I am vegan. The food was balanced, tasty and enough. I enjoyed the ride. The crew was very friendly and went out of their way to please the passengers.

Plane was old and seats uncomfortable but staff were friendly and helpful

The first class experience was great but Frankfurt airport is very confusing. Badly signed all round. Boarding was not pleasant and check in staff was arrogant.

Always my favourite airline. On time, lovely staff, clean comfortable seats. Well done

The customer service was very poor. I didn’t get any accommodations for my cancelled flight. I was without any sleep for 36 hours.

On the Dubai-Gatwick flight the only meal options were Beef or Chicken. No vegetarian option. This was a surprise. I would usually order in advance but did not this time. Would have been good to know that a vegetarian meal is not available as a standard meal. Thankfully it was just me travelling, but if I’d had my kids with me that would have been a big problem for us.

The flight was great. We had to purchase extra long seats for the long flight. But overall it was great.

I was traveling business purposes and I only had one carry on and a personal computer back pack . My carry on was 8.5 kg little more than allowable. At jfk airport check in they did not let me carry it . I was little disappointed.

The air hostess spilled tomato juice on me by mistake in Mumbai -Dubai flight. I was traveling from Mumbai to UAD. Her senior came and offered couple of small chocolates (probably given in business class) as compensation. I asked for access to lounge as I had to travel till IAD and I could shower and change. But she said she cannot do that and did nothing further. I found the response to their mistake as inappropriate.

Excellent airlines. I highly recommend using Emirates. Its my number 1 airlines

Flight was delayed, but otherwise it was a fine flight. Recommend boarding group by group, instead of calling up three groups at the same time

Everything was good. Although I was certain that I paid for checked bag for my husband and checked bag for myself at the time of booking. And I was told I did not pay. Therefore I had to pay at check in. ☹️

Everything was fine except for very old audio video equipment. I couldn’t use my own headphones because there’s two-port audio plug and the headphones provided are useless. The displays are really old as well. Definitely need to be updated.

Checked me out of my connecting flight despite having enough time to transfer, had to check in again at the gate. Then they lost my luggage.

Plane was late so luggage never made it to connecting flight. I’ve been home 2 days and still do not have my luggage.

I don't think I will fly Swiss again. I had issues with carry on luggage, connections were really tight, food was average, I paid extra for an aisle seat, then it was changed at check-in, the app/website don't allow you to add extra baggage if needed, and it was the first long-haul flight that didn't provide alcohol (glass of wine with dinner).

The layover should have been one where I could have actually reached my connecting flight in time if all flights were in time.

Our connecting flight to the US only had around a 25 minute layover! And our flight from Seville to Zürich was delayed! Had our flight from Zürich to Washington DC not been delayed we would have missed our flight to the US. We didn’t even know it was delayed until sprinting from the A terminal to the E terminal. Our flight from Seville landed in Seville 10 minutes after our the door was supposed to close for our flight from Zürich to the US. Not cool! Several other Swiss air passengers were in the same position as us, which I could tell bc we were all running for our lives in your airport. We booked a flight from Seville to Washington DC and the time between connecting flights was not enough and that’s not an acceptable position to put a traveler in. Especially one who spent over $1000 on their tickets.

The pilot was wonderful and enthusiastic and introduced himself over the intercom. We all felt in good hands. Crew were all super friendly and especially the young , gentleman crew member. Everything Swiss airlines represents. Hospitality, friendly and professional. Thank you. Truly a memorable short flight.

Good BUT four days later I still don’t have my luggage. It never arrived. !!!!

On my flight the menus showed different food and different was available. I think that was a miscommunication maybe. Other than that flight was wonderful.

I took a nine-hour flight in economy class, and the seats were quite comfortable. I even managed to take a long nap, which rarely happens. There was a good selection of movies, and the complimentary kit included socks, ear plugs, a sleep mask, lip balm, and a toothbrush with toothpaste.

Although we had booked seats months in advance, we arrived at the airport with only three seat assignments for our group of eleven because we had not checked in online and the airline had overbooked the flight. The rest of us had to fly standby, which was a pretty tense situation for a while. Ultimately, we were all very grateful to be on the same flight from Istanbul to Izmir.

