Pros: Everything from check in to offloading went smoothly. Pretty good food and accommodating flight staff.

Cons: My row had 3 seats behing a row of 4. We were weirdly offset so I had to look to the right to see my TV. Super uncomfortable. Dont like TV much anyway. Gave up on it real quick

Cons: Swiss Air from Athens to Zurich stellar—excellent service, seating, food—but left one hour late due to air traffic. Nearly missed connecting Edelweiss flight—and that flight was just terrible. Passengers behind me constantly kicking, pulling my seat—wouldn’t allow me to put seat in recline position.

Pros: vegan sweeties for the kids, so nice as my daughter usually has to say no. Also swiss chocolate - so good! Our veggie meals booked hadn't gone through on the system but we were found some they had anyway - wasn't very nice though.

Cons: Cabin kept very hot, very difficult to sleep. Seats were so-so comfortable

Cons: The food was not very special, but the chocolates were awesome

Pros: the crew was courteous and did their best to address problems that were beyond their control. alcoholic beverages are free.

Cons: the light and most of the screen features did not work in our seats. I have encountered this problem before. this is a long and expensive flight for this stuff not to work. the food (special meal, asian vegetarian) was an awful, undistinguishable mush--poor presentation and dubious nutritional value

Cons: Plane was late taking off, Crew did not provide water when requested. They were busy with beverages that they could sell at a cost.

Cons: Flight left late! Flight attendants not super attentive. Meals came late. Took forever to get off the plane! Plane never made it to the terminal but passengers were let off in the middle of the airport and placed on buses! No driver on a fully loaded bus for 10 min. Terrible! Didn’t make it on next

Cons: All of our luggage was lost and did not arrive in Prague

Cons: So tight and tiny and cramped. I flew to Europe on a Lufthansa plane and it was spacious and comfortable, the United plane was tight and cramped. Was physically touching the stranger next to me for 11 hours....Food service used sooo much single use plastic.

Pros: The crew were truly great as I had an extremely difficult flight due to tremendous pain in my knees. Coach economy are way too narrow, even if I paid for preferred seating. A joke. Cldnt move. So uncomfortable.

Cons: Boardingvwas delayed so we left a good 50 minute late. Ran out of meal choice so we had to eat what they had left which was pasta that was too spicy for me anyway. I was very disappointed bec I preferred chicken but there were none left.
