One hour before landing was the most scary part of my life. The plane just dropped from the air . No explanation or apologies from the captain. Women and children screaming everywhere. Would like to know what happened
My flight going to doha had economy seats that had a little more leg room. Coming back the leg room was not there. I'm 6'3" and my knees were against the chair in front of me. I couldn't slide my feet under the chair. The 15 hour flight felt like torture from the lack of sleep I was getting being so uncomfortable. Food and crew were great though.
It was excellent except for at the very end. I woke up about 1.5 hrs before touchdown and wanted to order food in the Business class. I was told they had shut down food service. It would have been good to get a heads up before they closed the service. Anna the air hostess was wonderful. She did get me 2 bowls of fruit and I was very appreciative of her. Wonderful human and a hostess.
Amazing airline accommodations. The cabins were so great. The food was very good and the flight attendants were so nice. Made a 15 hour flight seem easy.
Overall the experience was neat with crew being nice and caring especially to parent with kids. The free snacks option was okay. The kiosk at Philly airport didn’t work.
Worse fight I ever take since I start flying , still have even made home , and crew abandon us half way home . No water no food and no even anyone to answer our questions
Too many boarding protocols. Never experienced with other international flights.

I moved to H row in the economy class. There was a crew member who's name might be shanya. She was not at all respectful for me. She was arrogant. While I was leaving the plane. The pilots and crew meter were saying Thank you and good bye to the passengers before and after me. And ignored Me.
Efficient boarding and early departure. Very smooth flight. Early arrival in ATL. Great flight.
Very good. Because of the delays with my previous flight, I missed my connection, but I was able to book another flight through the United app easily.
Lost luggage, they need a baggage service representative available all times in Atlanta
I was charged for my daughters bag when I am supposed to receive two free checked bags with my United Explorer card.
Made all groups except 2 check despite ample bin space. Inflight WiFi and entertainment didn’t work most of the time.
The check-in process is not the best They should have agents in site to help with any problem especially a rebook. Why does one have to get on the phone when there were at least 8 agents around that could have help?! Flying is stressful as it is and having someone willing to do their customer service will ease some of the stress.
Flight was quite late as there was no pilot Crew is usually excellent, this flight not as good as usual there were more mistakes, slower and less friendly service But honestly the aircraft was too cramped and uncomfortable for a 4 hour flying get so, do to the aircraft liability the very best you could ever do is mediocre.
The pairing of personal Bluetooth headset did not work, provided headset did not work, then the screen locked and therefore no in-flight entertainment was available.
The staff was so kind and very helpful. I had to use handicap wheelchair services and was so thankful for how well they treated me during my whole trip. Thank you so much. Jessie took time to explain his service and what part he played and how others was going to be available to help. The flight attendants was so helpful in helping me get to my seat. Made me want to plan my next trip with United Airlines. I usually use Delta.
WiFi never works on any flight and the attendants can never get it to work. You would think paying so much for business/first would give WiFi. Also, the food in business is really poor these days.
