short flight but we still got a very nice lunch and the crew did an excellent job in taking care of us
The crew were kind and very helpful. Did not expect food service. Was served a warm soft sandwich bread , was delicious. Overall the service, the staff were great. Highly recommend others to try Turkish Airline
The connecting flight experience was okay. Flight crew's service were great upon settling. However, it wasn't the same as previous flight. Flight crew were okay - friendly, however, not as accommodating.
Entertainment was good. Flight was delayed, nearly missed my connecting flight. The gate was changed on several occasions. My luggage did not arrive on time and had to leave without it.
Flight Singapore - Istanbul was perfect. Flight Istanbul - Sao Paolo - Buenos Aires was really good but there was a big delay in Sao Paolo (Brazil) due to a problem with the ground staff and not related to Turkish Airline. Overall a very good and solid experience
The fully flat bed in business class on the 777 is a little narrow, and the 2-3-2 configuration is now dated, but otherwise a comfortable and pleasant flight. It’s hard to beat the value too.
This time around, I felt that the crew wasn’t very professional. Speaking / laughing loudly and rushing through service.
I canceled this flight after turkish airlines did not provide any consideration for a death in the family while in Singapore
It was a quick flight, and it was fine. The only thing was my seats wouldn’t recline because I was in the last row. It was a 1am flight so that made it hard to sleep. But otherwise it was fine.
Everything was great…Flight Attendants were specially friendly and helpful.
Biggest gripes were that the seats were extra narrow as the 4-in-the-middle taper down. As with most flight, too little leg room hurts my aging hips. Also changing the flight time to 3 hours earlier meant that we had a terribly long lay-over in one of the world's most boring airports
When I got to the airport, the airline lost my reservation and couldn't give me a boarding pass. I had to sit with the travel center for an hour until they could figure out what was going on. I thought I was going to miss my flight.
The business class seat is the same as economy with 2 people instead of 3. That's not how it should be.
Checking in could not be done in the UK for this prt of the flight . Since we only had an hour and a bit at Singapore it was very stressful not knowing if we had appropriate seats. The flight itself was Ok and the 787 had a bit more legroom than the777 from Munich to Singapore. Food wasn't great.
Selling food instead of offering it as complementary with the excessive price, is pure greed and not comptitive at all.
Due to late arrival from prior flight, lost luggage, customs and travel to next terminal was not possible time. We missed our flight. We had to make other arrangements as we needed to get back.
You get what you pay for. Beware 747/8 entertainment interface ...the touch screens are rubbish.
Food was not good and it was not enough for a 9:45 mins flight
There were issues with the movies not playing correctly, it would have been nice if we could have been offered a code to use the Wi-Fi.
