Pros:Staff is very helpful and efficient. Pick up was easy. they coordinated for us when we got a flat tire and were able to extend our reservation beyond the week we originally reserved. I would reserve with them again for certain when I return to Modena.

Pros:The people were nice.
Cons:The website said it was on an on-site rental. It was actually off site, and the phone number was wrong on the itinerary. They also have reduced hours open only from 8am - 7pm, this was also not disclosed before or after purchase.

Pros:I didn't like anything. Green Motion is a garbage company.
Cons:They could of allowed me to rent the car. They have a policy which doesn't allow professional athletes, entertainers, or foreign service personnel receive the UK insurance. They turned me away and I had to spent 5x as much on a last minute rental elsewhere.

Pros:The car was new and the original cost was low.
Cons:While the heathrow branch is a different experience, renting in Luton is quite a headache, to say the least. For first time visitors, it is extremely difficult to find. Then, there are far too few people working, doing b oth the rental agreements and payment, and giving out/recieving cars. The worst though is the apparent directive they have been told to create extra income almost by any means necessary. This means they overcharge for everything they can (my plane was delayed, had to pay extra for arriving late. Others couldnt find the place, also had a late fee. Charged more for taking a debit card, etc.). Possibly the worst is the "damage" control on the car, where they quickly lead first time renters to look past small scratches in the car when taking them out and then amazingly find them upon return and demand exorbitant fees (150 GBP for scratches on a hubcap?). You can prepare yourself and take pictures of the car while still in the lot before you take it, but be prepared to joust with the fees they try to tack on both at the beginning and upon return.

Pros:Service staff were polite. Car was fine.
Cons:We were required to provide proof of liability insurance in the form of a copy of our car insurance from back home (who carries that with them it stays in the car... and what about other people who don't own a car...?). It took over an hour and a half of first trying to reach my insurance company at 11:30 at night and then eventually having to wake up a neighbour (back in Montreal) to go to our house in the middle of a snowstorm, get our spare car key, and photograph our insurance in the glove compartment... in 20 years of renting cars I have never been asked to do something so ridiculous. Two other couples renting vehicles at the same time had similar troubles and one woman couldn't get it and was denied the rental. I was offered in house insurance for a cost that almost doubled the rental (I typically use the insurance on my credit card). And in the end, even though we were able to get proof of insurance there was still an additional $100+ add on to make my wife an additional driver because the insurance was in her name and the rental was in mine (in Canada we don't take our partners' name when we marry) and a $55 charge for unlimited toll coverage that we were assured if we did not take would result in hundreds of dollars in fines... It's not my place to say what your rental policies should be but these additional charges should be made clear at the time of booking. We booked through Kayak (which then connected to CarTrawler) and I was told it was because we booked through a third party that this information was left out but whether it is Kayak or CarTrawler or Green Motion, this information should be made clear at the time of rental. I was extremely dissatisfied with this experience and will definitely not be renting with you again.

Pros:Drop off was super easy. The person that handled the drop off/shuttle was super friendly and nice. They also picked us up from the airport, which is like a 2 minute drive so that was cool too. -The car was amazing! Massage drivers seat and a lot of fun features that I've never seen before.
Cons:- Worth keeping in mind when looking around that you'll have to put down an above average deposit if you choose to go with your own credit card insurance (over 2,500gbp). If you choose to go with one of their options for insurance it will add a couple hundred to your bill. So if you think this is the more inexpensive option, you may be wrong with all the extras you'll have to get. -Make sure on pick up to take pictures of everything (even scratches and dents under 4cm or whatever they suggest) We were asked on drop off if we had a picture of a dent that we were told we didn't have to document on pickup. Luckily we had figured as much and had video/pics of it. -They had the tank filled just over half which I thought was odd, usually rental cars start with a full tank but that could just be my preference.

Pros:Drop off staff was friendly but their policies are predatory and I would highly recommend you to do some research before before continuing to represent this company.
Cons:They need to clarify their policies so that consumers know what their actual cost is going to be. Many hidden fees. Ended up being more than double the originally quoted price for a one day rental of a base car.

Pros:Shuttle at airport refused to take me to the rental place & said they were closed even though they were open for another 15 minutes. I spent $50 on a cab to get there only to find out they wouldn’t rent me the car. I asked them to call a cab so we could get back to the airport & they refused.
