Cons: Thai Lion will rip you off on checked in luggage if you pay during checking in for your flight. I paid almost $300USD for one suitcase that weighed 15 kilos. When asked, they said I should have paid in advance. I expected to pay for checked in luggage, but $300 bucks is Ridiculous!!

Pros: This is want low cost should be. Do the basics right, brand new plane, on time and impeccable crew. That's all I wanted.

Cons: Seat pitch a bit thight but it was expected. If you're tall I'd suggest the extra charge for emergency exit.

Pros: Because I had missed my original connecting flight, the airlines booked me at an overnight hotel and my new flight seat number was premium economy. This was fine in the end, but in the moment I practically cried.

Cons: Again, not being delayed and having to miss my original connecting flight would have been best.

Pros: I am still trying to find my bags. I missed my connection and Jet Blue made me stand in a line to get rebooked for 7 hours. Unprofessional, uncaring. None of this was my fault but everyone who represents Jet Blue treated me as if it were. Never again

Cons: Their 7kg TOTAL allowance for bags is RIDICULOUS. Only airline I have traveled with that enforces this so unfairly on a flight that wasn't even as low cost as they advertised. Not even the cheapest european airlines like Ryanair or the asian ones like Airasia become so pushy on this. I was forced to pay $40 for a carry on bag because of an annoying security officer who didn't even worked for Jetstar while I was going through security. What's the security risk there? On top of that to my surprise I saw people on my flight carrying 2 or more bags with evident overweight according to this unfair policy. So the rule is random and note applied evenly. Be careful if flying with them. Besides, the aircraft was cheap, uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Cons: 15 minutes stuck on the bus at disembarkation sucked.

Pros: Crew were professional, friendly and efficient. Aircraft was clean in the cabin and in good serviced condition. Check in Staff were efficient, friendly and professional.

Cons: Seating configuration in economy very small. My Husband is a tall, big man and was cramped by the seat pitch, which made his trip very uncomfortable. To think that we have to pay for such an essential item to life as WATER, when it is free on most other airlines....or at the very least you can get a glass of water. I couldn’t believe the charge price for a tiny bottle of water and the fact that you can’t even get a glass of water either. This is an outrage and a rip off to customers.

Pros: The crew was eventually accommodating. I am pregnant and asked if I could stretch out on the empty row behind us. However, it was an emergency row and no, we weren't allowed. Eventually, they offered me a seat with an empty seat next to it. The other passenger in the row wasn't very happy with me sitting there. One of the stewards offered me the back row to stretch out. There was no one sitting there. I don't know why that wasn't one the first options. But I'm thankful that I was able to lay down and sleep.

Cons: The cabin is very crowded. No food or drinks are provided so be prepared to pay or bring your own.

Cons: The weird thing was that some of the passengers had booked through Emirates Airlines, and were given guest bags w/travel goodies, refreshments and a meal during this short flight. We regular passengers seated with them were ignored as our seatmates were treated to their 'upgraded' experience. How silly. What a way to make up for the lack of first class seating on a small plane. P.S. we were all cramped together quite closely. Not too comfortable, but . . . that's the way it often is nowadays.

Cons: After standing in line for 10 minutes I wasn't able to print out my 'automated' baggage tag. Then I was told I needed to pay for one? Oh is that so? Would have been nice to let me know that ahead of time rather than waste time standing in line. The kiosk didn't even give me an option to do that. The attendant didn't even understand that and then eventually had me stand in another line. Great. That's another 20 minutes. Then they proceed to ask me who much my bag weighed. Isn't that why you have scales but not where you buy the baggage ticket???

Pros: Air Crew was polite. Ground crew was the slowest and most inefficient group of people I've witnessed. There'd be 3 people working, but 2 of them would be talking to each other, letting the queues build up.

Pros: Loved the tinted windows on the Dreamliner! And the rainbow lights at the end of the flight. Scoot personal were excellant!
