Fast and efficient flight. Wifi worked well. Food selection could have been better

Never book through Kayak. They can offload booking to third parties that are completely horrible.

I loved the full Taylor Swift selection but felt that the other selections were limited, didn’t span the popular music eras nor a wide enough range of music genres. BUT the seat and bed were GREAT (it was wide, long enough, had great storage, firm enough to uphold body postural comfort). Outstanding crew and really great food - gourmet innovative dim sum breakfast so different from the boring standard fare offered by many other business class products.

Crew is excellent Wifi needs to be improved in order to connect to the internet.

First time flying with Singapore airlines and I’ll give them two thumbs up 👍 👍

I find it was a bit hot before take off. If there is a way to improve the airflow it would be great

Excellent service. I pre-ordered gluten intolerant meal and they handle it with care. They served me my meal before other people's to avoid crossed contamination. Thank you 🙏

No frills airline with minimal leg room and no entertainment

The flight arrived on time. 2×2 seating meant no one needed to sit in the middle. This was a connectibf flight from Singapore and required going to 3 counters in different levels to check a golf bag

Gate and boarding processes were handled smoothly and efficiently. Both (connecting) flights departed and arrived on time. The cabin crew seemed anxious and a bit stressed/rushed. Food service was OK, but the hot food dishes were poor quality.

business class is old but still done very well by the team.

They used Thai Smile plane, which is a smaller model and used to service only domestic flights; hence, the plane is small and quite compact. No entertainment on the flight. While boarding was delayed, it was done in a quick manner.

Entertainment is limited with a relatively old catalogue. Wi-Fi never works and the cabin and lavatory had evidence of a lot of scuff marks and temporary repairs. Nothing unsafe, but a bit tatty in places.

Delayed flight in Singapore caused the transfer at Bangkok to be very stressful. Fortunately, no elderly were in this trip, else it will not be possible to catch the connecting flight. There were also several occasions throughout the flight journey where some of the passengers were not wearing their seat belts despite several remainders from the stewardess.

Could have been better. I prefer Thai airlines only but it hasnt been reliable.

The flight attendants ignored us several times which was annoying. The sandwich thing wasn't very good but it's only an hour flight, it would have been better to have entertainment over bad food.

Lunch Food was tasteful and had variety. Seat was comfortable. However, when I was reserving my seats during booking, the seat configuration showed was 3-3-3, but when I boarded it was a 2-4-2 configuration? Also during booking, I had also bought travel insurance together with my TG booking. However there was no confirmation of my purchase from Allianz and TG. After several emails with TG contact, sales, reservation and Allianz was i able to confirm my insurance purchase. When the policy was issued, the birth dates of me and my wife were wrongly stated and I had to go through another round of emails with Allianz to get it corrected. Otherwise any claims would be void! It was indeed not a very good booking experience!

food poor i said chiken i got pack a pow breakfast lousey .job to explain wot it was ...

No working jet bridge to deplane, with priority customers deplaning last. Followed by bus to terminal.

Food no choice just give it seams trying to finish what ever you have in hand

They wouldn't let me on the plane. The 3rd party apparently didn't pay for the tickets properly?

Surprised that the safety briefing was only conducted in Malay language and no English despite there are foreigners on board. MH should take safety more seriously.

OK seats comfortable, easy boarding/embarking, excellent connection to domestic Malaysia flight with baggage checked through without customs. Catering especially drinks borderline ok luckily less important aspect

An overnight Doha to KL. Great sleep, good service and tasty food in business class

My experience with the flight was okay. My experience checking in was absolutely terrible. I was told I needed to change my e-ticket number to check in because I missed my flight in PDX. Even when shown the itinerary, they didn't budge and sent me to KLM across the airport. KLM wasn't open until 8pm and my flight was at 7:30pm. Nobody made accommodations in any way to get me to KUL. To add insult to injury, they rescheduled my flight to the very next day, creating a very long layover and did not offer any hotel stay. After this, even worse, I found out later they delayed the first 7:30pm flight to 9:10pm. Meaning, I could have still boarded but they refused to even try to get me on the plane. As a result, I missed a day of work and lost pay for the day. Also, when I went to get my luggage, it wasn't there. It was STILL in Singapore. They had from 5:30pm to 5am to get my luggage onto the plane and they still couldn't get that right. This is the worst experience I've had flying anywhere in the past decade I've been travelling.

Entertainment system was too old, crew were unorganised during boarding

No recognition for one World Emerald member. I got row 1 in business class and it was pathetic. No leg space, cramped space, less recline

The flight is awful, food isn’t very tasty or good, entertainment sucks

Personable, friendly service. Crew interactions always naturally pleasant and polite. The crew really enjoy their job and interactions with one another. Public Addresses are all smooth, clear and unambiguous - this instils confidence. Landing was butter-smooth in what seemed to be challenging and turbulent conditions - Kudos to the flight crew. Boarding and airport experience were good also.

