Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.
Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.
Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.
Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.
I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.
No birding was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.
We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came

The most horrific experience we had with the airline that we had in our life Everything was substandard at best. For just one hot tea they charged 4 euros We paid for Lufthansa months in advance ,to get there they didn’t have us in record and after 4 and a half hours layover we almost we got one seat at the first row and one in the back of the plane On top of that our suitcase was seriously damaged and it’s unusable. Here we are halfway around the world in foreign language having to fix this on our vacation time Would you kindly and quickly resolve this matter
Checking in could not be done in the UK for this prt of the flight . Since we only had an hour and a bit at Singapore it was very stressful not knowing if we had appropriate seats. The flight itself was Ok and the 787 had a bit more legroom than the777 from Munich to Singapore. Food wasn't great.
This flight space was way better than our international flight. Efficient boarding and comfortable

One of the worst experiences. Some of the Staff was really unfriendly and rude. I was freezing and I asked for an extra blanket and one of the stewardess told me that it’s only one for each passenger and then I asked another one and thank God she gave me one. The food was very poor. They offered meal as soon as we took off and then nothing for 7-8 hours. Then they gave a tiny snack something like crackers and one hour before landing they gave us another snack.
I lost my luggage in this flight with all my personal belonging including critical medications and until now no one from Lufthansa contacted me despite filling the claim immediately after arriving to the final distinction.
my daughter was throwing up and I did not get any help. The food was such bad quality. the plane was clean and the entertainment was great
