Had picked seats while booking tickets but airlines reshuffled the seats without informing and we were again left with the worst possible seats on the return journey. terrible experience.
I had the worst experience of my life in travel. Due to circumstances beyond my control (catastrophic traffic accidents on the highway between Gold Coast and Brisbane) I missed my flight for the first time ever. Because I booked through Kayak Singapore Airlines were not interested in helping me. They told me to contact the agent that I booked through. I was extremely stressed as I had connecting flights in Europe. First Kayak told me that the next available flights were in four days time. Then they told me that they could do it but at a cost of $2600 AUD. When I agreed he told me that he was having trouble getting it through Singapore’s system and he would contact me further once it had been done. When I had not heard from him after several hours, I phoned Kayak again, spoke to a different person who said he could do it for $8200. I declined and told him to cancel the booking. The worst part of this experience was that I had booked 5 flights altogether with Singapore including Premium Economy on two legs and Singapore cancelled all my flights including the return legs leaving me with having to completely reschedule my entire trip. Kayak refunded me $2000 from $5200, obviously leaving me out of pocket. This has left me feeling that I will never deal with Kayak or Singapore Airlines again.
Crew were so busy Anna so awesome. I was in a seat that got my food nearly last but the crew were Just awesome.
I had selected seats together for my family of three when I first booked my tickets in February. However, I realized only when I checked in at the airport that the seats I had selected were no longer assigned to us and we were completely scattered across three different middle seats instead of being seated together! After requesting the Singapore staff to have us seated together on a full flight, they managed to find something but it was right next to the rest rooms and the whole journey of 15+ hours was really unpleasant. They said that the seat selection isn't locked and the airline can reallocate the seats anytime. No one ever told us this and it was a terribly unpleasant surprise. Will avoid Kayak/underpricer and Singapore in future
Limited food options. I dont like chicken or even fish but that’s the only option. Sad to say not impress

After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. Flight attendants were awesome! Very helpful and patients. Some food were good but maybe not serving fish that kinda make the whole aircraft smell fishy. The “fried pork” was tasty but too much skin so it doesnt taste that great.
Very concerned with guest comforts going out of their way to accommodate special dietary needs when the guests hadn’t pre-ordered.
Kayak really screwed up by offloading the booking to a third party. They were completely inept and caused a bunch of toil. I will never use Kayak again.
Very poor. The flight was delayed for over an hour. Also, our baggage, including that of many passengers, approimately 180 bags did not arrive, and we are yet to receive it.
Poor, They have damaged my luggage and I have filed a claim at Colombo airport. They promised I will be in touch by the team within next 2 days but there is no One contacted me at all after 1 week. I then follow up again and received an email acknowledging my claim and claimed that they will reply in 12 days on investigation. Again, no response at all after that… Very disappointing…

Spesific ,Crew and cabin manager, look after all pax on board despite being in a old A320 equipment.Got free seat upgrade as well,but old style seats, no much comfert on it.But food and the spesific crew, was amazing.maintain airlanka standerd.the cabin manager, who was so much keen,keen operate as per SOP.
The staff was absolutely phenomenal but the other elements of Sri Lankan Airlines need some serious adjustments. The day started off with terrible news that the flight was cancelled from Male and that the plane went to Malta. As an American, when such delays occur, the airlines find suitable ways to accommodate their customers such as putting them in an Airport hotel or lounge while waiting for the next flight. A 1.5 hour trip turned into 12 hours with no accommodations from the Airlines except a ticket to eat breakfast. For such a Billion dollar industry, a cheap breakfast is an insult toward the customer and something greater should have been done.
Many changes need to be addressed from airport check in to flight departure. If they observe other major airlines, then they can expect what Sri Lankan airlines need to update their procedures.

We were told that flight was delayed by 20 mins, but it left close to an hour late. But they did make it up and arrived early; it's just very difficult to keep waiting when it's a late flight. Food was mediocre.
I had a wonderful experience with this company. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our pilot was skilled and clearly experienced. The value for the price was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.
Premium check in was worth it. Boarding process was a little chaotic. Seats were super cramped and I am less than 80kg and 180cm
should remind people who cough must wear the mask. A few persons surrounding keep coughing.
Air Asia’s standard has dropped tremendously post pandemic. The whole organisation feels ‘soul-less’
No complaints. Made it on time with a minimum of hassle. Some complementary soft drinks would have been nice tho.

The crew is good, but the flight delayed and there is two passengers keep talking during the flight
100% dislike due to last minutes flight cancellations and terrible customer service experience. Do notice us early at least 24 hours before departure time.
Crew was polite. Ground crew was prompt in informing about the flight delay. Boarding process was ok. There was no entertainment on the flight. Blankets were not available for an overnight flight. It was very cold & blanket was given upon request. Food was average. It would have been better to serve breakfast instead of a late night dinner as people like to sleep & serving breakfast before disembarking in the morning at Singapore would have been much appreciated. Seats were ok. Plane was old.
Very poor experience. The entertainment screen wasn't working, charging USB was not working. There was a water leak on my head from air conditioning. The tray table was cracked. seats were old and dirty.
Miss my flight from delhi to amritsar due to lock the luggage door of airplane.and there was no more flight even for next days and they not refund the fare. I took bus grom delhi.. bad experiance.
Boarding at Mumbai airport was terrible, the staff had no idea how to handle it. It was chaos - and led to a delay
Boarding and crew were nice Food was normal No entertainment was on the flight. Neither TV screen was there nor Wi-Fi connection to the mobile phone or iPad was there. Even the budget wing of AIR INDIA ie AIR INDIA EXPRESS provided us Wi-Fi connectivity on our mobile phone in their DOMESTIC SECTOR. So not providing Wi-Fi connectivity on international flight was unthinkable.
The aircraft used for the flight was an ex-Delta aircraft and was in excellent condition. The entertainment system was modern with good content selection. The food was good and plenty of water was available. The crew were also excellent.

Video screens didn’t work appropriately. Maps didn’t work on individual screens. . Seats are very uncomfortable. Plane was old and outdated. Food was served at odd times and wasn’t good. Lightning would come on and off randomly interfering with sleep. Trash was not removed promptly.
Air India canceled AI173 at last minute leaving passengers stranded at the airport.
Plane is old. Seats are broken. Entertainment does not work. Food is ok. Flight attendants are courteous and try their best. Take this flight if you get the cheapest ticket. Otherwise, look for other carriers.