Inflight wi-fi is below par and difficult to access.

Terrible seats are very uncomfortable and narrow. Really hard time eating and painful buttons.. crew was very rud not allow anyone to stand not even to go to the toilets

I ended up paying $170 Euros for luggage for a 4 hour flight. Ridiculous. On top of the delay.

Good experience with Turkish Airlines. We will be back with Turkish in the future and look forward to upgraded business class on the 777 beginning in 2025 and on the Airbus 350 now.

Overnight flight in the old style Business class, but still very good.

This aircraft is not up to standard - old Airbus with terrible chairs and entertainment system for business class!

Friendly cabin crew and the flight was on time. Would recommend toanyone

Tickets, paying for bags, and the lack of help by employees was the worst. It took almost 1.5 hours to get this done. The airplane, seating, and stewards were amazing!!! That part of the flight was one of the better flights I have taken.

The crew was amazing! They were attentive and super polite, clearly very well trained in customer service. Very well run flight altogether!

They canceled our flight right before it was to take off and then we stood in line for four hours to make other arrangements. It completely ruined our trip.

Flight boarding was delayed. Old, low capacity overhead bins requiring many to gate check their carry-on luggage. Beverages other than water were at a charge.

No complains with the crew. But generally speaking food is awful, entertainment is not good either.

A very poor experience which is a surprise as Lufthansa has such a good reputation. Absolutely no leg room in economy - it was very very uncomfortable - the video/tv screen was not working, food was poor but that is standard for airline food. We were assigned seating in the back despite having paid for seats at the front of the plane - it does not appear Lufthansa will refund these. Flight attendants were generally nice and helpful. Pilots were reassuring.

Tiny, cramped seats with minimum leg room and hard armrests. Basic needs like a seat and luggage came with an additional charge. Budget airline amenities with premium airlune cost. I won't use this airline again.

Poor, we had 1 hour to grab our checked luggage, go through customs, recheck bags and run across terminals to make our United flight. Poorly planned connections.

Efficient boarding. Good flight but seats were quite uncomfortable considering we'd already been sitting on two flights, total 13 hours or so. Would have liked to have prices on the menu of amenities on the plane. We could have used more water. Restrooms and nonalcoholic beverages at no extra cost, not much else. I realize these were discount tickets, and the airline has to break even, so I can't say we were expecting amenities to be plentiful. Still, it's nice with long flights to discover a few. Very pleasant crew though.

Bad. Bags are missing, there was no wheel chair assistance provided

I liked nothing, my connection was missed after a 6hr delay, 3 of those hours were spent trapped on the tarmac going nowhere. They rebooked me with a different airline for the next day but never confirmed my seat, so I had to wait another entire day… after walking around an airport for the whole first day waiting for the front desk to open to get my ticket. A 19hr trip turned into an 80+hr trip. Of course, British airways has no actual customer complaint phone line, so I have heard nothing at all from the airline. Oh, and they lost my bag. This trip cost an additional $3000, several days of missed free time, and some agonizing discomfort from so much wandering around airports and venice trying to find replacement clothing. This sucked.

We got our seats and was surprised at the half empty plane, so had a very good hostess and we enjoyed the whole flight back home, so the only thing we had to wait for was the passenger assistance that was not there and had to wait about 20 mins on the jetway.

The flight got delayed. poor food service. Just peanuts for international flight ? Please give coffee, cookies or something else as well. Very disappointed with British Airways.

They cancelled the flight from Dallas to London and rebooked following day causing a lot of pain

Flew premium economy from LHR - PHX. Beautiful new a350. Lovely friendly staff. Actually pretty delicious food. Loved it

The flight was delayed for several hours. After many hours of waiting, they said it was delayed until the next day. This is completely understandable, as the staff had to wait on Boeing to approve the plane. However, the staff said hotel and meal vouchers would be issued via email (they never were). An hour after leaving the airport, our flight was cancelled.

I always regard BA as a distress purchase. It is rock bottom in terms of service.

During breakfast the fligh attendants missed one side of the plane for tea/coffee. I was on the other side and received tea. Unfortunately my husband and friends did not.

Economy class has no legroom so if you have the money worth to upgrade! Food was absolutely horrible! The crew was super nice!!!!!
