I was traveling business purposes and I only had one carry on and a personal computer back pack . My carry on was 8.5 kg little more than allowable. At jfk airport check in they did not let me carry it . I was little disappointed.

Very bad !! My confirmed ticket got canceled with out notifying me in hyd airport , crew didn’t help us out !! They were very rude!! They made me pay for the confirmed ticket again !! Can you please let us know how I can get the refund for the ticket I paid

Check-in counter at the airport took more than an hour of standing in queue with online checkin. And after entering the gate the flight delayed more than 30 mins.

Me and 2 other rows were forgotten during food service. We waited over an hour before they finally served our food. Then only had what was left. They did apologize. Also, they locked the bathroom due to turbulence and my 4 year old had to pee himself because they wouldn’t unlock it for him.

Great flight. Comfortable seats, courteous service, and excellent selection for entertainment.

The amenities offered in the Business class is far away less compared with other Air Companies. Emirates is going down in the competition pricing the same value as Qatar airways for example.

Well emirates since after covid recovery their service became much poorer than before , old planes to some destinations, untrained staff , rude , inflexible, and poor food, this specific flight the plane felt like in the 90s , and staff behavior was rude due to usual incidents in these flights for some destinations, i understand this but they pit everyone at the same basket, a readiness to be rude anytime

I wish any of the US airlines operated like Emirates

Swiss ground crew was again at its prime and although I’m United 1K (Star Alliance Gold) they created problems with my hand luggage - while other passengers were boarding with more handbags and larger hand luggages, were critical on my 2 young kids attending the lounge with me and boarding the plane with me on the priority lane.

Bag lost. Lost bag recovery process is an unsatisfying customer experience. Because 1) bag is still lost but also 2) the process is outdated and form-heavy and 3) in our case also involved a long line.

Not exceptional but all good. Business class seats are like the domestic Mint class on Jet Blue. Comfortable but not exceptional. Food is good but not superb. Flight attendants were better on India leg than Miami to Zurich. All India staff was more professional and service oriented. Very polite and service with a smile.

Crew took my carry on and checked it in; turned out to be a blessing; however the luggage was delayed at my final destination; receiving it 36 hours later. Thought, we'd get, at least water; but the Swiss chocolate was delicious. Thanks.

A lot of things could have been better. They lost our luggage. We missed our connection from YVR to Naples when we arrived in Zurich and then we got re-routed to Rome and then Naples. We eventually got to Naples but our bags didn’t. Our experience at the lost luggage in the Naples was not at all reassuring. They didn’t seem that interested in our problem. I did a live chat with Swiss customer service and all they could do is tell me to follow the process. Meanwhile we’ve had to spend significant money on clothes and I have to replace medications. This has meant our trip so far has been totally different than what we had planned. It’s not clear that our baggage will ever show up which means we will have lost significant amount of clothing and other things and our two month trip to Europe will have more problems than good memories. So far we are not happy.

We had to move to terminal 5 for the next part of our trip. Very un-organized and difficult.

Process for on line checking needs a lot of improvement. Very frustrating.

My flight had two legs. When checking in at the first leg the agent offering for a deal to upgrade the leg to first class for $199. He then claimed I would be able to upgrade the second leg once I got to the next airport. I declined and when I inquired about upgrading at the second airport, the cost was $1,300. I also had an issue at the airport lounge. I am allowed one guest in the lounge. My friend came in the lounge for less than 5 minutes and left when she couldn’t get a sleeping suite. I wanted to bring in another friend. The airport staff first started acting as though they didn’t understand English and then became upset when I asked for their names so I could file a complaint. As an elite member I knew they could do more but were not. One of the agents started over talking me and walked away mid conversation dismissing my request for assistance. A man claiming to be the manager said you were asking for her name. He also never tried to assist me or see what was going on. He claimed the interactions were recorded and management would see everything. I’m not sure how that would assist me days later. I am sure it didn’t help that I was a black American woman.

the female flight attendant was racist towards me. I could tell she treated the two other passengers next to me with more softness.

Crew announced boarding started and they asked passengers to form a queue. Actual boarding didn’t start and queue was not moving for around 40-50 mins. Very poor management.

I canceled this flight after turkish airlines did not provide any consideration for a death in the family while in Singapore

No wifi at all during the entire flight from Istanbul to Miami.

Leaving on time would have been a good start . Sat in plane while they cleaned around us . We got to Turkey raced to our next flight to see plane sitting at the gate 5 minutes before departure time to be told “ plane is gone “ while obviously it wasn’t . Showed them time on my phone before departure. Then “ gate is closed “ . Then he said “Instead of talking to me you need to go talk to someone else to get another flight “ . We booked business class no service waited in line to have to rebook same flight day later. Offered hotel room but wait for a bus to heard us to what I’m sure would have been cheap hotel. Opted for private cab and decent hotel at our own expense. Bad service at ever turn . NEVER TURKISH AIRLINES AGAIN !

I requested a special meal (kosher) several months ahead of the flight . It was listed on the Turkish air website that I had a kosher meal. In-flight, there was no kosher meal. I was not able to eat during the nearly 8-hour flight. There also was no kosher meal on the second leg of the trip. The flight attendants said there was nothing they could do. They had no idea why the kosher meal was not provided. Very bad meal service.

