Pros: Friendly crew

Pros: Flight attendant was rude to my non French speaking 12 year old. He ripped his charger out of the USB port and threw it at him.

Cons: TSA was sketchy and gave a FULL search, part down, etc. I kept asking and the excuse kept changing. Final excuse ridiculous! Flight attendant could have not treated my son as he way he did. I was unaware that the usb cord being inputted during taxiing As was my son. He was horrible to him!!

Cons: They didn't seat a couple with a baby together which put me in the unpleasant place of being asked to give up my bulkhead seat for a window seat.

Cons: Customer service from the cathy pacific crew are not good at all.. I flight business to and from asia to the USA at least 3-4 times a year.. cathy pacific was such a disappointment..

Pros: The departure and arrival times were good in order to sleep the night, and wake up in Tokyo refreshed. Cabin crew were fairly friendly, but not the Cathay of a few years ago.

Cons: NONE of the business class center seats would recline. This meant in order to recline and get some rest, the crew had to dismantle your seat and release the locks manually. This meant the seat was in that position until time to land. So I had to make a choice to sleep or eat, horrible for CX.

Pros: Almost nothing, this was a terrible flight and experience! The movies were good, that's about it.

Cons: No online check-in, long waiting at in-person check-in. Rude, inattentive personnel; worst is that every passenger in transit need to go through customs in Xiamen which is terribly complicated. No word about this upon booking or on Xiamen airline's website. Customs in China isn't a nice experience either. Nobody was able to find the right way for check-in, it was a mess. I will never fly again Xiamen Airlines and I recommend to everyone to avoid this airline under any circumstances.

Pros: I booked this time China air for my parents and because of delayed flight we had very bad experience. Japanese boarding ticking staff were cooperative but seems they don’t have power

Cons: They said they understand situation but they were afraid to solve but there were staff name Ms. Umeda Ms. Yasukawa and Ms. Ai were very nice trying to handling the situation but as we were very cooperative and understanding that not their fault. My parents are old my mother can’t walk probably and Blood pleasure patient. I ask for room in Beijing because of 18 hours delayed stay. But they failed for get Hotel. But Japanese staff were nice also crew. I would love to give 5/5 rating but honestly was bad experience only because of delayed flight and couldn’t get recovery.

Cons: Better resolution for the monitors on the Air China screens.

Cons: I experienced a long delay and got stuck sitting in plane got another 2 hours after boarding before we could take off

Pros: I like everything about this airline... from the ticket prices, to their membership in Star Alliance, to their awesome customer service.

Cons: No one came with drink carts until halfway through the flight. I was very hungry, never offered food. Boarding was late but no communication from staff.

Cons: It took around 15 minutes for airplane to park and I was very near to loose my second flight, if my second flight had not delayed I would have loose it totally.

Cons: There should be more space between the seat because not all passengers can fit . And every passenger should have a chance to lower there seat without disturbing the passenger behind them .

Cons: Boarding was late and disorganized. The entertainment system was out of date with only a limited selection of movies - no wifi, no tv series, no live tv, no podcasts, ...

Pros: Sufficient space between front seats

Cons: The plane departed over 2 hrs late and didn't make up any time during the long flight. Most of the other airlines flying long distances make up the time if the departure is delay.

Cons: Better room in leg and width. Hotter food and tastier.

Cons: I’m still at the airport. I haven’t gotten back to my final destination yet. The first flight got delayed and the second one left. Everything got messed up.

Pros: Everything is good but there are kids make noisy during the sleeping and no one stop them.

Cons: My partner and I could not understand much of what flight attendants said in English due to their accent. Mediocre food. When the person in front came back, his seat leaned back and hit my laptop. I felt ignored once when a flight attendant appeared to have asked in Chinese if I need any drink.
