Cons: While boarding the flight from Dubai to Houston, no one announced about family boarding. About a quarter of the flight had boarded before we decided to get in the line ourselves, and they took us in without any questions. It would have been better if an announcement for family boarding was made. The Dubai to Houston crew could have been more friendly and welcoming.

Pros: I moved from Economic class to business with my skywards in 2 minutes

Cons: We had to cancel our flight after driving 3 hrs to the airport due to Coronavirus. We tried to do everything online or by phone the night before to see what our options were. We were willing to travel but the airline said they couldnt guarantee a flight back. We can’t reach anyone for a refund.

Pros: Ontime and efficient boarding with polite crew.

Cons: Nothing to improve. I slept the whole flight so couldn’t evaluate all aspects.

Cons: The seats are tight and uncomfortable. Emirates and Singapore airlines have much more space in economy class. They also have better food. The worst new development is that you have to pay an additional charge if you want to sit together. That is pretty ridiculous for an international flight AND when you have a small child with you. I can see doing that on Ryan air, but that is pretty low for a Scandinavian airline. Scandinavians have a very strong sense of family.

Pros: Crew on EWR to ARN was so-so. They lock restrooms at the back because they don't people hanging around the kitchen in the back. Also, the one cabin crew does not say Excuse Me when he needs to pass- he just touches you and pushes you aside Also, the one cabin crew

Pros: Marco was a great crew member, handled the sick child like a pro

Cons: Kid running around bumping into everybody. Impossible to sleep.

Pros: Crew was helpful. Leg room is good. Overall the flight was good.

Cons: Food could be better. Got Pizza for snack both ways. Could have been changed, and with 16 hours non stop, water should be offered more often. Although we can go get it ourselves, don't want to disturb others in the seat row to get snacks or water.
