She said but in Mla she assigned wheel chair but when in Manila they said Scoot did not assigned wheelchair inmy ticket. I hate you Scoot and I will never take scoot again in any of my up coming trips"

Pros: "Extremely rude."
Cons: "I got sick on the flight from some food poisoning and the crew acted put out when I asked for some water."
Pros: "The Business Class bed was nice"
Cons: "The whole experience was terrible. Scoot decided to - delay flight by 45 minutes without telling me. I discovered this by checking myself - chartered a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-200 and then reduced then quality of every Business Class service (no entertainment system videos or music, no alcohol or soft drinks - only water, only Economy class food. There was no apology from Scoot (who are a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) and none from Singapore Airlines. There was no suggestion of any refunds or other compensation. Truly a disgrace. I will never fly on either Singapore Airlines or Scoot airline again. I am seeking further compensation through Australian Fair Trading and through Class Action Lawyers (as this impacted every passenger on this flight, not just Business Class)"
Cons: "You can choose your seat but when you pay you can choose a seat and I don’t like this"
Pros: "There is nothing to say this is a no frills airline and that is what you get. Departure was on time and arrival was also on time. Food on any airline isn’t good at least on airline i fly. The important thing is getting there safely and this airline company does that."
Pros: "It was a good flight"

Pros: "Organised well. Clean plane. Excellnt comms from pilot and staff presented well."
Cons: "Could not recline chair"
Pros: "Overall it was a good flight."
Cons: "No offer to book my seat assignment during the booking process. A kiosk check-in would be a nice addition."
Pros: "The Staff were friendly and efficient, considering the flight time being very short. The Flight Crew got us to our destination 10 mins ahead of schedule, considering also that we were 15 mins behind sitting on the runway for take off, which in effect meant they made up 25 mins. Fantastic job. The Aircraft was clean and well maintained. The seats were comfortable in economy for me, but unfortunately my Husband being a larger tall man was cramped and didn’t have a lot of room to move."
Cons: "As the flight was very short the choice of food was limited and the selection was not good, as the choice I required ran out at the first two rows, which were not occupied by many passengers at all. A very light passenger load. The pricing was a little high for the snacks and tiny bottles of water."
Cons: "I didn't realise I was going to be in such a poor airline after booking through the Singapore Airlines website. There was hardly any space, food options were limited, there was no entertainment, they even charged for water! Equal worst airline with jetstar"
Pros: "boarding is thru gate and not tarmac"
Cons: "food are expensive."
Pros: "on time and departed early"
Cons: "none. is budget airline"
Pros: "great check in staff fast boarding comfortable temperature in cabin very good crew"
Cons: "The flight was delayed for over 30 mins."
Pros: "Nice aircraft, on time departure and arrival"
Cons: "reclining seats only in business class, not lay flat. pay for everything except the bathroom"
Cons: "Flight crew’s attitude. The fact that there was no overhead space and the crew didn’t Check additional bags. Had to stove the bags u def the seat and there was no room to stretch my legs. The flight crew had the most pathetic attitude and was rude beyond imagination."
Pros: "Singapore to Hanoi flight."
Cons: "Boarding is thru T2 airport bus which brings all passengers to Flyskoot plane parked somewhere. Not good for those with strollers. Will avoid Flyskoot if going to Hanoi."
Cons: "We were given just one very small water about 150ml and told we have to pay if we need more water. Restriction on providing drinking water in Business class seems unfair. Please reconsider"
Pros: "i did not see any entertainment."
Cons: "The process to check and pay for a bag at the airport was ridiculous. We waited in line to check the bag, found out that since we hadn't paid for it ahead of time, we could get the bag checked but would need to go stand in a new line to pay for it and could not have the bag tag until this was done. Then the new line only had one agent working all of the people who needed to pay for their bags. When we got to the front, we were asked to pay the bag fee with a credit card and the processing fee in cash. Since we were only connecting in Singapore, of course we did not have cash. She could not process the charge, walked us over to a new desk and a new line where they processed the bag charge without the cash fee (how this wasn't done initially, I have no idea) and finally, we were finished with the check in process an hour later."
Cons: "Temperature in cabin too warm on outgoing flight"
Pros: "Being a budget airline, you really get what you pay for. Seats do not recline. Minimum legroom. I was thankful that it was only a 1-hour flight"
Cons: "Stiff, uncomfortable seats without controls. Just adequate legroom for a 5’3” person"
Cons: "It was moving a lot!!! :\"
Pros: "check in - fast via machine. boarding - organized. crew helped out with baggage. flight - took off on time after short taxi and landed early"
Cons: "equipment could use refurbishment"
Pros: "Flight to Manila from Singapore was an easy 3 hour flight. There were no delays and the aircraft was clean."
