Cons: It's a budget airline so you get what you pay for. Only a 1hr plus flight so it's OK. The crew were all pleasant and professional.

Pros: I missed my luggage! In Singapore. I flew from Omaha all the way to Singapore. I had to deal with my missing luggage while I was waiting for our connection flight to Denpasar. Right now I don’t have clothes and I still wait for my luggage. I am very disappointed. I should scuba diving today.

Cons: It’s nothing wrong with your schedule itinerary But the Crew of ANA 7773 made my luggage missed

Cons: The weird thing was that some of the passengers had booked through Emirates Airlines, and were given guest bags w/travel goodies, refreshments and a meal during this short flight. We regular passengers seated with them were ignored as our seatmates were treated to their 'upgraded' experience. How silly. What a way to make up for the lack of first class seating on a small plane. P.S. we were all cramped together quite closely. Not too comfortable, but . . . that's the way it often is nowadays.

Cons: Crew members are not polite and the way she handle seating like , don’t know how to manage . Especially check in counter . Even though we check in as a group , she assign us like a mass .

Cons: Flight with Scoot are not very well organized. for as large a fleet and number of flight locally should be better. no onboard entertainment nor refreshments. Staff not very personable either.

Cons: There was the least amount of legroom I've ever seen on any other airline, my legs were digging into the seat in front of my when I was sitting perfectly upright. They also didn't serve even water.

Cons: Everything else. It is a budget airlines. Don Muang airport is awful compared to BKK. Lines are so long for everything. Even getting food has long lines in hot conditions. It really is necessary to get to the airport a long time in advance. For frequent travelers this is not good.

Pros: Malindo Air impressed me above and beyond with their services, from start to finish! I don't think I've had a better experience with an airline before - keep up the amazing work Malindo!

Cons: I have booked with Delta, ANA, Kuwait Air, Air Asia and Philipines Airline and none needed to see physical credit card. My girlfriend was not able to join me because of this unreasonable request. I offered to send copy of card with passport but they would not help. I have put a dispute with credit card as they would not let her on plane.

Cons: There baggage weights are ridiculous! 40 lbs for economy plus 30 lbs for economy..? Give me a break! Cost me the same amount for my baggage penalty for 5 lbs overweight as my tickets for two! Especially when they tell me to add the extra weight to my carry on... so what's the big deal? Same total baggage weight! I'll never fly with them again!

Cons: The overall floght was ok with the crew pretty helpful. However coming in to land the plane swayed sideaays seemingly to be off course but probably due to wind shear. Touching down was one of the hardest I ever experienced with all passengers in shock on the force it kanded

Most of the female crew would walk past passengers who had their seats reclined or in the toilets and other situations and wouldn’t notice (during take off and landing) and the guy would come past later and do her job for them. Ground staff in Bangkok

Cons: I travelled Korean JeJu Air budget airlines. The service may be Jetstar can consider, they give a small cup of water as a welcome drink & helping passengers loads luggage onboard. Even it was budget airline but no compromise with passengers service.

Cons: The snack provided was a pack of 3 oreos and some water. They had other snacks and meals available for sale.

Cons: No immigration documents were passed out on the flight from Singapore to BKK causing a bottleneck on arrival. Only one Thai Lion rep. processing entries and passing out docs. Very slow, jepordizing an onward connecting flight.

Pros: Crew was excellent. Seats border on the awful. I am 6'2". My knees were almost touching my chest. And, the airline allows seats to recline. Seriously? Short flight however.

Cons: Boarding area at DMK was in a large area for gates 1-6. It was packed. Almost wall to wall people. No air conditioning. Blowers circulating hot air. Major thunderstorm delayed boarding for 1 1/2 hours. All flights. Chaos in the bordering area. Not fun.

If you want to check in a second luggage you have to check in 4 hours ahead and you still have to pay a lot of money, and it is based on the weight of your luggage . If you don't check in 4 hours in advance and you have an extra suitcase, they charge you by the kilogram and it is ridiculously expensive. More than he cost of the entire flight! And if your flight has multiple legs, you have to pay for the extra luggage every single leg.

Pros: Except for a 1-hour delay, overall the flight was good, smooth and enjoyable. Loved the inflight meal. For the price we paid we got meal and 30kg baggage allowance, we thought that was just value for money. And they departed from KLIA and not klia2 which is more convenient.

Pros: The Business Class bed was nice

Cons: The whole experience was terrible. Scoot decided to - delay flight by 45 minutes without telling me. I discovered this by checking myself - chartered a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-200 and then reduced then quality of every Business Class service (no entertainment system videos or music, no alcohol or soft drinks - only water, only Economy class food. There was no apology from Scoot (who are a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) and none from Singapore Airlines. There was no suggestion of any refunds or other compensation. Truly a disgrace. I will never fly on either Singapore Airlines or Scoot airline again. I am seeking further compensation through Australian Fair Trading and through Class Action Lawyers (as this impacted every passenger on this flight, not just Business Class)
