a longer gap btw the supper and breakfast would have been better - felt like the sleep was way too fragmented on this red eye flight
I loved the full Taylor Swift selection but felt that the other selections were limited, didn’t span the popular music eras nor a wide enough range of music genres. BUT the seat and bed were GREAT (it was wide, long enough, had great storage, firm enough to uphold body postural comfort). Outstanding crew and really great food - gourmet innovative dim sum breakfast so different from the boring standard fare offered by many other business class products.
The consistency with Singapore Airlines is fantastic. Crew are always brilliant and food delicious in business class
The business class seats were very uncomfortable. When in lie flat position my legs were very restricted.
It was very good experience on board to Sydney with SQ.
Fantastic patience when one of the passengers behind me was an absolute horrible, horrible person and the girls just kept smiling and doing their job with patience and kindness. Well, done to the crew.
Didn't like much at all Nowhere near enough legroom, narrow seats. Aisles not wide enough for safe food trolley access and husband had his knee hit cos not enough leg room. Would take a lot to convince us to fly Singapore Airlines again which is a pity cos it was always our go-to airline
Once again the meal served was delicious - we got chicken rice
Transfer within the same terminal and lots of facilities at the airport.
The male traveller seated in the row in front diagonally opposite my husbands seat across the aisle as soon as the seatbelt sign went off moved across the aisle into the seat in front of my husband for the entire journey from London to Singapore he had his seat reclined and pushed back and the seat touching my husbands knees for the entire journey from London to Singapore. very uncomfortable for my husband.
I liked the refreshments as the flight was short and the free WiFi. The seats were comfortable.
Despite having numerous passengers held up by American Airlines delays. Qantas (an AA partner) closed boarding with 0 flexibility
Boarding , crew and meals were all amazing. Couldn't wish for a better LOOONG flight from Dallas to Sydney .
This was the worst flight I’ve been on. Getting on the plane where is was 30 degrees outside was hotter on board cabin must’ve been 33 degrees. This is a health hazard. They cannot be doing this to save on fuel. People could die from this!!. Fans and a/c was, off entertainment was off. Poor excuse given. Crew made the excuse that the system didn’t have enough power. They basically were operating on one engine to save on jet fuel till 3 hours later on cruising altitude and they then started the second engine. And finally the cabin was cooled. On a 7hour red eye flight this made it so uncomfortable and impossible to sleep.
Qantas is always subpar beyond comfy chairs for a domestic flight
The flight was delayed over 2 hours. We had to wait on the plane and the air conditioning was turned off. The food was average and the cutlery was wooden!
flight delayed, wait in crowded gate. staff inattentive. had to remind them to get my coat from their closet. not many new movies, media choices were limited (nothing compared to Emirates.) Lounge was crowded
Everything was perfect. Fast check-in and very roomy seats with plenty of legroom. There was no entertainment but I did not miss it.
New month and no new movies. Qantas has lost the plot
Ease of boarding. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. In flight entertainment great.
