Pros: I didn’t take the flight but there was no way to get my refund! No phone answer and no ticket counter!!!!

Cons: If the airline cancels any flight, they should have stated so BEFORE boarding the plane.

Cons: The door from the US plane was closed in front of our nose and the staff was extremely rude.In Boston the Turkish Airlines representative from the luggage transfers didn't have a clue what he's doing. It was a complete disaster. So, the 1:10hrs between Cluj and Istambul is not enough for an US flight. You guys must schedule more time so people can get to the US plane on time. The Airline is amazing, good food, good crew, great sits, but please work on this schedule because it's so exhausting to stay an additional 11 hours on the road.

Cons: New Istambul airport requires walking 20-25 minutes when arriving and the same amount when departing. Even if huge you need to take a bus a walk under the rain. Bad planning

Pros: Fortunately I was in an exit row, so I had legroom. Other seats were not very spacious.

Pros: Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company

I couldn't use self-check-in for my bad because I was flying to America and for some reason, this meant I had to hand my suitcase to someone rather than just putting it on the conveyor belt. There were about 8 people ahead of me, and yet it took a solid hour of standing in line waiting to get to the counter. How it could possibly have been so insanely slow is beyond me. When it was finally my turn to submit my bag it literally took 30 seconds. And yet I had to wait an hour. Grade: F-

Cons: Surprised to find out that there was no rock/metal playlist available within music menu, considering that Finnish artists/bands are famous worldwide and very proficient in this genre.

Cons: I was bumped off my flight and re-routed return to NYC. Flight was supposed to depart at 10:25am and flight they put me on left 1:05 Pm and the connection was not even Finnair, but Icelandic air. The Kayak site did not alert about extra charge for confirmed seat before I had paid in full ticket.

Pros: The boarding, comfort and crew were excellent. Everything is very organized and professional.

Cons: I had a 12 hour layover in Istanbul. The hotel was great and I appreciated the good food and rest. However, it took nearly an hour each way to the hotel. I think it would be great if Istanbul airways cooperated with the Yotel so transit passengers could stay in the airport. They helped me to get a visa and they say it will be reimbursed, but all of those things took time when I was so exhausted after a long flight. Overall, it was wonderful to have that opportunity to rest and shower on a long wait, but it would be even better if it was closer and it was clear ahead of time that a visa would be needed.

Cons: The leg room was smaller than most other flights and the war phonejack didn't work and the video constantly paused every 30 seconds. Also the 1 8kilo bad allowance in the cabin is a bit unreasonable but I see why they need to because the overhead storage and under the sit storage was less than normal too.

Cons: Nothing better than other competitors (Qatar Airlines). Turkish Airport had poor washrooms and seatings (not expected from a European country). Flight from Turkey to Pakistan was without earphones, you had to beg for it. Less professional airline crew.

Cons: We wrote to TK on face book, messenger, customer care and called them. No assistance has been provided. They kept referring us to you. We were stranded in Erbil without any assurance for reprotection. Finally they assisted us back to JFK on QR but our segments to TUN is unused and I am requesting a refund. Pros: I was smacked in my knee I need surgey on my minsicus for by the person serving the food and never got apologized too. Then later he elbowed me in face and acted like it didn't happen. I liked nothing.
