Pros:Car was clean and comfortable
Cons:Customer service was terrible. Car was not ready when I arrived had to get a different car even though agent told me it was outside. Upon return there was no one to receive the car. I had to search for an attendant who then told me don’t worry about it I don’t need a receipt. Very unprofessional staff.
Pros:Location, car condition, value, and employee communication was great
Cons:Pickup took more than an hour due to the company not having the required resources for the rentals and having to wait for previous renters to return the cars
Pros:Car wheel alignment was totally off. the car was filthy inside and out. They have a 75.00 fee for changing my drop off from Fll to Mia smh and horrible customer service.
Cons:I would never rent from here again.

Cons:The first car we were given was a Toyota Camry had a seatbelt issue and the sensor would not turn off. Late Saturday night we had to return the car. We received another car and the radio did not work. So, we had to get another car. We left our designer sunglasses in the center console in the midst of it all. In the first car. The glasses were never turned in by the employees. Very poor cars and dishonest employees. The car was not rented to another customer after us because we checked with customer service when we returned the car on Tuesday morning. He was helpful and checked the Camry. (The first car) and no sunglasses. So overall the experience was terrible. The rentals were cheap, yes. However, I would rather pay more for a properly functioning car and honest people.
Pros:Drop off was fast and easy
Cons:The car was unclean inside. It look like it hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time. We had to be sure to have everything marked as we left fox to ensure that they knew we did not make the mess. We had them mark the dents and dings, too. Very important!
Pros:1 customer service rep. Was helpful about reversing an incorrect charge after I called when I noticed it. Shuttle driver was polite.
Cons:Facility was dirty. Representatives when picking up car were rude and unkempt and smelt of weed. Vehicle pickup and drop off procedure was sketchy to say the least. Personnel were rude when I pointed out damage to the car that wasn't marked on their sheet. Reserved small car and due to lack of vehicle availability ended up fighting traffic with a full size with no responsiveness.
Pros:It was ready when I got there
Cons:Wrong car no four wheel drive which was a huge issue. they charged an extra $72 which I was not told about the state of Utah requiring extra insurance.
Pros:Staff at Salt Lake office was amazing! Las Vegas team was rude and not helpful. After waiting for an hour they tell me they don’t have the SUV I booked so I had to exchange cars in Salt Lake City so I could drive into the snowy mountains
Cons:Pickup process is slow, LAS staff is rude and doesn’t care about the customer at all! Contrary of Salt Lake team that worked out all the issues I had in Vegas
Pros:Nothing. The line for pickup was so long and slow we could not wait. We used Thrifty instead.
Cons:Having enough customer service people to handle the large line.
