Pros: "checking in at Changi Airport is always a pleasure, helpful friendly staff"
Cons: "the food is disgusting"
Pros: "Flat bed is wide and comfortable. Cabin crew was excellent."
Pros: "Crew were great. Flight was not full."
Cons: "Plane was a bit dated and the entertainment system not as good as the newer plane as choices are lesser."
Cons: "WiFi didn’t work on 3 of the 4 flights although all purportedly had it. Also didn’t work the majority of the time in the Business Class Lounge in Singapore. Food was mediocre both on flights and in the lounge. Movie selection could hardly have been worse."
Cons: "Luggages did not arrive with the flight as it should be. It got lost in Sydney from Queenstown on flight SQ 6683 operated by Virgin Australia (VA 162)."
Pros: "Flight was very pleasant and enjoyable, on time for both departure and arrival."
Cons: "Meals were served rather slow as we were last for row 45 but there was insufficient time for us to finish the meal, collection of trays started in 5 minutes time"
Pros: "Food was good"
Cons: "Boarding was just ok, but departure delayed by half hour. Seats were really poor. Zero comfort.. felt like sitting on a cramped park bench. Entertainment system is ancient. Can't see and can't listen properly. Didn't expect this type of horrible aircraft from Singapore Airlines!"
Pros: "Crew"
Cons: "Short and sweet. Flight left on time and landed about 15 mins early. Crew was wonderful"
Pros: "Staff are great and on board service was good. Boarding is always well organised from Changi however it was a full flight and as always half the passengers exceeded their carry on allowance. Rather than addressing this bags were flung everywhere no nowhere within your actual reach during the flight. Very annoying when you are a passenger who does the right thing."
Cons: "See above. No in flight entertainment makes you feel like you're flying with the low cost carrier rather than a full service airline."
Cons: "Food , both quality and quantity was poor. Entertainment - world movies did not have many choices for such a long flight"
Cons: "Flight with Scoot are not very well organized. for as large a fleet and number of flight locally should be better. no onboard entertainment nor refreshments. Staff not very personable either."
Pros: "GREAT CREW AS ALWAYS THE SEAT WAS COMFORTABLE AS ALWAYS."
Cons: "FOOD WAS ORDINARY NOT WHAT I ORDERED, MY NEIGHBOR IN THE CHAIR OPPOSITE HAD WHAT I WANTED AND IT LOOKED DELICIOUS"
Pros: "Friendly crew. Toilets kept clean. Nice ambience with the cabin lighting."
Cons: "My seat had a broken recliner button. Seat would recline but not stay reclined. If I sat up, seat would come up with me."
Pros: "Extremely rude."
Cons: "I got sick on the flight from some food poisoning and the crew acted put out when I asked for some water."
Pros: "The Business Class bed was nice"
Cons: "The whole experience was terrible. Scoot decided to - delay flight by 45 minutes without telling me. I discovered this by checking myself - chartered a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-200 and then reduced then quality of every Business Class service (no entertainment system videos or music, no alcohol or soft drinks - only water, only Economy class food. There was no apology from Scoot (who are a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) and none from Singapore Airlines. There was no suggestion of any refunds or other compensation. Truly a disgrace. I will never fly on either Singapore Airlines or Scoot airline again. I am seeking further compensation through Australian Fair Trading and through Class Action Lawyers (as this impacted every passenger on this flight, not just Business Class)"
Cons: "You can choose your seat but when you pay you can choose a seat and I don’t like this"
Pros: "There is nothing to say this is a no frills airline and that is what you get. Departure was on time and arrival was also on time. Food on any airline isn’t good at least on airline i fly. The important thing is getting there safely and this airline company does that."
Pros: "Organised well. Clean plane. Excellnt comms from pilot and staff presented well."
Cons: "Could not recline chair"
Pros: "Overall it was a good flight."
Cons: "No offer to book my seat assignment during the booking process. A kiosk check-in would be a nice addition."
Pros: "The Staff were friendly and efficient, considering the flight time being very short. The Flight Crew got us to our destination 10 mins ahead of schedule, considering also that we were 15 mins behind sitting on the runway for take off, which in effect meant they made up 25 mins. Fantastic job. The Aircraft was clean and well maintained. The seats were comfortable in economy for me, but unfortunately my Husband being a larger tall man was cramped and didn’t have a lot of room to move."
Cons: "As the flight was very short the choice of food was limited and the selection was not good, as the choice I required ran out at the first two rows, which were not occupied by many passengers at all. A very light passenger load. The pricing was a little high for the snacks and tiny bottles of water."

It’s THE worst international flying experience I have had. I will avoid this airline.

100% dislike due to last minutes flight cancellations and terrible customer service experience. Do notice us early at least 24 hours before departure time.