Pros: "The cost was cheap"
Cons: "There wasn't much room for someone who is 6'4''"
Pros: "Crew was cordial, helpful and patient."
Cons: "There was absolutely no complimentary service at all, a bit unusual compared to flights we've taken in the past (domestic and international). No offer of free water, what's up with that?!?! There was no entertainment on board for an overnight flight, no blanket, no pillow."
Cons: "They lied about baggage costs My flight on scoot from blr to Singapore was 2 hrs delayed and no reason"
Cons: "This was a return flight I was taking. But even though I paid for a bag when booking, Kayak only booked the bag on the flight over. It there for cost me $48 to book the bag on at the airport one way back. For some reason when I was paying they could not take for the full amount on my CC and so I had to go change money as $8 had to be paid cash (very strange). The flight was very uncomfortable. I could go into detail but now I’m just ranting. Not happy. Won’t be doing that again."
Cons: "I had lost my luggage from Singapore to Maldives’s airport"
Pros: "Scoot Business is excellent value for money. 35 seats at the front of a Dreamliner with comfortable seats and some recline. The flight took off on time and landed in Sydney on time. I will go again."
Cons: "Not much really. It does not compare with Business on the national carriers but at half the price what do you expect?"
Pros: "Boarding was quick and plane embarked on time. ScootBiz seats pretty comfortable although don’t seem to recline much more than economy. Overall good flight though."
Pros: "On time. Service on board simple. Crews are friendly"
Cons: "The manager at the ticket office harassed my friend about his VISA- wasted 2 hours of our time saying his visa was not valid when it was. Then she finally gave him a boarding pass. As we hit the gate, she chased us down to yet again, say he couldn't board because of the same reason. She told him when he got back to Hyderabad that he would be charged as a criminal & be held in a cell all alone without a way to commicate to others. It was absolutely absurd!! We made it back to Hyderabad and like we knew the whole time, his VISA was fine."
Pros: "The flight was cheap and the plane itself (B787) is a new plane and the lower pressurised altitude is very nice."
Cons: "I didn't like being told off by one of the flght attendants for eating my own food on the flight. If Scoot's food was more reasonably priced I would buy it, but it is overpriced and therefore I need to bring my own. The seats are uncomfortable for sleeping in. The cabin temperature was a bit cold and with no blanket supplied this made it hard to sleep. Even though you are flying between two tropical destinations, I would recommend bringing a jumper."
Pros: "Scoot upgraded to a bigger plane, and as a result had more empty seats"
Cons: "flight was delayed by almost 2 hours due to operational problems. despite that, there were still passengers who were late to board, causing more delays. no apologies from Scoot. plans were derailed."
Pros: "Early baggage check and fast boarding. The flight was on time, too."
Cons: "Least amount of leg room I have ever had. I will not complain too much because the flight was only 2 hours."
Pros: "Arrived safely"
Cons: "No free drinks. Seats were not too comfortable."
Cons: "Delay, friendliness of ground staff, overall feeling of saving every penny"
Pros: "I like schedule on time and the arrangement on board"
Cons: "I travelled Korean JeJu Air budget airlines. The service may be Jetstar can consider, they give a small cup of water as a welcome drink & helping passengers loads luggage onboard. Even it was budget airline but no compromise with passengers service."
Pros: "It got me there at a reasonable price without being too uncomfortable!"
Cons: "Boarding was a bit of a mess (but I've seen much worse)"
Pros: "Crew very efficient, seating comfortable compared to other Spore-KL Budget flights."
Pros: "I am sorry to say the first airline that I would not like for the service."
Pros: "Few flight attendant were cool"
Cons: "Free luggage"
Pros: "Flight on time"
Pros: "Flight is good, it's Jetstar so no food or entertainment was required, flight leaves Singapore at 23:00. Sleep and wake up in Darwin"
Pros: "Todo bien"
Pros: "Because the flight is so short it is hard to evaluate. But overall it was smooth and quick."
Cons: "It was a little hard to determine which zone was boarding when you came in midway. Had to wait a while to figure if your rows were called to board or not."
Pros: "The detail of booking didn't show has paid bag fee.so confuse .And also kayak keep on asking want checking bag....."
Pros: "I managed to change my seat from a middle to a window seat and had a great view of the thunderstorms and a dark Darwin when we arrived - and lots of room. Comfortable seat."
Cons: "Hassle with buying a coffee. Couldn't use AMEX card but only told that when it didn't go through.. only minor but guy should have noticed it was amex and given it back straight away."
Pros: "Friendly crew, clean, smooth boarding and arrival (incl baggage)"
Cons: "Automated check-in is a pain for a family. There's really no room for your legs (I'm 1.8m and no chance I don't touch the next seat) - esp for old people not to recommend as definitely not healthy to be that squeezed. Worse than any other low cost carried from a space perspective."
