优点： the food is amazing

优点： Great seat with extra legroom, very attentive cabin crew.

缺点： Boarding

优点： In flight entertainment was excellent

缺点： My first flight the seat was towards the back and was smaller than others.

优点： I like overall, food , entertainment, cleanliness and the amazing crew.

缺点： I would fly again with emirates.

优点： Punctuality was good. No complaints generally.

缺点： Temp in cabin too high.

缺点： Seats we given did not recline .as they were just in front of emergency exit . The extra leg room seats were empty, but would have to pay extra to sit on them

优点： Singapore to Hanoi flight.

缺点： Boarding is thru T2 airport bus which brings all passengers to Flyskoot plane parked somewhere. Not good for those with strollers. Will avoid Flyskoot if going to Hanoi.

优点： Good value. Some leg room in Biz.

缺点： Paid $30 for wi-fi: It never connected. Just failed to work. “Failed to load page”. Paid for priority check-in: The people in the economy queue checked in faster. Paid for priority boarding: No priority security queue, no priority boarding. Paid for priority baggage: Took 60 minutes from landing for baggage to arrive. No priority, except for crew bags. Food was disgusting. Hard to determine where the plastic finished and the pasta started. There was no service, other than dumping a hot plastic box in your lap.

缺点： An hour and half delayed without prior notice. So i had to wait at the gate.

优点： Cheap flight. Delayed due to aircraft issue, I think. At least they were honest about it and apologized.

缺点： Again, as this is a budget airline, you really can't expect too Much from them. They get you from point a to point b, that's enough. You will have to sacrifice your own comfort.

优点： boarding is thru gate and not tarmac

优点： Scoot Business is excellent value for money. 35 seats at the front of a Dreamliner with comfortable seats and some recline. The flight took off on time and landed in Sydney on time. I will go again.

缺点： Not much really. It does not compare with Business on the national carriers but at half the price what do you expect?

优点： Crew on Singapore airlines were very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

缺点： They had 0 entertainment on an 8 hour flight. Tv turned off. One small meal after 20 minutes of flying. Would not fly with scoot again.

缺点： Sri Lankan seems to fly very old A320 aircraft on this route, at least for the daytime flights, and these have limited comfort in business class and rather small entertainment systems by today's standards. But it's surprising that the food quality is also poor because Sri Lanka has such amazing cuisine as a country.

缺点： 1.we seated at UL 604 / 52K video was not updated , one one movie was displayed. 2. Crew was asking options i food ( non veg ) but they ere delivering what they had , question is why they asked option when they don't have option of serving. 3. Crew was pathetic. They discriminate with respect to whites and Indian's. Its really bad.
