Pros: Air Asia is always a good deal, and Kayak is always a win.

Cons: The departure lounge in Goa is a mess. Too many flights and too little space. Only two food choices, leading to crazy long lines. That is not the fault of Air Asia or Kayak, but be warned. Goa airport is rough.

Late departure, seemingly fake bottled water

Pros: Inexpensive flight

Cons: The flight was delayed, the complementary cup of water they offered me tasted like it came out of a tap and did not in fact seem to be bottled water. Could be a coincidence but my wife and I both had gastrointestinal issues that same evening.

Good value

Pros: Great ticket price, but I got gouged on overweight baggage. My fault for not being aware of the weight limits and overweight fees, but fliers beware. Air Asia is good value for short distance flights with little baggage. There is very little leg room. All refreshments are at a cost, so I didn't try any, but again, on a short flight this is not an issue.

Cons: i had a lot of bites after the flight. On my hands and on my back.

Cons: Flight was delayed. I was asked for extra money at the airport counter for a window seat.

Pros: Overall, everything was fine. The 2 hr delay wasn't the airlines fault.

Cons: The food was for purchase and it didn't seem that there was much of a choice. Also they ran out of the buttermilk - they should know that it is popular.

Cons: Crew ran out of all food. Had nothing to offer when they made it to us. Flight was 30 minutes late.

Cons: I was shocked by the tiny seats and utter lack of space. Also, there was so little room between my seat and the one on front of me that I couldn't even open my laptop to work on it. I will never fly Virgin Atlantic again.