Pros: "Everything was generally fine"
Cons: "They wouldn’t allow me to check in and couldn’t explain why at SIN airport. Later the lady at the airport info desk clarified it was because of possible volcanic activity in Bali. Seems like the people at jet star might of known this instead of assuming their system was broken?"
Pros: "Don't be fooled by the low price. You pay extra for everything. Initial fare does not include any luggage, a seat assignment or even a soda. Staff were helpful and friendly helping folks use the check in kiosks and automated luggage checking machines. There was no traditional check in counter. At the Singapore airport. You do it all yourself. Flight was on time. The aircraft was newer and clean. This airline is perhaps more dependable than some of the other smaller low cost Asian airlines. Food and entertainment got low rating because there was none really but this was only an hour long flight."
Pros: "750pm flight. Hope they add mor late night flight."
Cons: "I dont have checkin luggage. Web checkin did not give me straight to gate boarding even on FasT booth. Old system allows me straight to gate."
Cons: "You have to pay $60 to check one bag. Zero free drinks or snack, not even water. Not sure what we paid for for our tickets which we’rent exactly cheap..."
Pros: "Fast Check In and Boarding."
Cons: "Totally no services for the passenger and seats are not comfortable."
Pros: "Cheerful cabin crew"
Cons: "Not much legroom"
Pros: "Board on time ."
Cons: "Crew members are not polite and the way she handle seating like , don’t know how to manage . Especially check in counter . Even though we check in as a group , she assign us like a mass ."
Pros: "Easy boarding and relatively smooth flight"
Cons: "Delayed waiting on the plane, however all boarded on time. Seating was tight with not much leg space and tight with the people next to you. Menu options were the usual and as it’s a shortish flight just had a light snack and drink."
Cons: "We had to pay over $165 USD for luggage. On a 7hr flight we cldnt even get water w/o paying for you"
Cons: "My girlfriend and I purchased tickets on Kayak to Malaysia. The price seemed decent and we got the hours we wanted...there was no option to add baggage when I was booking the ticket so I assumed the baggage was included (like on many international flights.) When we got to the airport, our flight was over two hours delayed...We wanted to switch to another flight instead because we had a whole day planned, but they said because it was through a third-party we were not able to do that and there was no way to contact kayak directly. So we were forced to wait and when we went to go check in our luggage they tried to charge us $60 for 15 kg and $20 for every additional kilogram. They said it was too late to get the online price (which was half of that amount) My luggage was 25 kg which amounted to an additional $200 which ended up costing MORE than my round trip flight. Jetstar is the worst airline I have ever flown. I emailed kayak for a refund or some customer support after the nightmare we dealt with ON New Year’s Day and still have yet to hear back about this matter. Going back to solely booking airlines directly or through Expedia because at least you can get in touch with them when things go wrong."
Pros: "Staff were friendly and helpful. The plane got where it was supposed to go. Toilets were pretty clean."
Cons: "The $12 hot meal looked like dog food and partially cooked rice. It tasted worse. The seats are one of the big weaknesses - they don't have any kind of adjustable headrest and have vinyl covers and you can see the dirt and grime around the edges and under the cover. If the person behind you has long legs you'll feel their knees in your back. No screen to watch anything either. The seat cover combined with the warm temperature makes a pretty uncomfortable trip - not a big deal on a short 1 or 2 hour jump, but for 5+ hours it's a bit much."
Cons: "Crew was mostly friendly, Website was not easy to purchase additional bags and unable to check in online because bought ticket within 48 hours"
Pros: "On time, nice service, safe arrival"
Cons: "On board food relatively expensive"
Pros: "Cheap ticket pricing. Slightly cheaper."
Cons: "Food add-on is extremely expensive. Ridiculous!"
Pros: "not too much"
Cons: "one checked bag for an international flight is extra. I flew on JetStar airlines from Singapore to Manila I made a purchase $35 body spray with in the airport in Tokyo. I was told before boarding my JetStar flight that I could not keep my gifts because of the size of the bottles. I do not believe that this is fair due to the fact that I connected directly from Tokyo to Singapore. When I purchased the gifts in Tokyo I was allowed to board the flight. Is it anyway possible that I can resolve this issue?"
Pros: "I wish jet star airline fix my suitcase wheel and stitch the ripped the top of the material"
Cons: "Poor luggage handling charge me 60 Australian dollar"
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "No food or drink offered on flight"
Cons: "I had only one baggageto check in and was forced to pay 30 min before the boarding time."
Pros: "I'm quite upset to be informed by the airline that going to Taiwan requires minimum 6 months expiry date. When I purchased the airticket it was also not stated. In the end I have no choice but to postponed my flight until I get my passport renewed."
