Pros: Courteous crew, nice leg room, entertainment system worked, periodical food/drink.

Cons: I requested a special meal request online but it didn’t go through, and the crew had to find me an alternate meal.

Pros: Premium class is good value on the A380 but not quite to par on the older 777s

Cons: The long stopover at London (11:20 hrs) should have been taken care of in terms of accommodation, SPA Access or meal voucher.

Pros: terrible customer service. wrong information on ticket and nobody could help me with anything. I will never fly emirates again

Cons: I was eligible for a complimentary hotel for my connection. However, in none of my correspondence was mentioned that I'm supposed to request a hotel ahead of departure. No emails from Kayak and neither Emirates. This is extremely disappointing and unnecessarily costly

Cons: The boarding crew at the gate did not say anything while weighing the carry on bag. I was ask to go to another person who issued me check in baggage sticker and told me to hand over your baggage to a person inside. At last he mentioned to not put any valuables in that bag. My carry on bag was just 1lb extra and the first person could have told me right away and I would have thrown away chocolates and brought down the weight to permissible limit. In general passenger do carry valuable stuff in carry on bag. I had to follow whatever I was told.

Pros: I had better experience with Emirates before...we had to wait ages for our food but maybe because we were the last one on the list. Food was nice and crew friendly.
