Cons: The queues at immigration in San Francisco were disgracefully long. it took us 3 hrs to get to our luggage. Advice to US govt to employ more immigration officers. Airlines should report on this

Cons: I can’t understand how airlines charge for the first checked bag in an international flight. I’ve traveled for more than 20 years and this is the first time I have to pay for that. I’m surprised they didn’t charge me for the oxygen I used

Cons: I don’t understand why we had to pay for checked bags. Second, we paid for advanced assignment of 4 seats (middle) to travel together, but one person ended up getting separated; it does not make sense

Cons: Plane left an hour late - due to not enough water! American always has some excuse. On an overnight flight where people like to sleep, the pilot shouldn't be making an announcement one and 1/2 hours before landing, waking everyone up! Movie selection is very old.

Cons: Having air conditioning on an aircraft is critical on a hot summer day. Especially when a flight is delayed 2 hours on the tarmac! Miserable.

Pros: Flight departed on time. Good seat pitch in economy. Food and beverages included and tasted good surprisingly. Crew were helpful and efficient. Plenty of entertainment options for film, TV and music.

Cons: Do not like the process of boarding by group number. Another way of squeezing money out of the consumer. Also causes chaos when trying to board. Seats too narrow in economy especially if your broad shouldered.

Cons: Seats are small, touch screens dated. but that's on the airline to update and the seats won't get any larger as long as money is being made.

Cons: AC was broke took long time to get ac on we all sweat to death on the plan as it was broke and portable starter didn't work so they had to get a 2nd one. Then stewart on plan says American just doesn't have good maintenance on there equipment that is a red flag for sure.