Freezing onboard and staff refused to give me hot water “because we were landing soon”. The plane arrived at the gate an hour late. And there’s an air leak in one of the bathrooms. Very scary noise.

Batik Air is racing to the bottom of the list with its consistent flight delays. Especially out of Malaysia. Shocking that they keep getting away with it without any form of punishment from the authorities. Also very inconsistent rules on cabin luggage.

During this flight all the crew just focused on making money by selling food and drinks. There was only one washroom open. And it really smelled bad and wasn’t usable. Even to watch something onboard entertainment u have to rent headphones pathetic airline but only one with direct flight so pretty much the only option from Karachi to KL

Delayed for 3 hours, need to pay extra for drinking water.

The OD2204 KUL-LGK was delayed 40 minutes due to air-condition malfuntion, after inspection the technician give green light for the flight to go as usual but the air-condition is still not working properly, passengers complaining to the stewardess but they cannot do anything, I did tweet to @malindoair to complaint but no reply from them … hope this Batik Air is not having problem like Rayani Air and I do hope the management do respond to my complaint as well

2 delayed flights - hotel layover in a different country- lost baggage.

Silly to not even offer people water for free when they are paying so much for tickets.

You get what you pay for. It’s functional and gets you from point A to B in good comfort. However, food options are limited and cash only, Crew is a hit and miss .. they get your attention if you reach out.

They got to the terminal late, with no one on the arriving flight, boarded us late, and left us sitting there for 2 hours before they got us off the ground. They knew they were going to be late, yet they never got an updated flight plan from their head office until long after the flight was supposed to leave. They could have cut the delay in half, of at least let us stay in the terminal. Really just horrible planning.

The worst kind of budget airline. To be honest....the plane was not that bad. Would have been good to have some food choices and some water. What was by far the worse is the passengers/customers that this airline attracts. Coughing and spluttering all over one another with no masks. Just disgusting. Pay for a better carrier and get a better class of passenger.

Food is good, staff is good... Wi-fi quality is poor, disembarkment after landing is atrocious.

Very very impressed with the proactive care and alertness with which ABHISHEK Chowdhary took care of us. Quietl, dignified , very alert, and meticulous. Very impressed. Also with SUNiL Kumar who was there for us in a very helpful way. SHERLY ALEX On Flight 119, BOM TO JFK CUSTOMER ON SEAT 21C, 21ST March 2024

Flight got delayed by 3 hours but no compensation or anything

Flight is 14 hrs DELAYED. TOOK US TO A HOTEL and kept there for 3 hrs and brought us back and again we have to stay for another 6 hrs waiting for flight. Harrowing experience.

I was totally disappointed that even though I had travelled on business class and while in India I fractured my foot and doctors would not allow me to travel for two months off my return date. I had all documents to provide to extend my return date but air India charged me extra money for extending a return date. No human touch so I will have to think really hard if I will ever travel with Air India again.

Having travelled quite a lot in my life -- Air India flight from Washington to New Delhi on November 19, 2023 - I thought was the worst ever - little did I know at that time that the flight back - from Delhi To Washington on December 6 - would be an actual NIGHTMARE for me and for about a dozen of fellow citizens from the United States who were experiencing it with me! Two of the passengers had kids: a baby and a toddler who was sick at the time, three or more elderly people of about 70 years old or more, I also remember a woman of about thirty years old who looked about 10 years older after the ordeal was closer to the end- on the flight from LONDON !!! (they sent us all to London instead of Washington!!! (The transit flight from Kathmandu - to Delhi - also by Air India- was delayed 3! times from 9,50 p.m. to 11.50 - which lead transit passengers to be late not by their fault but by the same Air India fault!!! - at after midnight at the transit counter at Delhi airport we were told there was no room in a hotel, that all we could do "call the center'' --- managers as well as clerks were at minimum rude and ignorant - finally we had nothing other to do than to leave to London at their suggestion at 7 !!! in the morning (the flight was also late for an hour) to later fly from London to Washington! If only you have the slightest choice NEVER DEAL WITH AIR INDIA even if it is the cheapest route!!!

Aircraft interior was in bad shape. Dirty and seats were torn in places. Entertainment system was not working and did not work through out the 14 hour flight! Several passengers had the same issue.

Flight was delayed…seats were damaged, table for food damaged, along with tv’s devices not working again…2x in a row and have taken images for proof to submit this issue directly out to Air India teams

Both times tv is not working and food is very bad

The Flight was delayed. They didn't notify. I was stranded, and was roaming here and there with my hand luggage at the Delhi Airport. After 2 long hours, someone finally found to escort me out of the airport to the hotel. Even at the hotel, we had issues with food bill payments. The hotel AC didn't work. The hotel bathroom was leaking of water. The hotel fridge didn't work. In the airlines, the entertainment system didn't work. Everything was self-service. The flight was old and shaky. This is the most horrible experience in any airline whatsoever. Despite being a patriotic Indian, I have blacklisted Air India from my future travels.
