After all that wait I was asked to sign an Indemnity form stating that I'll be responsible for any penalties whatsoever from Dubai Immigration if denied entry in dubai. The staff don't even know the rules and have behaved so dumb while dealing with passenger and have zero knowledge about document checks. Either the airline needs to get them more trained before getting them on the floor or needs to take strict action against them. Because wasting my time at the Mumbai airport was not so entertaining for me and the airline did not even seem apologetic about it. Vistara has hired some really unprofessional and uneducated staff at their Mumbai station."

Traveling by air in India in economy class is like traveling in a greyhound bus. If you are from the US and 30+ year old avoid the Economy class."

Cons: "Three things : 1) The crew seemed to be relatively inexperienced and just out of college. I observed a couple of informal communication exchanges from their part. But the crew were helpful and tried their best to provide the best customer experience. 2) The boarding process normally starts with business and premium class and then followed by economy. For my flight however the economy class was boarded first while the business class passengers were kept stranded waiting in a separate line. This also reflected the inexperience of the crew which handled the boarding. 3) Vistara was my connecting flight from Pune to Delhi followed by British airways flight from Delhi to London. Though the flights were booked under one ticket, the representative did not checkin my luggage throughout the journey due to which I had to collect my baggage at Delhi and check it in again. The representative explained that vistara still didn't have alliances with most airlines allowing luggage to be checked in till final destination. This is another front on which they can improve."

Now this flight, they didn't activate the entertainment till way later and turned off way too early. They didn't give any earphone as supposed to. Malindo's service has become bad."

Pros: "I will say that the AirAsia crews do save the day. This is my first time flying AirAsia on a 3 leg trip (currently on leg 2) and the crew members have been absolutely awesome and stellar."
Cons: "I’m just a BIG guy so space is my overall complaint. But as my first experience with AirAsia, it has not been a great one. First my initial flight kept being delayed and delayed until it was actually canceled. Then my second leg of my vacation trip, again, delayed and they just had us standing in line waiting to board our flight. Again I give praise to the wonderful crew members for the stellar and comforting service. They truly are the reason I have not given up on AirAsia just yet. Now I do have one leg left, my tip home...I’m hoping that this one will be the overall best experience for my AirAsia. I’m praying for an on time departure, and another wonderful staff and just a tiny bit more leg space. Wish me luck"

Pros: "This is now our airline of choice between KL and Singapore and the next time we fly to Australia we will try flying with Air Asia. It was a very short flight so entertainment was not provided, and we were perfectly happy with that. Very reasonable fare. All staff were charming and very helpful. Highly recommend."

Cons: "The flight delayed for 6 hours and when we make inquiry they keep saying will update soon. On top of that, after informing that I'm vegetarian they still insisted me to take kfc. Ended up having wedges and bun."

Cons: "Worst experience. Flight delayed more than 4 hrs and staff. Couldn’t accommodate us. Please make announcement that names must be given to accommodate people if you guys going to place people in such a way. Do not make us wait and finally say no more flight. That’s absurd."

Cons: "This plane was as old as me....I know it was an internal flight and these planes just go back and forth without any TLC inbetween. It's a business after all. Short 3.5 hour flight. The plane was so worn out, seat padding, there was was none, as it had seen better days, the covers were no longer covering the seats as the padding had disintegrated somewhere and were just hanging onto the seats for dear life!!!, it felt dirty and unkept, it smelled like an old toilet also. The fittings, trays where you could store your stuff was dirty also I didn't even eat the food, I was paranoid. Felt totally uncomfortable on this flight , sorry Air India but you need to have some standards on short flights despite what price you put on the seats. This was part of my long haul flight from Sydney to Mumbai which has marred my experience with you."

Cons: "For the price I paid for this trip, I think it’s acceptable and I will fly them again in the future. On time flights, polite cabin crew. Don’t expect over the top services . Limited choices in in flight entertainment system. I’m not used to Indian food so can’t comment much. Didn’t quite like it."

Cons: "Entertainment didn’t work in our seats. Staff were quite rude when asking for a third beer and refused to allow any more. In eight hours, that’s the first time I have experienced this on any airline. I am a frequent flyer with Qatar and ba and have flown long haul on most airlines. My two colleagues also had the same treatment and they turned there nose up at my Indian wife. Very dissapointed and I will be writing a complaint in person to the airline."

Cons: "3.20pm flight took off at 10.20pm. Sure, the issues were due to bad weather that affected all airlines at Goa airport, but the other airlines recovered as soon as the airport was reopened around 6.30pm. Air India didn’t have a plane show up till 9pm. They even allowed the 6.40pm flight take off before the 3.20pm flight. No announcements letting passengers know what the deal was except telling us that there was a delay. I had to use apps to get the information I needed."

Pros: "The Dreamliner gave me comfort and I could relax during the flight. Seats gave adequate space, while legroom was ample. Food towards Chennai (breakfast) was stodgy - especially the omelet. Food towards Singapore was great. I had the vegetarian rice set which was hot and just enough for me. I watched 4 movies in total; the Tamil ones had subtitles. All were good. Check-in and boarding was smooth."
Cons: "One of the stewardesses on the SG-MAA flight was loud and bossy, ordering passengers to close the stow compartments doors. No need to shout. And besides, on most flight I see the crew doing it. Please be professional."
