Surprised for charged $341.00 FOR my luggage. THY opportunist, taken advantage of the people not knowing luggage must be paid.. I flew 7 months ago with Lufthansa same place to Los Angeles my family lives and work in L.A. no luggage PAYS BIG zero .. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY FLIGHTS ✈️ FROM TURKISH AIRLINES EVER AGAIN 😒 Please Don't recommend TURKISH Airlines to nobody.. I am a retired person. With very limited S.S. check for a month..$341.00 is my kitchen expenses for at list 5 weeks i am a vegetarian salads and sandwiches.. thank you very much for your investigation asking my experience about the flight with ROTTEN Airlines 😀

Delicious food, comfortable and clean plane. It's a little cramped in the hall in front of the gate.
Excellent staff despite some trying passenger situations. Very impressed with their good attitudes and kindness.
The crew is not focused on the guests but on their task!! No extra service. No business class amenities provided. A crew is not friendly if you ask for something extra, like tea. It takes 30 minutes, and you have to go them 3 reminders. Lack of friendliness, less but more of let me finish and go back to their group and Talk. Like a passenger is in on there way. So get your I gave you food just shut up
My, Syed Zawar Hussein Shirazi frequently flyer membership number was not included on my boarding pass from O’Hare to Istanbul despite my reminder to the attendant at check in. Further she forgot to give me my boarding pass form Istanbul to Lahore and she needs to improve her customer service, please 🙏
You charged me for luggage although the airline does not- you charged me for seat when customers can pick their own seat at checkout in I travel to Europe slot and I will not use kayak again
They oversold the tickets by one which was my ticket so I didn’t have a ticket till last second
Entertainment was good. Flight was delayed, nearly missed my connecting flight. The gate was changed on several occasions. My luggage did not arrive on time and had to leave without it.
To be prepared for being treated with disrespect by the ground crew.
Terrible. Both flights were significantly delayed, no luggage, made me check my small bag when many, many others had much larger carry-ons, not even a bottle of water . . . I will not fly Discover Airlines again.
I booked extra leg room, due to seat neighbor i now consider extra shoulder and arm room as well. Seems like the seats shrink in width now The crew was very friendly and professional ( 100%). Food was good not great, breakfast was bad, a dry slice of bread would have been better. Facilities clean.
Luggage transfer in Chicago was not performed in time. I received my luggage at my destination two days later.
Horrible seats. They were just coach seats with the middle seat blocked with a dirty seat tray.

We had almost a 6 hr delay, primarily due to weather, the e problem was that they communicated this delay and its length very poorly. The boarding was chaotic - even though they had hours to figure it out! The plane was an old 747 whose touch screens barely worked and there was a faulty USB port under my seat rest (something that wasn't labeled as being there) They organized my delayed luggage well. And I could get updates on the Lufthansa website. My shirt connecting flight charged for everything except water. Coffee was over 3€
The crew was very professional, no food was served. The flight was delayed which impacted my connection at Frankfurt to Chicago… It was very stressful because it was out of my control. Had I missed my connection, it would have been extremely disruptive and inconvenient as I would have had to make other arrangements to fly to the United States.
Not bad. We had preboarding tickets but the preboarding was badly managed. We lined up behind all the parents with little kids etc and when we got to the front of the line the attendant deliberately turned away from us and ignored us until I asked to be allowed to go to the gate. She started telling us that we had to wait until I told her we had preboarding then she let us through.
Very small and uncomfortable seats, Hard to hear entertainment system sound. Horrible food. Staff doesn't care much about the passengers. 2nd time they didn't give me my vegetarian meal. They asked me regular food with meat. The airline and staff was from United airlines.
They delayed my flight from Toronto Pearson for one hour and Frankfurt to Abuja for 2HRS, So sad
