Cons: Delays in the food service occurred because the credit card machine stopped working. Rather than stop the purchase food options they continued which meant they could only reach row 16 by the time our flight began its descent. Since were in row 19, we were not offered any food or water, during lunch.

Pros: The crew did their best to maintain morale.

Cons: Considering this flight was delayed two and three quarters of an hour, and as we remained on board with no refreshments offered except a small glass of water during this time, it was not a pleasant experience.

Pros: Turkish Air’s boarding is very good and their food and entertainment is good

Cons: I have flown many international miles and many with Turkish Air. I have seen them go backwards as an airline these past 9 years. No more Premium Economy and very small seats, no more hot towels b4 takeoff, unbearably hot cabins, no good snacks on long flights, etc.

Pros: Some crew was attentive, others were not. Piloting was good

Cons: Upgraded seats in the planes, especially business class, seats did not work properly or recline all the way, very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre at best, movie library needs updating. I'm also not sure why an older model of this aircraft is used on such a long haul flight.

Pros: KLM never disappoints, the cabin crew was extremely kind and helpful!. The food was great, nice leg room in regular economy class, thousands of movies and tv shows...it was great!

Cons: Well there was a LOT of turbulence but no one can control the weather and shout out to the pilot for giving us such a smooth landing a rough weather!

Pros: Our flight was delayed in Bejing, than we loosed the booked flight of KLM. When we arrived in Amsterdam, we get the recheked in flight.

Cons: This is twice now I've had massive delays flying with LOT and because of this one I'm currently still stuck in Chicago because my international flight landed with 35 minutes for me to get to my connecting domestic flight when i should have had an hour and a half.

Pros: Very comfortable business class. Amazing food prepared on board. Flight crew was very pleasant, helpful and professional. The business class lounge in Istanbul was amazing as well, 2 stories tall with food, drink and entertainment everywhere. Golf simulator, slot cars etc!!!

Pros: I am a very tall man, 205cm, and I am always worried when I travel that I would not get the first raw or emergency seat. But Emirates always pays attention to my problem. And the economy class seats on Emirates have more leg rooms than on other airlines.

Cons: I could not use the onboard wifi on the flight from Jakarta to Dubai (Boeing 777 300er) and from Dubai to Amsterdam (Airbus A380).

Cons: Depart on time (1 hour late), hostess put a laptop in the overhead, which fell out and hit me when the bin was opened