Cons: "The website did not informed me anything regarding my entry to Taiwan required my passport to have at least 6months minimum expiry date"
Pros: "The flight was pleasantly uneventful. Cabin crew was nice and efficient. Didn't order any food so I can't rate that. Neither can I rate the entertainment since it was a short flight without such. Say at exit row so had comfortable legroom."
Cons: "Check-in was terrible. The kiosks were a huge fail. Most passengers then had to queue at regular check-in counters which were only 2. Took so long since they apparently all of a sudden don't check you in if someone else purchased your ticket. In my case my brother bought mine. They wanted to see the physical card used for purchase, along with the card owner of course. After a long wait it turns out there's no issue with my ticket since it wasn't purchased directly from jetstar. In such a case, they don't care how the ticket was bought. Their policy sucks. The self check-in kiosks are useless. I will avoid Jetstar at all costs from now on. Never have I experienced such horrible service in any airline before."
Pros: "The initial price tag"
Cons: "Hidden fees for assigned seat, bags weighing more than 7kg, boarding the flight from the back to front."
Cons: "Outrageous baggage fees. I paid over $200 USD for 2 bags. This was so much more than the actual flight itself. I was never told how crappy Jetstar's baggage policy was and I will never fly them again. In fact, it makes me bitter with Kayak even though it doesn't necessarily reflect on you. You should never recommend this airline EVER AGAIN!!"
Pros: "I had three seats across all to myself"
Cons: "I could not change to pay for checked luggage ahead of time online"
Pros: "Price. Punctual."
Cons: "No frills."
Cons: "The customer service during our check in was terrible. We were shuffled around through different lines for Check in and baggage drop. We asked one lady at rhe counter if we needed to tag our carry ons and she said no. As we got to security, a rude lady walked us back to the counter to weigh each and every item we had, including our purses. Since we were over the limit, we were told to pay $60 for an additional check in and we couldnt pay the online price. We told the manager we checked in way before the 2 hours about the lady we asked regarding our bags. She even confirmed but insisted we still couldnt pay the online price. Each person we approached had a terrible attitude and wasnt willing to help. If we knew about the carry on bags, we wouldve purchased it online before the 2 hour cut off time."
Cons: "Their 7kg TOTAL allowance for bags is RIDICULOUS. Only airline I have traveled with that enforces this so unfairly on a flight that wasn't even as low cost as they advertised. Not even the cheapest european airlines like Ryanair or the asian ones like Airasia become so pushy on this. I was forced to pay $40 for a carry on bag because of an annoying security officer who didn't even worked for Jetstar while I was going through security. What's the security risk there? On top of that to my surprise I saw people on my flight carrying 2 or more bags with evident overweight according to this unfair policy. So the rule is random and note applied evenly. Be careful if flying with them. Besides, the aircraft was cheap, uncomfortable and unpleasant."
Cons: "The service was very bad especially when I checked in my luggages. They have changed me 13400 bat Thailand for the lugged and when I checked the bill when I left. She gave me two bills only and nothing else. We were three she charged us 13400 bat why is that. We have lugged for me 2 luggages total weight 28.8 kg. Plus 15.6 kg for my friend and 20 kg for the third ticket. Why is that?"
Pros: "Low prices"
Cons: "Seats are too close together for westerners to fit comfortably... heaven help any pacific islanders!"
Pros: "Boarding was relatively simple, and on time."
Cons: "Even though I paid for both tickets at the same time, using the same card (the tickets were bought together) my assigned seats were NOT sitting together. When I approached the JetStar staff about this, they told me the flight was full and nothing could be done. When I asked again they told me there was no way to move my seats together for this flight. I (personally) asked other people on the flight to move, and everything ended up being OK. However this was not due to JetStar staff at all. All in all, I guess I got what I paid for: I bought a cheap flight and I got bad service. Kind of expected with a budget carrier like Jetstar ."
Cons: "Was reallocated a Malaysians Airline flight due to missing connection entirely due to Qantas delays. That flight was also delayed departing Singapore. Overall a horrific flight"
Pros: "Crew were very friendly and overall was an enjoyable flight"
Cons: "Boarding gates changing were quite a hassle however that's life"
Pros: "Everything about the flight was fine"
Cons: "Wasnt sure how much luggage i would have until the day of travel and found the paying at check in quite alot more expensive than paying online"
Cons: "You are booking but cancellation or communication system is not there You are all cheaters"
Pros: "That I was able to have 3 other traveling passengers seated together which was nice."
Cons: "Meals purchased on board should be able to use credit card payment. Not everyone has the right currency. I saw a foreign trying to buy a meal but was on flight without food or drink because he couldn't pay by credit card."
Cons: "The plane for my flight was too small. There's no leg room compared to other budget airline like Scoot. It's was uncomfortable and I would never recommend it if there are other choices."
