Cons:The car smelled of cigarette smoke. We had to wait an hour to get the car because it wasn't ready. We had to walk to a different terminal because the Firefly Rental Car was closed where all the other Car Rental Agencies were. The representative said that they open after 12p.m.Upon returning there wasn't any one to receive the car. We had to again walk to another terminal to tell the representative that the car was returned. I had a knee replacement and all that walking was difficult for me. The reason we rent at Orlando Airport is to avoid that.

Cons:When I arrived they didn’t have the reserved type of car. I could get a smaller car at the same price, discount was not possible nor was a higher category car. Apparently this is a typical scam done by this locally owned branch of Firefly, they attract customers with low prices online and expect them to take something smaller for the same price as they don’t have much choice after a long flight standing there with suitcases etc. Kayak should be ashamed you give these types of criminals a platform for their scams. I will not use Firefly or Kayak again. SCAM!
