Overall not bad the flight left on time and was a good flight.

Please be forewarned, pay for your bags ahead of time if you can figure out how. We had a short flight from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur and had not paid for our bags. It ended up costing us more for two bags than the flight for the both of us. For that reason alone I would probably not fly with them again unless it was the only option.

Outrageous baggage fees. I paid over $200 USD for 2 bags. This was so much more than the actual flight itself. I was never told how crappy Jetstar's baggage policy was and I will never fly them again. In fact, it makes me bitter with Kayak even though it doesn't necessarily reflect on you. You should never recommend this airline EVER AGAIN!!

I tried more than 20 times, from two devices, two browsers from my laptop, with two different credit cards, wasting huge amounts of time. Then they had the nerve to still charge the offline service charge for paying at the airport despite my clear description of all the time and effort I had spent on their miserable website. And they only accepted cash which required an extra ATM trip.

It’s a no-frills, budget airline. As such airlines go, this one is better than most. You won’t get any legroom and you’ll be nickel and dimes at every turn, but if you go into the experience with that understanding, you’ll have a reasonably comfortable, on-time flight without paying a lot of money.

There was nothing I didn’t like that I felt would have been better on a different budget airline. If you don’t like non-existent legroom and the lack of free frills, you shouldn’t be flying this airline.

Scoot Business is excellent value for money. 35 seats at the front of a Dreamliner with comfortable seats and some recline. The flight took off on time and landed in Sydney on time. I will go again.

Food was disgusting. Hard to determine where the plastic finished and the pasta started. There was no service, other than dumping a hot plastic box in your lap.

On time, polite staff.

Undermanned check-in staff, unorganized boarding, narrow seats, no entertainment, absolutely no complimentary food nor beverages (not even some water to compensate for air conditioning). All this in an international 6-hour flight. Yes, it’s low-cost. Still, it’s up to us, customers, to decide what’s acceptable and make companies adapt.

- My attempt to upgrade my seat online resulted in my existing paid ticket being put on hold 'Pending Payment' which took nearly an hour to sort out. - Gate was change at the last minute from 5 to 2 sending everyone scrambling. - Once on the plane I was never offered water, coffee or a drink despite being seated in an upgraded seat in the front row. Passenger beside me was showered with attention though...i was essentially ignored. - Plane was nearly an hour late departing resulting in even further delays into Singapore circling waiting to get in the landing Q.

I get the seat selection pre-check in is a premium service. Bu to not allow someone to express preference (based on what's left) when they check in is downright snarky. The explanation that I got that "we need to balance the plane" is whitewash. It's clearly to push peopel to buying the premium service. But when you do that at the price of alienating people, you've done them and yourself a disservice. Time to rethink!

This was a return flight I was taking. But even though I paid for a bag when booking, Kayak only booked the bag on the flight over. It there for cost me $48 to book the bag on at the airport one way back. For some reason when I was paying they could not take for the full amount on my CC and so I had to go change money as $8 had to be paid cash (very strange). The flight was very uncomfortable. I could go into detail but now I’m just ranting. Not happy. Won’t be doing that again.

Their website didn't work when I tried to pay in advance for the baggage and seat assignment. I tried more than 20 times, from two devices, two browsers from my laptop, with two different credit cards, wasting huge amounts of time. Then they had the nerve to still charge the offline service charge for paying at the airport despite my clear description of all the time and effort I had spent on their miserable website. And they only accepted cash which required an extra ATM trip.

Was reallocated a Malaysians Airline flight due to missing connection entirely due to Qantas delays. That flight was also delayed departing Singapore. Overall a horrific flight

Outrageous baggage fees. I paid over $200 USD for 2 bags. This was so much more than the actual flight itself. I was never told how crappy Jetstar's baggage policy was and I will never fly them again. In fact, it makes me bitter with Kayak even though it doesn't necessarily reflect on you. You should never recommend this airline EVER AGAIN!!

I get the seat selection pre-check in is a premium service. Bu to not allow someone to express preference (based on what's left) when they check in is downright snarky. The explanation that I got that "we need to balance the plane" is whitewash. It's clearly to push peopel to buying the premium service. But when you do that at the price of alienating people, you've done them and yourself a disservice. Time to rethink!

Scoot Business is excellent value for money. 35 seats at the front of a Dreamliner with comfortable seats and some recline. The flight took off on time and landed in Sydney on time. I will go again.

Not much really. It does not compare with Business on the national carriers but at half the price what do you expect?

The initial price tag

Hidden fees for assigned seat, bags weighing more than 7kg, boarding the flight from the back to front.

It’s a no-frills, budget airline. As such airlines go, this one is better than most. You won’t get any legroom and you’ll be nickel and dimes at every turn, but if you go into the experience with that understanding, you’ll have a reasonably comfortable, on-time flight without paying a lot of money.

There was nothing I didn’t like that I felt would have been better on a different budget airline. If you don’t like non-existent legroom and the lack of free frills, you shouldn’t be flying this airline.

- My attempt to upgrade my seat online resulted in my existing paid ticket being put on hold 'Pending Payment' which took nearly an hour to sort out. - Gate was change at the last minute from 5 to 2 sending everyone scrambling. - Once on the plane I was never offered water, coffee or a drink despite being seated in an upgraded seat in the front row. Passenger beside me was showered with attention though...i was essentially ignored. - Plane was nearly an hour late departing resulting in even further delays into Singapore circling waiting to get in the landing Q.