Pros: "Quick and easy boarding and very friendly crew"
Cons: "Nothing really. For a no-frills flight, it was a great value"
Pros: "Smooth check in"
Cons: "That the in-flight wifi really is free instead of making the passengers to pay"
Pros: "The boarding was fast."
Cons: "Self-service boarding didn't work fully, causing some delay for my wife even though everything was in order. The flight was delayed and no over-the-air announcement or explanation or apology was given."
Pros: "Crew was really nice"
Cons: "There wer plenty of empty seats and the other people sitting in my row wanted to move to open seats but weren’t allowed because the seats apparently cost more money than our seats. I think that’s a bit stingy of the airlines because no one is sitting there. Why not allow people to be comfortable?"
Cons: "I was charged $183 USD for the same bag that was free on Malaysian airlines. Huge extortion rip off."
Pros: "We arrived safe"
Cons: "Left large with no explanation. Uncomfortable. No entertainment or free food. I mean none"
Pros: "The price is very affordable and flight was very good in take off and landing."
Cons: "Seats was very tight and uncomfortable!!!"
Pros: "I will say that the AirAsia crews do save the day. This is my first time flying AirAsia on a 3 leg trip (currently on leg 2) and the crew members have been absolutely awesome and stellar."
Cons: "I’m just a BIG guy so space is my overall complaint. But as my first experience with AirAsia, it has not been a great one. First my initial flight kept being delayed and delayed until it was actually canceled. Then my second leg of my vacation trip, again, delayed and they just had us standing in line waiting to board our flight. Again I give praise to the wonderful crew members for the stellar and comforting service. They truly are the reason I have not given up on AirAsia just yet. Now I do have one leg left, my tip home...I’m hoping that this one will be the overall best experience for my AirAsia. I’m praying for an on time departure, and another wonderful staff and just a tiny bit more leg space. Wish me luck"
Pros: "got front row seating due to being tall."
Cons: "was surprised at the baggage charge, 1000 bth at check in but if you do at booking it is 350 bth we were told at check in, kayak says it is $15.00. ticket price was around $49 Flew this route less then a year ago and there was none of this. had no option due to liquid in my bags"
Cons: "It just does not make any sense to me that I would need to leave the airport, collect my piece of luggage, to then go back on the boarding pass/baggage kiosk, to then get on a larger line to drop off my luggage to then go to another desk where I needed to take a number to pay for my suitcase. I’ve traveled all over the world and have never experienced anything like this before."
Pros: "Quick security, on time"
Cons: "The seats were really tight, no drink was offered and no entertainment"
Pros: "Small plane with no complementary food, snacks or drinks. Didn’t mine since it was a short flight."
Cons: "We had to pay bag fees that were very expensive!"
Pros: "Nice equipment and price. On time."
Cons: "Being a discount airline you preorder and pay for any meals or drinks you want. It as only a 40 minute flight so it didn't matter to me. Just know it ahead of time."
Pros: "Nice airplane for a decent price. One of the best low cost airlines"
Pros: "Flight left early and arrived early. Had an entire row to my"
Cons: "Crew was rude. I've flown all over the world and never had a crew member stand over me to ensure I TURNED OFF my phone. Rude service. No entertainment on a 2 hour flight. Will never fly with AsiaAir again."
Pros: "I am an international airline pilot and was very pleased with the professional attitude and service."
Pros: "Quick boarding"
Cons: "No water or refreshments. Had to pay extra for whatever you wanted. Including water."
Pros: "Very disappointed with overall experience. Booked on Kayak, received confirmation but then when I got to the counter to checkin my booking was cancelled and Kayak wouldnt do anything about it. Referred me to airline and basically "not their problem""
Cons: "Kayak could have assisted with problems."
Pros: "I am sorry to say the first airline that I would not like for the service."
Cons: "The night before the flight, I tried to add more to my baggage allowance and the website would not take my credit card (I was within the correct time frame to add the extra baggage). When I explained this to them, they did nothing. The additional cost of 9 kg of baggage doubled the price of my flight. Never again. There are lots of other choices out there and I will choose something else. May karma bite them in the butt."
Pros: "Friendly crew, clean, smooth boarding and arrival (incl baggage)"
Cons: "Automated check-in is a pain for a family. There's really no room for your legs (I'm 1.8m and no chance I don't touch the next seat) - esp for old people not to recommend as definitely not healthy to be that squeezed. Worse than any other low cost carried from a space perspective."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The staffs are very rude and not helpful at all. They cancelled my flight just because i did not book the flight out of philippines and had to wait in the airport for 5 hours to get my baggae after they cancelled my flight. Very very dissapointing."
Pros: "Crew was friendly and smiling throughout the trip."
Cons: "The flight was delayed for one hour because the plane arrived late, but there was no notice about it, or any type of announcement about the delay"
Cons: "My itinerary said that I would be served dinner and I was not given anything, not even a bottle of water. I was also not impressed with the seats, they were very small."
Pros: "The only positive of the flight, was that they accidentally gave me exit row seating."
Cons: "I didn't like that I paid almost $100 on bag fees for one basically empty check bag. They do not offer anything to drink on the flight at all. Not even the un-bottled water. If you want anything to drink you have to pay them for it. The entire flight all they did was try to pedal their over priced junk. The best part of the experience was getting off the plane and knowing that I won't ever fly with them again."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Staff was rude again, there is no room, they made us remove our ear buds for landing. You have no bag room in the back because the crew uses them instead. Won’t be using them again if I can avoid it"
Pros: "Fast Check In and Boarding."
Cons: "Totally no services for the passenger and seats are not comfortable."