Got auestioned multiple times by gate agents. They ran out of chicken for the first meal. Slept pretty good on it and had good entertainment.

My baggage has been lost for the last 6 days! The problem originated at LAX with Lufthansa, which was a very big disappointment from LAX to Munich. The flight was delayed over an hour, the overhead bins on the window side are too small for most carryon's, the in-seat video screen were very poor as they would not respond to your touch quickly and would stop and start all over again, the earphone jacks are not like most standard ones, the seats still has wrappers and trash in pockets and on the seats. and there was no USB outlet to charge your phone or other devices. The German reputation for quality is bogus with this airline. BUT the responsibility for delivering my luggage became Air Dolomiti's as they were the last leg of the trip. The baggage area was chaos because several flights arrived at once. I took me over an hour to file a claim, the agent entered my info incorrectly, and the contact numbers for Lost and Found at the airport was never answered. I have never been called by Air Dolomiti or the baggage delivery company. I had to do all the calling. AD's live agents gave me two wrong phone numbers for the baggage company. When I finally got the right one on my third call, OF COURSE, no one answers and I still do not have any information on when my bags should arrive. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL operations by Lufthansa and Air Dolomiti. I will make sure I book any other air carriers on the rest of my flights to Italy this year.

I always like to travel with Discover Airlines because of their extraordinary services, comfort, and feel safe.

Seats on the A320 were more comfortable than the A330 I took from RSW to Frankfurt

Lufthansa lost our luggage. After a lot of chasing on our part we got it back. The main problem is that there was no office in Bogota to help us outside of flighttimes. The customer service phone lines had no data on our luggage. I think Lufthansa need to invest in managing communications over lost luggage or this will end with everyone taking more luggage out of hold.

My flight was delayed for more than an hour due to planning amd scheduling issues all of which were Lufthansa's responsibility. They failed dismally at doing what was agreed upon and their reparations were inadequate and completely useless to us. The flight crew were lovely however the ground crew working out of their customer service were the modt rude and obnoxious people i have ever had the misfortune of meeting.

The first flight from Denver was okay in terms of food and service of the crew. However, in the second flight they did not have the food I had requested prior to boarding and service was also poor. Never booking a flight with Lufthansa again.

There's no dedicated Lufthansa gate presence, rather Lufthansa staff place some hastily deployed cloth banners a few minutes prior to boarding. Lufthansa staff arriving at the last minute were innundated with passenger requests at the final moment including my seat selection request that I was unable to make online or via United Airlines operating the first leg of my flight.

Treating basic economy customers like untouchable and giving worst services just because we bought that ticket is ridiculous! We were not given option to choose the seat even at the time of checkin, we had to request the boarding staff at the gate as me and my wife were given different seats. She gave us the seats together but after letting us know rudely that they are not supposed to give any services to basic economy customers. Even bag purchase charges were extremely high!!

Pre flight food options were not working and made the flight not enjoyable. Post experiences of British airways have been positive, but this is enough to stop me using British airways again

It was nice and smooth from boarding to landing. Flight crew was wonderful and very professional.

Horrible experience! We sat in the plane at the gAte and had a delay of about 4 hours! Captain said it was due to the tug not being able to disengage from the aircraft . When we finally took off it was evident that we had missed out connection and tbough BA rebooked us on a later flight it caused us to miss an orientation meeting and dinner in Geneva. Once in the second flt from gatwick to Geneva we again were delayed( again sitting in the plane )for an hour after boarding waiting for apparently an air traffic problem to resolve. Another annoyance was paying seat fees twice to upgrade our seats towards the front of the plane to ensure overhead cabin space and were told at the gate they are boarding from the rear! This should be stated when making reservations!! On the first flight from Jfk there was a sick person on board snd they asked for assistance. For the rest I of the flight a person kAyed on the glue if the planes covered in blankets . Very unsettling to say the least!I have several flights booked with BA and I’m seriously rethinking this. Boarding ,checking in was easy and quick . Comfort was not good.

My suitcase did not arrive . I had to change my flight to the US . I was also without all of my stuff that I had to pay through my teeth for my suitcase . I am still miserable from all the stress BA had put me and my family and friends through

You lost my luggage on the trip to Dublin and again on the way back, still waiting on luggage.

The food was horrible. Everyone had gas right after eating that resulted in lines at the bathroom. There were also screaming kids everywhere (probably at least 6 in economy). It did not result in comfort. There should be dedicated play areas to help keep them entertained. We felt bad for the parents.

For a long transatlantic flight, being carted on a bus that drove around the airport for 15 minutes before getting to the location of the plane and boarding was quite frustrating.

My connection from London to SFO was cancelled and I was given an economy seat on a next flight 8hrs later even though I had business class. I had to work with British airlines representative to have it changed. It was a mess .. how come you just cancel a complete flight for operational issues ??? So many travelers are affected. In fact I have never heard that before. Unlikely to travel British airlines again

The behaviour of Cabin Crew was really bad and they didn't serve food in my 10hrs flight even though I booked my flight food . They didn't treated me well. Seriously inhumane people. Moreover, they have made fun of my religious belief as I was carrying lord Krishna idol with me which is highly unacceptable. Our connecting flight got delayed and for providing the information regarding next flight and other immigration there was no guidance provided at the airport. I am really disappointed with the airlines as they have hurt my self respect as well my religious sentiments during my whole flight.
