they served two hours before our arrival was a dinner entree. It would have been a lot nicer and much more appropriate to have had breakfast.
Pleasant business class flight experience with good onboarding experience. Flight service team was excellent with usual book-the-chef menu available
a completely full flight - felt quite carmped in, despite being on the window seat. Meal served could better. Surely different from pre-covid trips I used to take to and from Bangkok.
SQ service is great as always. However, the food quality seems to have gotten a lot worse recently.
Wish the underseat compartment don’t have a restriction, can fit a personal item such as backpack fully like most Boeing

Best airline I think. No problems with anything. Crew were great, no problems with the airline food and entertainment and a smooth flight.
Airline should consider adding a small meal at the last leg of the flight, right now there is 7 hours of no meal break.
Lounge a access was excellent as was the attentiveness and service from the crew as always. The food and drink supplied were of good quality. The entertainment system had a good selection and I liked the mapping system supplied. However the screen wild have been bigger and the operation a little smoother to navigate. The seats were barely comfortable, but adequate.
Crew and service excellent. 2 hour delay for takeoff. SQ app showed flight on time.
