Cons: "I was detained at the ticket cutting counter because I carried extra plastic back for purchase at the airport. Apparently in HK they have absurd rules saying that you can only have 2 bags carry on. Any extra has to be charges. I never have that kind of rules before using Air Asia at the other country, especially we buy some presents at the airport. I end up throwing a few items away because I can't squeeze in everything in my carry on bag. I will no longer take Air Asia for the Hong Kong Route."

Cons: "Worst experience. Flight delayed more than 4 hrs and staff. Couldn’t accommodate us. Please make announcement that names must be given to accommodate people if you guys going to place people in such a way. Do not make us wait and finally say no more flight. That’s absurd."

Pros: "Captain address on delayed update and get free meal"
Cons: "Initialy no staff at gate to update the delay. Passenger left wondering. Luckly received alert from Kayak.com on the delay. Received sms at 9.05pm after 1 hour delay from Airasia."

Pros: "Plane was delayed twice and nothing was communicated. They where aware that we we missing our connecting flights and promised to give us accomodation overnight a KL. when we arrived at KL there was again no communication and they then told us there was to be no accomodation, they had flat out lied. I after about an hour lining up to get a replacement ticket for the next flight (which took unnecessarily long considering they knew this was happening hours in advance), we went to the airport hotel which I would have booked if they had not lied to me to find that it was booked out."

Pros: "The crew were very pleasant... they were efficient and organised, modern, smart and 'on it' when necessary. I didn't eat as flights were short... no entertainment although they do have Rokki wifi to watch stuff on phones and tablets... I didn't bother though. Boarding was slick... time lost due to late departure was largely recovered in flight... Aircraft was clean and comfortable. Will definitely use as my airline of choice when travelling in the area..."

Also check in counters had closed so we used the Sales counter. The staff forgot to give me back our passports and plastic pocket with all.our travel documents in. They were not very competent and not parrocularly polite. At no.point on the boarding pass did it tell us we needed a stamp from check.in. We had handluggage only."

Cons: "I travelled Korean JeJu Air budget airlines. The service may be Jetstar can consider, they give a small cup of water as a welcome drink & helping passengers loads luggage onboard. Even it was budget airline but no compromise with passengers service."

Cons: "Don’t recall the greetings from cockpit and lack of announcements on potential turbulence and heavy rain plus lightning closer to destination. Only heard from cockpit almost nearing landing."

Cons: "Jetstar refuses to inform its customers about any upcoming flight delays. People waiting to pick you up: bad luck. Meetings planned after arrival: bad luck. Just sit, shut up and wait until they think the time is right to start boarding, usually an hour after scheduled department time (at least on this trip in both directions). Your ground staff is a total disaster, no matter how much your flight attendants will smile during the flight, they can't compensate for your pre-boarding mess."

Pros: "Flight is good, it's Jetstar so no food or entertainment was required, flight leaves Singapore at 23:00. Sleep and wake up in Darwin"

Cons: "It was a little hard to determine which zone was boarding when you came in midway. Had to wait a while to figure if your rows were called to board or not."

Cons: "Automated check-in is a pain for a family. There's really no room for your legs (I'm 1.8m and no chance I don't touch the next seat) - esp for old people not to recommend as definitely not healthy to be that squeezed. Worse than any other low cost carried from a space perspective."

Pros: "Smooth take off and landing"
Cons: "The boarding was non sense when inviting passangers from the particular rows. People were not given enough time to qeue in so that it actually didn’t matter where you sit coz it only caused chaos. The seats in the plane were ripped and would definitely require some maintanance. It was a late flight and the cabine crew seemed to have enough for that date so that the only smile you could get was when saying goodbye. However, they did the job in a proffessional manner."

Cons: "I dont have checkin luggage. Web checkin did not give me straight to gate boarding even on FasT booth. Old system allows me straight to gate."

Cons: "My itinerary said that I would be served dinner and I was not given anything, not even a bottle of water. I was also not impressed with the seats, they were very small."

Pros: "The only positive of the flight, was that they accidentally gave me exit row seating."
Cons: "I didn't like that I paid almost $100 on bag fees for one basically empty check bag. They do not offer anything to drink on the flight at all. Not even the un-bottled water. If you want anything to drink you have to pay them for it. The entire flight all they did was try to pedal their over priced junk. The best part of the experience was getting off the plane and knowing that I won't ever fly with them again."

Cons: "Poor service for mobility impaired passenger. Online luggage info limited andconfusing, Incorrect charge for luggage with no consequences for airline. No wheelchair ordered even after request. Check in took well over an hour and we almost missed the flight. Not impressed with Singapore Airport if the passenger care is so bad. Luggage costs doubled the cost of the flight. Other places un Singapore, and especially the public transit system, were proactive for physically handicapped people."

Cons: "Staff was rude again, there is no room, they made us remove our ear buds for landing. You have no bag room in the back because the crew uses them instead. Won’t be using them again if I can avoid it"

Cons: "Delayed waiting on the plane, however all boarded on time. Seating was tight with not much leg space and tight with the people next to you. Menu options were the usual and as it’s a shortish flight just had a light snack and drink."

Cons: "We had to pay over $165 USD for luggage. On a 7hr flight we cldnt even get water w/o paying for you"

Cons: "My girlfriend and I purchased tickets on Kayak to Malaysia. The price seemed decent and we got the hours we wanted...there was no option to add baggage when I was booking the ticket so I assumed the baggage was included (like on many international flights.) When we got to the airport, our flight was over two hours delayed...We wanted to switch to another flight instead because we had a whole day planned, but they said because it was through a third-party we were not able to do that and there was no way to contact kayak directly. So we were forced to wait and when we went to go check in our luggage they tried to charge us $60 for 15 kg and $20 for every additional kilogram. They said it was too late to get the online price (which was half of that amount) My luggage was 25 kg which amounted to an additional $200 which ended up costing MORE than my round trip flight. Jetstar is the worst airline I have ever flown. I emailed kayak for a refund or some customer support after the nightmare we dealt with ON New Year’s Day and still have yet to hear back about this matter. Going back to solely booking airlines directly or through Expedia because at least you can get in touch with them when things go wrong."
